The article deals with the development of professional competence of young teachers in training courses through an innovative module for the rational use of time at lessons. Based on the results of a questionnaire survey of young teachers, participating for the first time in professional development courses, we offer the idea of completing training groups of students with the most homogeneous professional difficulties.
