HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ANALYSIS OF NORMS REGULATING LAW TEACHER PREPARATION

Information About Author:

This article provides an analysis of legal acts regulating the training of specialists in the field of legal education. The study shows that the emergence of a speciality “the teacher of law” was due to the specifics of development of state and society, necessity of formation of legal culture of the society in connection with the proclamation of the legal state. The main subject of the formation of legal awareness of citizens was to be a teacher of law - a unique specialist integrating pedagogy and law. The fact of necessity of law teachers was determined due to the state policy focused on legal consciousness of citizens.
