The theory of nomination still has many open questions to be thoroughly studied and gaps to be filled. Contextual synonymy is one of those fields that need closer look at the processes and mechanisms of creating new naming units or adding new meanings to the existing ones. This article represents the results of the research on the phenomenon of contextual synonymy in its semantic, stylistic and functional aspects. Contextual synonyms are viewed as examples of alternate nomination. The distinction is made between language synonyms and contextual ones. Their comparative occurrence within football subdiscourse is studied. As follows from the results of the analysis of more than 200 articles and running commentaries there is a variety of regularly used clichés which are based on specific recurrent semantic schemes. Typical patterns for creating contextual synonyms as examples of secondary nomination of football teams and players are derived from above mentioned semantic schemes. To prove their existence the author provides a considerable amount of examples. Alongside with the cliché variants there are many occasional cases of creating contextual synonyms that are unique in their nature. It is observed which part of speech is exposed to stronger contextual multiplication, particularly noun or verb groups. Further on the author analyses specific aspects of using contextual synonyms and determines their functions in the text.

The article deals with the question of individual trajectories of development of junior schoolchildren in the context of solving the problem of achieving the intended outcomes of primary education in accordance with the requirements of Federal state educational standard of primary general education. In the article the authors draw attention to the shortcomings of the existing model of an individual trajectory of development of junior schoolchildren, and propose a new model where students take the subject position in relation to its educational results. The advantage of the new model is shown and the main stages of work are indicated. The results of approbation of new models of individual trajectories of development of junior schoolchildren are presented. The key principles of the article underlying the productive models are the conditions of work of elementary school teachers with individual trajectories of development of junior schoolchildren: 1. to make each of the younger school student the protagonist of the construction of the trajectory of his personal development in the educational process of primary school; 2. to give the student an opportunity to evaluate the degree of mastering the subject and metasubject results of development of basic educational programs of primary general education; 3. to integrate the work of younger students with individual trajectories of development in the current curricular and extracurricular activities of the school of the first stage; 4. to organize systematic work of students with individual trajectories of development in academic cooperation; 5. to give younger students a choice of path, means and space for the development and formation of missing skills and ways of action. Productive model of case management was reflected in actual educational practice and can be recommended to solve urgent pedagogical problems of modern elementary school.

The article touches upon the problem of verbal representation of “civilization/barbarism” dichotomy in political discourse. The research aims at exploring conceptual metaphors and metonymies verbalizing the concepts which model the development of civilizations of Great Britain and the USA during the period of the First and the Second world wars. The research is based on P. Buchanan’s “Churchill, Hitler, and the Unnecessary War”. The methods employed include component, definition and conceptual types of analysis, metaphor modelling and critical discourse analysis. Complex analysis consisting of metaphor modelling, conceptual, definition and component types of analysis presents the following results: metaphor models (Civilization as Personality, Civilization as Expansivity, Civilization as Self-control, Barbarism as Degradation) verbalize the concepts of “civilization” and “barbarism” in a certain cultural-historic context. The identification of concomitant metaphors and metonymies (Great Britain as Cow, Great Britain as Great Lady, Great Britain as Debtor, Great Britain as Slattern the USA as Sheriff, Dresden etc.) verifies the data obtained. Moreover, the investigation explores the role of metonymy Great Britain is the USA as motivator for dynamic processes in discourse. The method of critical discourse analysis which considers discourse as a phenomenon constituting social practice establishes connections between discursive practice and historic events.

The article deals with the concept of a text task and its role in the mathematics course of primary school. The peculiarities and objectives of the mathematics lesson in a correctional school of the VIII type are revealed. Difficulties of building a simple reasoning when performing mathematical tasks by younger pupils of the correctional school are analyzed. The article is devoted to the problem of juridical and social-economic status of Siberian indigenous population. The «yasak» was the specific form of taxation of «Siberian foreigners» from the close of the XVIth century. The author comes to the conclusion that the idea of including «yasak’ people» in the staff of developing peasantry class, possessing government leaders’ minds in the first quarter of the XVIIIth century, hasn’t got the practical realization in Siberia. This task had been solved at the time of M.M. Speransky’s reform applying to the «osedlye inorodtzy» («settled Non-Russians») category. Nevertheless under influencing total factors of social and economic order until the beginning of the XXth century there was still the difference between juridical and factual status of those part of Siberian aborigines which were included in the state peasantry class.

The main method of treating schizophrenia is the use of antipsychotic medication. The aim of this study was to investigate the parameters of endogenous intoxication in the serum of patients with schizophrenia during the longterm antipsychotic therapy. We demonstrated a significant change in the spectrum of middle mass molecules in the blood serum in patients with drug-induced side effects (tardive dyskinesia), which was manifested in higher rates of toxic and nuclear fractions.

The authors conclude that it is necessary to reform implementation mechanisms of government social policy. Authors examine the causes of welfare dependency (high social rate of discount, inefficient legal framework, reducing the degree of horizontal and vertical integration between agents). The authors propose measures aimed at improving the mechanisms for overcoming social dependency. It is necessary to stimulate the social responsibility of economic actors and provide socio-economic policy of government to ensure economic growth.

