5351 | The possibility for classification of psychological theories of visual information perception are investigated with the aim to define the applicable limits for each approach. The perception of visual information is seen as part of the information process (generation, coding, storage, transfer of information, etc.). The information process interpreted within the context of post-non-classical paradigm (V. S. Stepin). This kind of perception interpretation corresponds to the methodology of information-synergetic approach developed by I. V. Melik-Gaykazyan. Therefore, the main theses and models of information- synergetic approach are chosen as bases for the classification of psychological theories of visual information perception. 5352 | The article explains the choice of the empirical material as the cognitive-discursive research of written texts – compositions, which is a component of the Russian Unified State Exam on the Russian language. The key point of the author is that the modeling potential of these speech patterns allows creating an invariant of a high school graduate worldview picture. The modeling direction within the given research gives a reconstruction of the represented in a system of certain frames worldview of the modern high school child in the aspect of the axiological characteristics. The text, reflecting in itself a fragment of the world picture is the richest material for the researcher wishing to analyze not only the originality of the author’s position on this or that question, his or her creative potential, but also a system of the author’s signature style evaluations, and also priorities in a foreshortening of axiological preferences. It is noted that the formation of the high school graduate worldview is carried out in difficult historical and socio-cultural conditions, on the one hand because of the economic and political changes which happened during the last decades in Russia and the world, on the other hand because of the world values shift in the society and, as a result, contradictions in an axiological paradigm of different generations representatives. The conclusion is that, despite the presence of templates affiliation in the processes of writing and evaluation of these works by the experts, the graduates compositions accurately present the world values, that are determined primarily by the age and the social factors. 5353 | The article proves that it is necessary to assess the quality of higher education by revealing whether students are satisfied with teaching. It describes the findings obtained by monitoring medical students’ satisfaction with Latin teaching. The findings indicate that most students (77.3 % – 2014, 86 % – 2015) have an average level of satisfaction, which is not sufficient for university students. The Latin teaching, therefore, needs to be improved. The article also reveals priorities related to Linguistics and teaching methods, which improve the quality of Latin teaching within the framework of the competency-based approach, thus increasing medical students’ satisfaction with teaching. 5354 | The article discusses the problems of the development of one of the essential objects of the urban environment of Tomsk at the beginning of the 20th century - bathhouse facilities. This topic has not been the subject of special scientific research yet. Bath as an urban infrastructure element was a popular public institution where people could perform not only hygiene, but also relax, spend free time, communicate with other people. Analyses the existing сentral and local legislation regarding the construction and maintenance of the municipal baths, rules of their functioning in accordance with sanitary requirements, describes the real sanitary condition of the Tomsk baths and its causes. Provides the characteristics of public, room and family baths, their similarities and differences in the quantity and quality of services provided. It is concluded that there is insufficient number of baths to meet the basic needs of residents in maintaining personal hygiene. Shows the role of the urban sanitary commissions in the implementation of sanitary monitoring of bathing establishments, maintenance of cleanliness and disinfection in them. Attention is focused on such problems of Tomsk bath economy, as lacking of sewerage, water supply (up to 1905-1908), poor ventilation device, closets and pits for water drainage, irregular disinfection, presence of parasites (lice, worms) and high probability of contracting infectious, skin, venereal and other diseases. 5355 | The paper deals with the student youth physical education in conditions of internationalization of educational environment of Russian higher school. The relevance and necessity of searching new approaches to the student youth physical education of Russian higher schools in conditions of internationalization are presented. The purpose of empirical research is to reveal the peculiarities of students physical education in conditions of internationalization of educational environment of Russian higher school. Data of the empirical research are adduced. The paper presents the results and conclusions of conducted research in two directions: 1) revelation of the urgent objectives of professional development of high school teacher of physical education as the subject of international educational interaction; 2) revelation of the urgent directions of students physical education in the international educational environment of Russian higher school and identifying the most productive forms, methods and tools of physical education in the conditions of internationalization. The research has been conducted on the basis of two Tomsk higher schools by means of the following methods: survey (structured interviewing, questionnaire poll), involved observation and the expert method. 