POST-INDUSTRIAL SOCIAL MANAGEMENT AND SOCIAL ACTIVITY OF YOUTH: THE EXAMPLE OF SCHOOLCHILDREN OF ALEXANDROVSKY DISTRICT OF TOMSK REGION

Information About Author:

In connection with changes in society we highlight the key features of the post-industrial sociality related to the emergence of a new middle class – meritocratic, who are persons occupied with highly qualified, creative work, and who remarkable for their activity in the economic and social spheres. The article reveals the degree of autonomy in implementing one’s own life strategy and focus on improving “Knowledge” potential of the Russian youth, the eagerness to self-development, regardless of where they live. At the same time the need for a specific mechanism for young people with leadership potential is indicated. This new organization became the School of Progressive Youth “Perspective” at the Tomsk State University.
