In the process of training primary school teachers for innovative activity it was revealed that the success was not great enough in view of the fact that they experienced a great number of difficulties. We cleared up these difficulties and the ways of overcoming them and worked out the con¬ception of training teachers for innovative activity. Analyzing the character of teachers successful education¬al work in the process of training by innovative technologies (IT) the author pays attention to studying teachers', didactic difficulties (DD), which reduce teachers', progress during their further training at innovative technologies refresher courses. Studying the character of didactic difficulties (DD) and the ways of overcoming them by means of special training becomes the basis of the author's conception of raising the effectiveness of educational process. Considering these actions to be the preliminary stage of any courses, raising the level of professional skills opens wide opportunities for raising the effectiveness in teaching new educational tech¬nologies. The author suggests a system of organizing de¬veloping studies based on methodical devices and recom¬mendations how to use them while overcoming didactic dif¬ficulties (DD), which were worked out by the author.

The second meaning concurs with Yamvlih from Syrien idea about the Unity who understands it as the all-absorbing (ubiquitous) reality, which embraces and maintains everything in itself indistinguishably. Stem-building markers became the formal factors of the declensions only in the course of time. Originally, they were not indifferent to the semantics of the nouns and joined to certain names only. The comparative analysis of nouns with consonantal elements -j-, -w-, -n- in Gothic convinces us of the ancient origin of the markers -j-, -w- as the morphological structure of the word allows to reveal earlier elements. Every stem-building marker with a consonantal element possesses its specific feature and expresses more concrete lexical meaning. The original meaning of the consonantal markers -j-, -w- was connected with an earlier category – category of animateness/inanimateness, i.e. they were markers of animateness but they lost this meaning. Only the marker -n- has kept the meaning of animateness, and vowel markers show the grammatical gender.

The article dwells on certain aspects of the correlation between the mind units and language units. Addressing the issues of mind in order to investigate the connection between the language units semantics and mental images makes it possible to single out general, individual and culturally marked components of reality cognition. Different approaches to the term image are under consideration. The reconstruction of the mind images that appear to be the result of differently channeled cognition processes has been attempted at. It is suggested that the mind images create a certain basis as soon as they reflect the results of the reality cognition confined within a culture as well as individual interpretation of the perceptual information. This cognitive basis serves in turn as a foundation for the image of the world, and a motivating ground for the language units semantics. Imagery may be treated as one of the ways of reality conceptualization.

The article discusses the current concept of the assessment of pedagogical staff in Russian Federation. According to this approach the significant component of the assessment system is to provide information about possible areas of professional development of teachers’ professional activity and their competence. The proposed approach is a model of teacher professional competency that include core competencies, that were allocated on the basis of a research about teacher’s professional activity in accordance with the professional standard of teacher. Key competencies of a teacher are a set of personal qualities that are demonstrated in the behavior and ensure the effective implementation of his professional activities. The article presents approbation results of the “360 degrees” method of survey in assessing the professional activities of teachers. Method of survey “360 degrees” allows to assess the level of teacher’s competences representation on the basis of the attitudes of all participants of educational activities (students, parents of students, colleagues, representatives of administration and teachers) to the manifestations of professional competence in practice. The application of the assessment approach presented in the article is possible not only by the external experts, but also by educational organizations for the purpose of assessment of teacher’s professional activity.