5356 | This article deals with considering of some questions of teaching discipline “Informatics” to students of liberal arts colleges. In modern conditions, it is important for students as future specialists to form their information culture. In this regard, information systems and technologies are intensively used in education. One of the instruments of forming of information culture of students is the discipline of “Informatics” which is taught to the students studying in the directions of preparation “Economics” and “Conflictology”. As the obligatory components of competences that must be formed in the course of studying the discipline “Informatics”, the skills of processing of text information, preparation of data in spreadsheets and developments of databases can be singled out. Therefore, one of the main competencies that are formed in the course of studying the discipline “Informatics”, in our opinion, is the ability to use modern technical means and information technologies (PK-8) for solving analytical and research problems. Analysis of the experience of teachers of the Department of Informatics and Mathematics of Saint-Petersburg University of Humanitarian and Social Sciences shows that the educational and methodological support of independent work on the discipline “computer science”, develops at a fairly high methodological level and is actively used in educational process. However, with the development of information technologies, including the constant updating of the programs of the MS Office package, it becomes necessary to update the workshop. Therefore, the author based on the already available materials developed an electronic course on the discipline “Informatics”, placed in the SPbGUP system of independent work support (www.edu.gup.ru). 5357 | The subject of study is the problem of forming skills of well-supported argumentation in the process of mastering German scientific discourse for advanced foreign language students. Being confident in the knowledge of norms and rules of written and oral communication behaviour appears to be a necessary basis for efficient integration of students into the world scientific community. In the opinion of both researchers and students, the phenomenon of Argumentation, which is the main element of the scientific style of communication, causes particular difficulties. Following the logic of the chosen focus, the following authentic German educational publications are analysed: 1) „Mittelpunkt neu C1. Deutsch als Fremdsprache für Fortgeschrittene“; 2) „Wissenschaftsdeutsch. Argumentationsstrukturen – Sprachhandlungen – Ausdruck von Emotionen“; 3) „Klipp und Klar: Übungsgrammatik für die Mittelstufe B2/C1“. The analysis reveals their methodological potential, the strong and weak sides of the methodological approaches. In the first two textbooks, there are signs of a certain superficiality and fragmentation in the presentation of the material. The educational publication „Klipp und Klar: Übungsgrammatik für die Mittelstufe B2/C1“ however is different from the first two as it presents a holistic view of the ways of structuring a reasoned statement in German, taking into account elements of all levels. Practical recommendations on the development of the argumentative competence on the productive and receptive levels of language proficiency are formulated. The problem of teaching written or oral well-supported argumentation within the framework of scientific discourse requires further study, especially in the context of mastering communication learning strategies for students at an advanced level of learning a foreign language in a situation of p rofessionally-oriented scientific dialogue. 5358 | The article deals with the concept Friend and the ways of its actualization in the language usage of the youth in English. It characterizes the youth as a special social and age group. The language usage of the youth is chosen in the article because of its dynamic development that meets the requirements of modern society. The results of the definition analysis of the lexeme “bro” and its derivatives as a part of concept Friend are given. The article presents formal and informal definitions of “bro”, which show two main connotations of the word: “blood relationships” and “kinship of souls” regardless of gender. It defines seven semantic fields with the “bro” root words which characterize the concept Friend in the English language. The fields are: friendship with no boundaries, close nonsexual relations between men, assistance, having fun, love, male friendship through the prism of attitude to women, friendship as hobby. The article describes each of the fields with details and states the increasing nominative ability of the lexeme “bro”. The concept Friend is becoming more pragmatic because of new nominations and semantic fields: friend is a person to spend free time with (bromam, to bro out, brover), even to make love to (friend-a-fit, broabe) or to interact with to gain more popularity (frien, frienaddict). 5359 | Introduction. In the modern conditions of the information society, social adaptation of people with deep eyesight impairments depends largely on their information and communication competence. IC competence of people with deep eyesight impairment is considered as an ability to use information and communication technologies in professional, educational, household activities; navigate in the information space; receive and use information with the help of information typhlotechnologies. The purpose of the article is to describe the stages of planning a methodical system for IC competence formation of students with deep eyesight impairments. Material and methods. The research was carried out on the basis of theoretical principles about methodological systems and empirical methods of research. In developing the methodological system, requirements and recommendations were used, based on the clarified concept of information and communication competence of eyesight impaired persons, as well as on the key principles of a competence-based approach to learning. Results and discussion. The stages of planning a methodological system for the formation of information and communication competence of students with eyesight disabilities are presented. The developed methodological system includes the need-motivational, target, informative, operational-activity, effective and controlling components. Particular attention is paid to information typhlotechnologies as compensating means of limiting the visual analyzer. 