The Program of Pedagogical Competence in Education Environment
The program of development of the pedagogical competence is the publication of Tazina Klarisa Alexandrovna, an English teacher of the highest qualification who has been working as a teacher at the secondary school for more than 25 years. The program contains theoretical problem of modern pedagogical competence and all Us distinguishing professional skills. One of the important features of the program is the determination of this very notion «pedagogical competence» from the standpoint of modem pedagogical science. Special attention is drawn to the question of analysis of the lessons. The program may be recommended to all teachers of the secondary school and students of pedagogical institutes. It may be used in every day pedagogical practice.