Introduction. A brief bibliography, the main milestones of the creative path of Vasily Shkvarkin are given. The history of the plays and publications of the play “Alien Child” is recreated. Aim and objectives. The purposes of this paper is to review the reactions of Soviet criticism to the performances of the comedy «Alien Child» by V. Shkvarkin and to study the meaning that the play had for Soviet dramaturgy of its time. Materials and research methods. The research methodology is based on the historical-typological and hermeneutic approaches. Results and discussion. The study revealed the significance of the role played by the play “Alien Child” in the development of the Soviet comedy. It is shown that the reviews published in the newspaper “Pravda” to a large extent determined further critical discussion of the comedy framework. Conclusion. The performances of «Alien Child» were a huge success with the audience and were hotly discussed in the press. Regional authors in their assessments, follow the text of a review by Rosenthal, published in the «Pravda» newspaper. The piece by Shkvarkin was one of the most important modern comedies, so the “Alien Child” was estimated in a press within the framework of soviet drama in general. The simplicity of the plot of «Alien Child» was perceived in a positive way. Shkvarkin’s play was rated as funny, “sincere” and “warm”. Most reviewers noted in the «Alien Child» both entertaining and moral-like functions. Shkvarkin’s comedy was perceived as a very confident and significant, if not without some flaws, a step towards the development of Soviet comedy. Criticism appreciated the optimistic picture of the future that inspired the audience to work hard for the sake of a happy tomorrow. The same few claims were made to it: some unsuccessful puns and several unfinished plot moves and characters. It was perceived as a very confident and significant, though not devoid of in general insignificant flaws, step towards the development of the Soviet comedy. The artistic merits of “Alien Child” led critics to speculations about the tasks of comedies in the Soviet state.

We consider our world as a brane embedded in the 5D space-time which is a solution of the 5D Einstein equations with Л-term. We do not solve the modied Einstein equations on the brane, instead of this we use exact solution of 5D Einstein equations. The energy-momentum tensor appears as the Israel jump condition on the brane. This tensor at the innity gives positive tension in one side of the wormhole and negative tension in the second part of the wormhole space-time. In the case of the AdS5 model without Randall-Sundrum asymptotic we found the wormhole metric which satises the energy conditions.

The main ideas of this technology are: - exposing of the didactic difficulties; - organization of training exercises for development of special abilities (such as communicative abilities, imagination, different types of memory, etc. ); - organization of transitional exercises from development of special abilities to realization of studying activity in intensive conditions; - using of training exercises during the whole course; - using productive methods of teaching. This technology can be used in teaching German as well as other school subjects.

Filchenko Andrey Yuryevich Functional-Pragmatic Perspective on Clause Argument Case-Marking in Eastern Khanty. // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 4 (55). P. 140-147

The paper outlines the types of discourse-pragmatic functions and kinds of propositional-semantic content associated with the Loc-marked Agent constructions in Eastern Khanty. Selected methodology includes contrastive morpho-syntactic and contextual analysis of the narrative corpus, attending to the information structure and linguistic meta-data. Based on discourse analysis, it is hypothesized, that a wide cognitive faculty facilitating the structuring of information and specifying the roles of the participants, governs the choice of grammatical means, i.e. the construction types. It follows from the analysis of pragmatic, semantic and grammatical features of interacting discourse participants that specific system’s grammatical resources identify with certain pragmatic-semantic properties. The Loc-Agent constructions are prototypically used to express the events with more than one argument with competing topicality. The Loc-Agent constructions (agented passive and “ergative”) manifest a parenthetical shift in centrality of the discourse referents, where a secondary topic referent is competing with the primary agentive topic. This is expressed by temporary promotion of the secondary topical referent to the Loc-marked S grammatical relation. N.V. Polyakova. The article presents research findings of morphological marking of abstract nouns in Gothic, Old High German and Old Icelandic. It is found out that the abstract nouns in these languages are mostly feminine and are primarily used in singular forms. A historical analysis of the categories of number and gender reveals their interaction in the evolution of grammatical gender system.

In the dung of different animals on the pastures of Altay 14 species staphylinids of genus Tachinus are discovered, four of which (T. corticinus, T. rufitarsis, T. scapularis, T. subterraneus) earlier for the dung were not indicated. The conclusion is drawn that the dung attracts Tachinus not only the topics properties, but also as a place of concentration of potential food. That allows to consider Tachinus as the important element coprobionts coleopterous complex.

Behavioral features of malarial mosquitos’ larvae Anopheles atroparvus (Diptera, Culicidae) are studied and connected with additional ways of meal reception – a substratum scraping and cannibalism. Results of experiments demonstrate that larvae of young and advanced stages Anopheles have various trophic and spatial niches in biotopes. Fall of food concurrence among stages and pressure of cannibalism on larvae of younger stages are reached. At the same time, individuals of advanced stages A. аtroparvus actively dive on depth of ten centimeters in search of forage, being switched over to alternative type of a food – the scraping.
