1 | Problem of tolerancy is discussed in respects to contents and conditioning of pedagogical activity. The tolerancy is considered in two psychological senses: as tolerances to others and as resistance to disadvantage external and internal factor of activity (vital activity). The first form of tolerancy is social (social-psychological), the second form is psychological (pcychophisiological). The psychological analysis of the manifestation of tolerancy in process of pedagogical activity witnesses that it is a professional important quality of personalities of the teacher, therefore its necessary formed. The terms of social and psychological tolerancy must be operated and are considered as special forms to professional activity of the teacher, directed on self-preservation and increasing to efficiency to professional activity. | 1465 | ||||
2 | In the article it is discussed traditional for labour psychology problem of the vocationally important qualities (VIQ). There are four groups VIQ: professional activity, professional development and teaching, regulation of professional and others forms to activities, which provide the formation subject of the labour. The individual qualities, who are a psychological base of the shaping subject of the labour, are marked by term «vocationally oriented quality» (POQ). Aside from VIQ (the professional knowledges and abilities), in them enter the vocationally significant quality (VSQ) - a professional interests, sets, features of the nature. Thereby, VIQ-VSQ is a system of qualities, filling the individual features, which correspond for requirement metasystem «social-vocational situation of the development and realization subject of the labour». This is a formal integral qualities of this system, their contents is defined by many individual characteristics, which mutually complement and compensate each other. 3 | In article is considered the question about influence of the professional length of service on complacency by labour, which, with standpoint of the concepts of the professional formation of personality (Y.P. Povarenkov, 2002), is an important factor of professional identity. The different standpoint on term “complacency by labour” are analysed. They are discussed results of the study to complacency by labour on 180 chasubles with different length their professional activity and four stages of the professional formation of personality in this sphere of activity stand out on base of this analysis. | 1370 |
