The author sums up his experience and illustrates the research material, which enables to provide professional training in the organization, to evaluate the efficiency and results of education. The author suggests a set in in the form of block-scheme of sub process "Training and education of personnel", diagnostic methods and assessment of education effect and also practical recommendations for improving of economic output from education.
