CRITICAL RECEPTION OF G. HAUPTMANNS DRAMA “DIE VERSUNKENE GLOCKE” IN RUSSIA AT THE TURN OF THE 19TH–20TH CENTURIES
A specific character of G. Hauptmanns drama “Die versunkene Glocke” in Russia at the turn of the 19th–20th centuries is observed. Dominating appraisal of Russian literary criticism about German playwright‘s work of literature and a degree of the insight into the authors conception are developed. The pattern of foreign work of literature entry into the culture of our country is deduced.
