METAINDIVIDUAL EFFECT OF STYLE OF PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY IN THE CONDITIONS OF NEW QUALITY OF EDUCATION
The contradictions of the education system which have arisen in connection with transition to realization of new quality of education and competence-based model of the graduate are shown. Value of activity approach is for elimination of contradictions and a role of style of activity of the teacher as factor of formation of model of the graduate of school. The structure of style of teachers is characterized, two options of its manifestation and metaeffects which form various features of activity of pupils are shown.
