APROACHES TO AN ESTIMATION OF CORPORATIVE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS REALIZATION IN THE SPHERE OF POWER INDUSTRY
The modern frequency of changing technologies demands correction of methods in concepts of training. More often Russian employer-companies realize that they are responsible for getting necessary specific knowledge and skills of their employees. Experience of companies in the field of power industry as one of the most striking examples in building corporative system of staff training are considered in this article, methods of its monitoring and estimation of efficiency are also analyzed.
