The review of A. V. Bolotnov’s monograph “Textual activity as the reflation of communicative and cognitive styles network language personality” (Tomsk, 2015) contains the evaluation of the urgency and scientific research novelty, the importance of network language personality theory for the investigation of textual activity in IT epoch. The established by the author of the monograph complex method of idiostyle analysis ensured the development of a new typology of information and media language personalities (journalist, writer, blogger, politician, etc.) and a description of significant features for each type of verbal behavior. For the material of the study served the content posted on the site “Echo of Moscow” – the radio station, which clearly demonstrates the new trends in the Russian massmedia of the XXI century. There have been achievements A. V. Bolotnov related to the identification and interpretation of linguistic methods of media exposure and the Internet as a new channel of communication on the consciousness of society and the individual. It appreciates the contribution of the author in the development of a number of scientific fields: the linguistic theory of personality, communicative and cognitive linguistics, communicative stylistics, discourse theory, media linguistics. Theoretical depth of the monograph and large factual material cause undoubted practical value of the book for journalists and public relations professionals.

Setari M. R. The Cardy-Verlinde formula and entropy of black holes in de Sitter spaces // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2004. Issue 7 (44). P. 5-10

In this paper we show that the entropy of a cosmoiogical horizon in topological Reissner-Nordstrom-de Sitter and Kerr-Newman-de Sitter spaces can be described by the Cardy-Verlinde formula, which is supposed to be an entropy formula of conformal field theory in any number of dimension. Furthermore, we find that the entropy of a black hole horizon can also be rewritten in terms of the Cardy-Vertinde formula for these black holes in de Sitter spaces, if we use the definition due to Abbott and Deser for conserved charges in asymptotically de Sitter spaces. Such result presume a weli-defined dS/CFT correspondence, which has not yet attained the credibility of its AdS analogue.

The role of the foreign language as a means of intercultural communication is undeniable. But it is not sufficient to have just speaking skills on household topics in foreign language for successful communication on professional issues. The key point in the preparation of a professional is the formation of vocabulary system in a certain area in the target language. The article covers the widespread ways of automating the development and use of terminological dictionaries in future engineers foreign language teaching. Creating automated electronic dictionaries and terminology data banks allows you to receive the necessary information about the terms and concepts referred to them with the help of computers, in other words certain specific areas or activities are displayed in a systematic form that helps extracting accurate and adequate information from comprehension of the actual information through the reading of original texts in the professional field. The analysis of literature on the creation of educational terminological dictionaries has identified features which could have pedagogical value in the future engineers foreign language teaching, for example, dictionary creator’s collective activity, the aim and the result (training trilingual glossary of terms), and it can be used as a means of students’ reading skills verification.

The author is examining the literary material starting from the poem «Panmongolism» byV. Solovjevuptothe novel «Chapaev and the Emptiness» by V. Pelevin. In the eschatological variant of the myth the author discov¬ers the motives of the invasion of the Mongolian multi¬tudes into Russia as a part of Europe and their participa¬tion in the apocalyptical Christian plot. In another variant of the myth which is closer to the literature plot the hero is either escaping, or traveling, or is made to go to Mon¬golia, and Mongolia turns out to be either the domain of death, or the hero perishes or changes his status being subjected to the initiation. The Mongolian myth is widen¬ing to the Pan Mongolian one and in this way is being built into the Asian myth of Russia.

A man’s soul in predominant of the spiritual life of a man, being the main to determine the consciousness of a man. This constitutes the freshness of the work. The constructive role of a civil society is in its capacity for balancing the cooperation of the system world and «vital world».

The paper treats the problems of development of such teacher’s quality as competence. The situations which help to identify a competent math teacher are described. Only highly efficient teachers took part in the experiment: teachers, who have won Soros stipend; teachers engaged in intellect-consuming models of teaching; teachers with the highest level of qualification; teachers, engaged in research activity and the like. The experiment showed that an open cognitive position is the leading feature of a competent math teacher who works on the basis of psychologically oriented models of education. The article presents the analysis of results of biennial work (2015–2016) of the research staff of the department of literature and methods of teaching of TSPU and the accomplices over the grant issues “Works of the Siberian writers and the Siberian subject in literature of the 20th–21st century for children and youth”, supported by the Russian humanitarian scientific fund and the administration of the Tomsk region. It reveals the relevance of the objectives and the novelty of the research of poetics and the perspective of the Siberian literature for children and youth, the systematization of data, the study of the biography and creative work of the little-known to the reader modern writers of the Siberian region. Describes the results and the prospects of further work on the perspective put by participants of the grant.

The philosophical meaning of the education based on the theory of inventive problems solving (TIPS) is disclosed in the present article in detail. The specific characteristic features of this type of education are shown in comparison with traditional system of education. The main contradiction of the «knowledge-oriented» paradigm of education is revealed and the way for its solving is shown. The mail idea of the education based on the theory of inventive problems solving is teaching inventive activity methods for the wide audience of learners on the basis of the principles of theory of inventive problems solving. The peculiarities of schools working on the basis of TIPS are considered and the analysis of the effect of moral education introduced in these educational institutions is revealed.