The article raises the issues of contemporary anthropology in the view of perspectives of Christian idea about a man as an image of God. These are the problems of correlation of natural unconsciousness and conscious comprehension in a human creature. And as a part, this is a question of the base of the mutual influence, the problems of a plurality and contradictions of modalities of consciousness. We put forward the question about possibilities of Christian discourse on a human nature and his capacities in the aspect of the perspectives in contemporary anthropology. In the issue the versions and the arguments of understanding the nature of a man as an image of God are analyses in a key of Christian doctrines. We propose as a methodological approach the idea about some modus, some planes of unified structure and nature of human consciousness. In these planes it performs as an Image and a reflection of the World (in the form of reason), an Image and comprehension of God (in the modus of existential self-renewal and mystic transgression), and an Image and a reception of a event and process of world-creation (in the modus of aesthetic perception and poetic creation) synchronically. Theoretical perspectives and implications of this approach are estimated both for philosophical anthropology, and for theological exegesis on conflict of primordial man, fallen man and salvaged man.

Cosmetology discourse is a type of professional communication connected with rending cosmetology services and creating (inventing), production (technology), advertising, protection, evaluation, marketing of cosmetology products. This discourse refers to hybrid, creolized discourse, using verbal, iconic and graphic codes. This article deals with French cosmetology discourse as one of the kinds of institutional discourse, which is a complexly organized and multi-component formation, the interaction of legislative (legal) discourse in the field of production, sale of cosmetics and rending cosmetology services, advertisement and cosmetology discourse, scientific and cosmetology discourse, academic cosmetology discourse, cosmetology media discourse, commercial discourse. The leading role belongs to the cosmetology discourse proper (esthetic medicine) in the sphere of professional communication. In its turn, each kind of the cosmetology discourse one can find polyphonic inclusions of the chemical (cosmetology), pharmaceutical, social, technical and other discourses. The complex discursive nature of the cosmetology discourse has generated a variety of genre forms.

What means to know when we are talking about cognition of complex selfdeveloping systems, including a man, that is the object of postnonclassycal science. The peculiarities of social and cultural being on the whole and specific character of the modern stage of scientific dynamics influence the transformation of knowledge. The article is concerned with the study of lexical means that actualize associative level for some sides of chaos concept in poems of O. E. Mandelstam. The study was conducted within the boundaries of communicative stylistics of text and concentrated on two generalized associative arrays: chaos — basis of being; chaos — eternity — mystery — cosmic space (sky — planets). Some specific characteristics of poet’s worldview and style are revealed.

It is established, that the influence of moderate low temperatures on using a cold method of calves cultivation stimulates haematopoiesis of young cows that is shown in rising the level of erythrocytes and hemoglobin, and also in increase in phosphorus in whey of blood for strengthening power processes and thermoregulation process. The increase of the level of cortisol in blood by the 15-th day of the research specifies the development processes of adaptation, as a result the exchange processes directed to the maintenance of organism are mobilized and this fast is proved by the lowered level of triiodyronine.

The density of energy flux of electromagnetic field generated by precessing magnetic dipole at arbitrary distance from the dipole is analyzed. It is shown that in the far field approximation only radial component of the Poynting vector exists, and it represents the intensity of radiation. In the near zone the Poynting vector has not only radial but also sufficient azimuth component. The pattern of field energy flux distribution is constructed. The obtained results can be used at research of dynamics of atmosphere of magnetized celestial bodies.

Kritskaya Nadezhda Vadimovna FROM THE HISTORY OF RUSSIAN-ENGLISH LITERAL TRANSLATION (PECULIARITIES OF INTERPRETATION OF I. A. KRYLOV’S FABLES BY W. R. S. RALSTON) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 6 (183). P. 112-116

Key peculiarities of literal prose translations of I. A. Krylov’s fables by well-known English slavist and interpreter W. R. S. Ralston are discussed in the article. The book Krilof and his Fables, first issued in 1869, enjoyed a great success and added a considerable contribution to propaganda of Russian culture in England. Lexical, syntactical, and stylistic features of the English texts, as well as difficult for translation cases of rendering of realities and proper names are studied. An attempt to explain the author’s choice of literal (exact) translation against the background of free Russian-English interpretations of the time is provided from the historical point of view. The article shows, that literal prose translation of Russian verse, however condemned as imperfect by modern translatology, was a successful and necessary step in its time, aimed at introducing a famous Russian writer to English readers. Ralston’s attempt was even more significant considering the traditional attitude of British authors to regard the fable as literary genre not just prone to, but also welcoming free interpretational transformations. Objectively lacking idiom, imagery and humour of the original, prose versions of Ralston, nevertheless, retrieved at least the true idea of the original fables contents and provided the readers with reliable image of Russian life and folklore.

Change of plants productivity of family Solanaceae in the conditions of protected cultivation under fluorescent polyethylene films was studied. A number of general laws of plants productivity change of different varieties of Lycopersincon ecsulentum, Capsicum annuum and Solanum melongena was revealed. It has been found experimentally that increase of their productivity under fluorescent films is connected with intensive reproductive organs development, accompanied by formation of better quality fruits, and increase of plants vegetation at the average by 14 days.

The influence of different forms of selenium on development of wheat plants in soil culture was studied. It is shown, that formation of structural elements of shoot and productivity of plants Triticum aestivum L. depends on the degree of oxidation of selenium ions and the methods of processing. Specificity of action of different ions of selenium consists in regulation of accumulation of dry substance by the main shoot and shoots tillering, amount of tillering shoots, productivity and quality of grain. Selenate sodium increased wheat productivity, selenite of sodium - quality of grain (the content of starch and protein).