5373 | The article contains generalization of experiments’ results, which were based on methods of scalling and addition of suggestions; analysis of influence of public language personality’s voice and appearance in the the audio-visual form of the author’s media text spread; research of the results of informants’ modelling of author’s verbal portrait including indication of his age, social status, education, interests, peculiarities of appearance, character. Linguistic and extralinguistic factors affecting the interaction of the public language personality and the media environment have been identified. It was determined that media text’s name, its placement (informational plot) and idea are of the most important characteristics, that have an influence on media text’s effect on collective language personality of young people (the informants were the students of philological faculty at the age of 18-20 years old). It was found out that outward of public language personality and usage of figurative means and rhetorical devices during media discourse perception are the most significant characteristics for this category of informants. Audio-visual channel of media text spread considerably broadens spectrum of its influrnce on collective language personality according to the results of experiments. Special importance acquire voice characteristics of media text’s author (timbre, time, volume, intonation, pause, logical stress), which allow to perceive sense accents of an author, his emotions and assessments sufficiently. Outward of media text the author and his nonverbal behavior (gestures, mimicry, outfit) as special discursive factors are also significant for media text influence on collective language personality and modelling of different author’s peculiarities by addressee, that is of great importance for comprehension of author’s position verbalized in a text. In terms of influence of media text in the case of its written form of its distribution the key role belongs to a theme, which is dedicated to, and to author’s position, explicated verbally. The received results are of interest for the theory of speech influence, media linguistics, communicative stylistics of text. 5374 | The relevance of this study is due to the fact that the high level of speech activity ensures the establishment of positive interpersonal relationships of preschoolers with peers and the child’s occupation of a certain status position in the children’s collective. The author raises the question of comparative characteristics of speech activity of preschool children with different sociometric statuses. The article describes the criteria, indicators and levels of speech activity of preschool children, which are used in the organization of observations of children of different sociometric statuses in free play and organized joint activities. In particular, such criteria of speech activity as initiative, type of speech communication, speech motivation, content and emotional expressiveness are highlighted. The results of the experiment, for example, revealed a high level of speech activity in children with the status of “stars”, the middle and low level of speech. The detailed description of levels and characteristics of speech activity of preschool children with different sociometric statuses is given. Statistics of comparison of criteria, levels of speech activity of children with different sociometric statuses and explanation of such differences are presented. Thus, the study revealed differences between children with the status of “stars” and “isolated” according to the criteria of speech initiative, motivation and types of speech communication. This phenomenon updates professional mobility development of the teachers. The results of scientific research and the functions of professional activity of the teacher fixed by the standard of the teacher are compared. The structural components of professional mobility of distance learning teachers are identified: professional dynamics, intellectual lability, innovation. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional mobility of the distance learning teacher are determined. There has been a research conducted on determining innovative creative aspect of teacher activity, the level of innovative potential, the capability to accept innovations, the difficulties caused by them in working under the changing circumstances. The interview results and diagnostic researches done by the teachers are being analysed. The results of the study of readiness of teaching staff to teach children in the remote mode are provided. The structure of the complex educational program for the formation of the competences of teachers of distance learning is substantiated. Under the circumstances of distance learning such specialists as teachers of Psychology, Pedagogy, methodologists of distance learning organization, IT programmers, managers, web designers, medical staff must be involved into the process of teacher training. Certain conclusions have been made on the correlation of the professional mobility development which is the condition for the teachers effective activity and his or her professional skills, personal qualities such as aspirations for self-education, setting goals, ways of achieving, targets, efficiency, emotional empathy. 