1 | The article describes the experience of development of cultural and educational competence of Masters of music education at pedagogical University. Optional interactive forms of classroom practice course and types of out-of class independent work are considered as method of actualization of cultural and educational component of Masters’ training. Deepening of cultural and educational component of professional training of students takes place through the musical self-education orientation, the formation of independent professional thinking, musical-pedagogical autonomy. On the basis of modern developments in the field of humanitarian studies, the author makes an attempt to analyze the issues and gives practical examples of its solution. 2 | The article describes the strategy of professional training of a teacher-musician using modern audiovisual technologies. The characteristic of both traditional audiovisual means and technologies (different types of presentation, training, reference, creative computer programs using sound and image) and modern means functioning in a computer multimedia environment (digital (electronic) educational resources, music and computer training programs) is given. The advantages of using audiovisual technologies in solving a number of methodical tasks of the lesson are described: the development of a variety of methodological tools, differentiation of these methodological developments into groups of exercises. The expediency of the use of audiovisual technologies is also considered in terms of the formation of professional competencies of bachelors. The important technological functions of music and computer training programs are noted, namely their polyinstrumental format, the possibility of “immersion” of the child in the historical, artistic and emotional environment of musical culture due to sound material. It is shown how the technical capabilities of music and computer programs contribute to the immersion of the child in the process of musical creativity, create conditions for the activation of creative imagination, cause interest in the art of music. The examples of realization of the system of creative tasks in the creative-computer format are given. 3 | Introduction. The article analyzes the application of ethno-cultural approach to music education of younger students as a factor of socialization of students, their ethnic identification and self-determination in the multinational cultural space. Material and methods. In the course of work the song material was studied in the style of local folk song tradition of the Nikolsky district of the Penza region,the echoes, folk tunes which make up the content of ethno-cultural and ethnomusical knowledge mastered by younger schoolchildren in folklore ensemble. Their use makes it possible to design the process of formation of ethno-cultural and ethnomusical knowledge as a personal intellectual experience based on internal acceptance of information and implementing this knowledge in practical actions. Results and discussion. The success of the formation of ethno-cultural and ethnomusical knowledge of younger students depends on several factors, for example, the wealth of emotional and moral content of musical works or compliance with the specifics of children’s musical and creative activity. As elements of the selection of local history material, its spiritual and moral content, the presence of musical and artistic traditions that contribute to the realization of the child’s right to their own national art culture and language in the process of its development and aesthetic education are updated. Nikolsky district of the Penza region is rich in its musical traditions, has a historical, cultural and spiritual heritage, which includes valuable historical and architectural monuments associated with historical events, the lives of outstanding figures of culture and art of Russia. All this allows younger students to quickly and easily navigate the world of ethnomusical values of the native musical culture and the culture of other peoples. The pedagogical potential of ethnocultural musical material lies in the fact that it provides simplicity and brightness of the artistic-figurative perception of works of this orientation. Conclusion. Purposeful, systematic lessons with children in the folklore ensemble contribute to the preservation of spiritual and moral values of the musical culture of the ethnic group. Younger students demonstrate not only the knowledge of song and dance culture of ethnic groups living in the Penza region, but also Patriotic civic qualities relevant to the modern stage of development of society. 4 | Introduction. The article presents the results of studying the problems of socialization of children in terms of additional education by means of art, the theoretical analysis of concepts «socialization», «cultural socialization» and basic components of the structure of these categories, in particular, «the system of individual values of personality», which determines the results of socialization of children as a socio-pedagogical phenomenon. The cultural specificity of socialization of children in terms of additional arts education, the psycho-pedagogical guidelines for the formation of individual values (directivity of value orientations, needs, motives of behavior and activity, etc.) in the sphere of additional education of children on the modern stage. Aim and objectives. To substantiate and concretize modern guidelines for socialization of children in additional education by means of art. Material and methods. The study used theoretical methods of interdisciplinary study of the process of socialization of a growing personality, its spiritual and cultural aspect, and analyzed current scientific research that reveals methodological guidelines that mediate the effectiveness of the results of the process of cultural socialization of children in modern conditions of additional art education. Methodological guidelines were personal, activity, complex, comparative approaches, theoretical analysis of scientific literature and classification, generalization of research results. Results and discussion. The process of socialization in scientific research is not only considered from the perspective of society, but from a position of identity that actualizes the role of personal and activity approach to the interaction between the child and the world of artistic culture. An important result of cultural socialization of children in additional education is the system of individual values as personal education (orientation of value orientations, needs and motives of activity). Set of interdisciplinary research (M. V. Boguslavsky, I. A. Pakhomov, V. V. Pavlovsky) allows us to highlight the features of the socialization process in modern conditions of functioning of institutions of additional education for children – the digital environment, changes in the content and methodological system of artistic additional education (the appearance of real on-line and off-line education), the teacher’s orientation to a personality-oriented model of interaction with children. Conclusion. Modern landmarks of the process of cultural socialization in secondary education by means of art (the interpenetration of ideas and methodological tools of personal and activity approaches and methods of digital pedagogy) contribute to the formation of individual values, personality artistic, aesthetic, creative direction, selfdevelopment and self-realization of a child in a constantly changing cultural environment, which is the main criterion of the efficiency and effectiveness of socialization process of growing personality.
