It is dedicated to the examination of the derivative stem – one of the components of the word formation structure. The subject of our study is the expressive and the content plans of the derivative stem in Turkic languages, based on the Shor language, one of the insufficiently studied Turkic languages of South Siberia. In this article the author also analyzed the influence of the ground word on the lexical meaning of the derivative word formation and word formation affix assign. The article describes excursus of using of metaphor in pedagogy in the late 20th century – in the early 21st century and its perspectives. Context-competence model of the future teacher training, ranked among the modern models of professional pedagogical education, assumes a gradual transition from academic activity to professional activity, it concentrates on knowledge and skills of professional activity in the context. This model assumes the actualization of quasi-professional activities of future teachers. In the article features of quasi-professional activity in pedagogical education, tasks of quasi-professional orientation in preparation of the teacher of a foreign language are considered. The definition of the concept “the task of a quasi-professional orientation” has been clarified, the structure of these tasks and the factors to be taken into account in their development are named. In the process of quasi-professional activity, future teachers form their own pedagogical position; acquire skills of assessment and solving pedagogical situations; learn and comprehend the peculiarities of pedagogical activity of the teacher; form personal qualities that meet the requirements of professional activity. The tasks of the quasi-professional orientation in the methodical training of the teacher are methodical tasks that involve the implementation of quasi-professional activities, primarily related to the leading types of professional activity of the teacher – teaching, planning and analysis. Authors examples of’ tasks of a quasiprofessional orientation for methodical training of a foreign language teacher are given.

This article is devoted to the theoretical and experimental aspects of the investigation of the self-management ability as the criterion of the personal-professional development of the students during their education in pedagogical higher school, to the investigation of the formation of personality who is directed to high professional achievements in education, to professional self-development and self-actualization. Self-management ability is interpreted as the goaldirected self-change or as the management of the human activity forms such as communication, behavior, activity, emotional experience (N. Peysakhov). Statistical analysis of the data obtained in the ascertaining step permitted to identify the significant differences, allowing to define the psychological characteristics of personal-professional development of pedagogical high school students with different levels of self-management ability. It is necessary for the students with low levels to form a horizontal self-management structure, which includes the eight stages: analysis of contradictions, forecasting, goalsetting, formation of criteria, quality assessment, making decision, monitoring, correction. The personal-professional development of the students with high self-management ability is characterized by the creation of a vertical selfmanagement system, by self-improvement of its individual units, by changes in the forms of human activity.

The artice discusses the role of lifelong learning for professional activity as a vital instrument providing both, current and perspective needs of labour market. Lifelong learning fulfills three main functions – professional, social and personal. One of the ways to deliver such kind of education is involving professional development programs, which can be delivered through in-service training in various formats (distant, face-to-face, autonomous learning). These programs can be arranged within various timescales with regard to government regulations and employer requirements. In addition, the staff participating in design, elaboration and implementation of these programs should meet the latest professional requirements in their area. It is suggested that professional competence among academics as people functioning like conductors between industrial sector and adult learners is of vital importance. For that reason, special attention is drawn to the programs for academics and doctoral training. As an illustrative example, the experience of participating in a PhD program at the University of Sheffield (UK) is described. This program is characterized as highly individualized, which leads to sufficient outcomes among learners. Along with that, the authors propose to borrow key aspects from Sheffield experience and adapt them for doctoral training in Russia. Finally, urgent problems in academics development are outlined, further steps and solutions are offered.

The author is examining the literary material starting from the poem «Panmongolism» byV. Solovjevuptothe novel «Chapaev and the Emptiness» by V. Pelevin. In the eschatological variant of the myth the author discov¬ers the motives of the invasion of the Mongolian multi¬tudes into Russia as a part of Europe and their participa¬tion in the apocalyptical Christian plot. In another variant of the myth which is closer to the literature plot the hero is either escaping, or traveling, or is made to go to Mon¬golia, and Mongolia turns out to be either the domain of death, or the hero perishes or changes his status being subjected to the initiation. The Mongolian myth is widen¬ing to the Pan Mongolian one and in this way is being built into the Asian myth of Russia.

The influence of different forms of selenium on development of wheat plants in soil culture was studied. It is shown, that formation of structural elements of shoot and productivity of plants Triticum aestivum L. depends on the degree of oxidation of selenium ions and the methods of processing. Specificity of action of different ions of selenium consists in regulation of accumulation of dry substance by the main shoot and shoots tillering, amount of tillering shoots, productivity and quality of grain. Selenate sodium increased wheat productivity, selenite of sodium - quality of grain (the content of starch and protein).

Magneto- and meteosensitivity of 31 students have been studied. Significant frequency of magneto- and meteosensitivity (48 %) and their different syndromes - cerebral (40 %), joint (26,6 %), kidney's (13,4 %) and mixed (20 %) has been set. Meteosensitivity was burdenned by large frequency of diseases. Magnetosensitivity in the hypotensive (52 %) and hypertensive (32 %) forms has been detected for 84 % of students. The dependence of meteosensitivity upon the magnetosensitivity hasn't been detected