5376 | Modern Russian education is characterized by the adoption of tutors into general education organizations. It is established that these specialists rarely turn to the practice of supporting a professional identity of schoolchildren, are not ready to carry out this process. The concept of the tutor’s readiness to support the professional identity of schoolchildren is defined. This is a complex personal and professional description of a tutor which includes the awareness of importance of the supporting professional identity of schoolchildren, an interested mood in the creative use of the theory of tutoring in the practice of career guidance work with students, the presence of reflexive abilities that allow timely making adequate decisions in the process of constructing and implementing an individual way of choosing the future profession by tutors. A criterial evaluation system has been developed. It offers a level characterization of the components of the readiness of tutors (motivational, activity, analytical) to support the professional identity of schoolchildren. Based on the analysis of the literature, the expediency of using the powerful resources of intracorporate training for the development of this quality is justified. The system of intracorporate training is simulated, the program of which three meaningful lines are proposed: the legal framework for tutoring; psychological foundations of professional identity of schoolchildren as an object of tutoring; effective technologies of tutoring support of professional identity of schoolchildren. The description of the activity methods of work to improve the professionalism of tutors within the framework of intracorporate training is given. The findings of the authoritative study are presented, demonstrating the need for the development of readiness of tutors to support the professional identity of schoolchildren. The results of the control experiment are interpreted that allow one to assess the impact of internal training on positive changes in all components of tutors’ readiness to support schoolchildren in choosing their future profession. 5377 | Introduction. The amateurish text is a notable phenomenon of modern mass (not elitist) speech culture. Factors that ensure the promotion of this type of text in the media include the priority of the hedonistic function to the detriment of the cognitive, as well as the interest of society in the public figure, which the media institute provides an opportunity to speak on issues not related to education and profession. The aim of the article is to study the perception of an amateurish text (its content and form) by different groups of recipients. The research issues are aimed at identifying the heterogeneity of mass speech culture by comparing the estimated positions of different recipients of the same text. Material and methods. As an example of amateurish text, the text of the chief editor of a glossy magazine is used, which emphasizes distance from specialists in the field of knowledge (philology) that he discusses. Based on the semantic- stylistic method, speech material obtained in a psycholinguistic experiment, that is, secondary reaction texts, is analyzed. Recipients are divided into three groups: non-specialists from 18 to 44 years old; non-specialists from 50 to 62 years old; students studying in the direction of “Philology”. Results and discussion. It is established that the text broadcasts relatively reliable information (scientific and semiscientific knowledge, a linguistic myth), contains factual errors. An experimental study of evaluative reactions to the text shows that the information transmitted by the text is uncritically accepted by a significant part of the recipients. Non-specialists regard the amateur as a social type depending on age: young participants in the experiment are more loyal to him than senior group recipients. Students who have mastered the problem under discussion in theory and practice speak out sharply negatively about amateur judgments. Assessment of the speech features of the text correlate with the assessment of content. The younger group approves of the humor, accessibility, “ease” with which the information is presented; the senior group notes in the text speech aggression, violation of ethical standards. Philologists in their assessments of the author’s speech style are closer to the older group, that is, more conservative than their peers. Conclusion. Evaluative reactions to one of the varieties of modern mass culture – the amateurish text – allow us to talk about the heterogeneity of this culture, namely the existence of an older and younger communicative norm. The positions of the younger norm in mass speech culture are stronger. This conclusion is based on the fact that the speech features of the source text, which received approval from the younger group recipients, and disapproval of the senior recipients, are considered in modern style as the most striking features of the press as a whole. The author shows that the ability of the philosophical perception of the world is formed in the children’s games by certain toys. The content of the boys’ game is changing historically, as it is linked to the progress in technology and weaponry, and the girls’ games are historically unchanged, as they are related to the imitation of family life and child care. The ever-changing play of boys they contribute to the formation of creative and comprehensive perception of the world, while the routine games of girls form their reproductive and rigid mindset that excludes philosophy. The paper examines the research of scientists seeking to reform the contemporary school setting in the center of the school of the student, his or her requests and needs, a comprehensive experimental study of children’s nature, goals, education on the basis of scientific data. The paper describes the findings of the pilot observations of psychologists over the laws of development of aesthetic sense in children, experiments on colour aesthetics and music perception, thoughts about the necessity of giving the child freedom to develop aesthetic sense, the importance of the aesthetic feelings for moral education of children. The study addresses the approaches of psychologists to the problem of the influence of art, and in particular, music, on the body of the child, its impact on mood and emotional state, recognition of music as the most important means of aesthetic education, a necessary element of education in school. 