READINESS TO PARTNERSHIP AS A QUALITATIVE INDICATOR OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF THE SOCIAL PEDAGOGUE
Based on in-depth analysis of the categories of “professional competence”, “readiness for professional activity”, ”partnerships”, analysis of the personal characteristics and the specific activity of a social pedagogue, the authors defined the component of the readiness of the expert to the partnership; the authors present understanding of the key concepts of the problem.
