Comparative study of protein metabolism in plants under hypoxia and anoxia // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2000. Issue 9 (25). P. 48-49

The influence of hypoxia and anoxia on protein metabolism in seedlings wheat and rice, which differ in steadiness to the studing factor, was analysed. Under anaerobic conditions the content of protein decreased. The effect of protein synthesis inhibitors (actinomycin D and cycloheximide) was investigated in aerobic and anaerobic conditions. The results of the proteins synthesis inhibitors experiments indicate that synthesis of some proteins takes place in conditions of transitory anoxia (1 day for wheat and 3 day for rice).

Peculiarities of Biochemical Mechanisms of Adaptation to Hvpobaric Hypoxia of Plants, Which Differ in Steadiness // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2003. Issue 4 (36). P. 112-114

It was investigated the effect of hypobaric hypoxia on the activity of enzyme of different metabolic pathways in wheat and rice seedlings, which differ in steadiness to studying factor. Hypoxic incubation was resulted in increased enzymatic activities of alcohol dehydrogenase and malate dehydrogenase (NADH) in roots and leaves of rice. The activity of malate dehydrogenase (NAD*) was decreased in roots and leaves of both plants under hypoxia.

Actvity of Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase in Seedlings Under Hypobaric Hypocsia // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 6 (57). P. 52-54

It was investigated the effect of hypobaric hypoxia on function of pentose phosphate pathway in wheat, rice and barley seedlings , which differ in steadiness to studing factor. Pentose phosphate pathway was intensified in green barley leaves on lidht and on darkness under hypobaric hypoxia (16 hours). Hypoxic incubation (72 hours) was resulted in increase enzymatic activity of glucose-6-phosphate degydrogenase in roots and leaves of steady plant (rice) only

INFLUENCE OF ROOT HYPOXIA ON HEIGHT, DEVELOPMENT AND METABOLISM OF PHOTOSYNTHETIC LEAVES AMARANTHUS TRICOLOR L. // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2010. Issue 3 (93). P. 101-107

It was studied the features of development of Amaranthus tricolor L. sorts of Valentin in the conditions of root hypoxia and possible ways of biochemical adaptation of assimilatory vehicle. As far as the increase of term of submergence there was braking of processes of height and development, maintenance of proteins diminished in leaves and, simultaneously, the amount of low-molecular antioxidants of amaranthin and ascorbic acid changed. Found out activating of enzymes of cycle of tricarboxylic acids (malate dehydrogenase), glycolysis and fermentation (alcohol dehydrogenase) and oxidizing pentose phosphate cycle (glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase) in leaves both after short-term and the protracted anaerobiosis. It was demonstrated, that adaptation to the root anaerobiosis connect with changes of activity of enzymes of different respiratory tracts and work of the antioxidant systems in photosynthetic leaves.