5389 | The problems of teaching modern schoolchildren in the conditions of introduction of a new state standard and the problems of the training of a modern teacher of Physics, which have arisen in connection with this, are pointed out. Currently, as indicated in many documents on higher education, in the country’s development program, there is a shortage of engineering personnel. This is due to the insufficient number of entrants for technical specialties and their weak motivation for training at university. These problems occur at school. These problems can only be solved by a teacher. In order to s olve this problem the author proposes a model of advanced training of bachelors of pedagogical education in Physics. For special training of bachelors a learning model is built that is implemented on the objects of a method ical orientation and based on considerable independent work of students under the guidance of a teacher. Preparation of students for the activation of Physics teaching and orientation of students for technical education is built in stages, with the distribution of study assignments for the fourth and fifth years of study. Students independently stu dy the literature recommended by the teacher, work together to develop materials for teaching students. This article presents samples of the developed materials for students in grades 7–9. All work with students is built on the basis of selected principles that theoretically justify the construction of the model training. The results of the pedagogical experiment are presented. 5390 | Introduction. In the history of Russian literature for children, the period of 1940s is distinguished by the thorough attention to the image and motif of time by major writers. It becomes, on the one hand, the universal motive and reflects “the style of epoch” (Yuri Mineralov), on the other hand, great writers – Arkady Gaidar, Samuil Marshak, Evgeny Schwarz – present their artistic understanding of the time phenomenon in their individual styles, motives, images, techniques. The “inner form” (Aleksandr Potebnya) of an artistic work, that image of the “image of time” is interesting as a phenomenon. As a result of the comparative analysis, general and peculiar stylistic features, which represent the image of time in individual styles of the specified writers, were revealed. It was important to take works that are close in time of writing and analyse them in a synchronic perspective: all selected works are written in the range of 1941–43. As a result of the comparative analysis, the general ideology of the era reflected in the individual styles of these authors was manifested, that determines the relevance of the presented work. The aim of the study is to compare the plots and systems of images in the context of images and associative traditions of literature for children in 1940es. The novelty of the work lies in the convincing identification of stylistic dominants of the image and motif of time in these works at the level of plot, system of images, a particular technique – a sudden change in the age of the characters. Material and methods. The methodology of the study is based on the works on “inner form” by Aleksandr Potebnya and works on style by Pavel Sakulin, Yury Mineralov. In the definition of biographical time, we follow Valentin Halizev, in determining the motive we follow the work of “Historical poetics” by Aleksandr Veselovsky. Research methods: comparative-typological, historical. The theoretical significance of the work realises in the use of research materials in “Literature for Children”, “Introduction to literary studies” academic courses. The practical significance of the work is implemented in material for seminars for the study of A. P. Gaidar, Marshak and E. L. Schwartz works, and also for “Theoretical basis of the readers’ activities” practical classes on course. Results and discussion. The results of the study lead to the identification of typological convergence of the image and motive of time in the literature for children of the 1940s. However, one can trace the typological variation in individual styles of A. P. Gaidar, S. Ya. Marshak, and E. L. Schwartz. The Gaidar’s image of an old man is an integral part of his customary system of images, and it also plays a key role in the revealing of the image of time. In the works we have reviewed, Gaidar emphasizes the exceptional importance of transferring not just life, but life-building experience from the old to the young. It can be stated that the transfer of such experience motif is the leitmotif in the works of Gaidar (See Timur and His Team and The Hot Rock). On the contrary, the old men in The Tale of Lost Time, a story about Schwartz, are endowed with destructive evil magic power that can only resist the team of schoolchildren living in reality and, what is most important, catching up with their time. In the dramatic tale The Twelve Months by S. Marshak, the Princess’s individualistic attempt to control and speed up time is exposed not only negatively, but at the same time it looks pointedly senseless and absurd. Conclusion. In the reviewed works the motif and image of time are disclosed in the combination of art and didactics, what is considered traditional feature for literature for children. The stylistic convergence of the works by E. Schwartz and A. Gaidar is embodied in the plot-forming role of biographical time. The key stages, such as childhood and senility, reflect the symbolic plan of the beginning and the end of life. The change of epochs and generations, the transfer of social experience, major events in the life of society and individuals reveal the inextricable link between historical, social and creative levels. 5400 | The literary work of Z. Prilepin is not studied enough for objective reasons (the first novel “Pathology” was publicized in 2004). Prilepin’s prose attracted scholarly interest as an outstanding phenomenon of the modern Russian literature. The motif of childhood, that largely determines the stylistic manner of the writer, creates a kind of metatext of his artistic space. The application of structural-semiotic method to “decode” the cultural content of the motif of childhood in Prilepin’s novel “Sankya” allows to interpret the discourse of the writer, not only as the experience of becoming the “new realism” (in part, through intertextual dialogue with the Russian classics), but also as a creative search in the paradoxical metaphysics of postmodernism. As a discursive element the motif of childhood becomes the way of actualization of the complex permanent immaturity of human in crisis era.
