STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF QUESTION PATTERNS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF ENGLISH ADVERTISEMENTS)
The syntactic aspect of advertising texts, namely the pragmatic sentence types (Searle) are presented. One of the most common types that have not received a complex generalization of its functional and semantic features is question pattern. An attempt to analyze its structural features on the example of advertising texts in English printed media is made.
