The «Subjective» Nature of Professional Formation Crises (Based on Medical Professional Activity Examples)
The article treats the process of professlcnalisation as a sequence of internal (subjective) crises. Passing these crises consequently leads a specialist to the need to reassess the role of personal particularities in the prospect of professionalization. The personal and social maturity of a doctor serves as a basis for his full fledged professional development, rather than «the humanitarian supplements that could be neglected.
