The article deals with studying the notions “stereotype”, “ethnocultural stereotype” and “national cultural stereotype” in cultural linguistics. The juxtaposition of archetypically meaningful stereotypes of two cultures is made as a result of linguocultural comparative analysis of phraseological units containing gastronomical terms, which have been singled out in the Russian and French languages. The general (universal) and specific (unique) stereotypes reflecting peculiarities of Russian and French cultures are determined.

The article is dedicated to the revelation of heuristic potential of hermeneutic image conception within discussions on contemporary visual culture. H.-G. Gadamer interprets image as visual, spatial and social phenomenon expanding and transforming thereby the accustomed notion of iconic experience. The image is not primarily an aesthetics’ and art criticism’s research object, but social phenomenon, which has to be considered in its real and imagined character as well as in its interrelations with the life world structures. Blurring the boundaries between art and life in his image theory Gadamer opens up an array of opportunities for the analysis of iconic practices in all their variety: from science to theater.

The article reviewes the problem of scientific selection of the content of teaching physics in the present conditions of training engineersof innovative type. Discusses development of motivation in students and innovative thinking as a means of execution of the target species of educational innovation activity of students. Gives the example of the modification of the known tasks performed independently by the students as a part of the project. On this basis, the concept of the educational potential of standard tasks is introdused. Educational potential is a combination of the resources for transformation of the tasks into the projects to produce important results. Gives the scheme of the Van der Graaf generator, developed by the students from improvised materials, discusses the results of a survey of students to find ou their attitude toward the project implementation activities. For example, we compare students' predictions to what they report before having seen the demonstration, discuss the answers both right after the demonstration and several weeks later.

The paper studies artistic peculiarities of G. Gazdanov’s “An Evening with Claire” debut novel. The novel represents a unique frontier phenomenon in the 20th century Russian literary history based on classical and modern literature which came from trends of traditionalism and sometimes crosses the borders of the avant-garde space. Combining classical and modern literary traditions and elements of other arts (music, painting) of the first third of the 20th century in Russia and Europe, G. Gazdanov’s “An Evening with Claire” novel demonstratively showed creative power and potential of the younger generation of Russian émigré writers and established new trends of unique artistic synthesis of Russian and Western literature.

Сareful study of the rich experience of the Russian and Soviet higher schools is required in modern conditions of reforming the Russian educational system. Such a study will allow to take into account the mistakes of the past and to find the roots of modern problems, and also to formulate the most optimal ways of the current modernization. The need to study the dynamics of the development of the Soviet higher school is due to the scientific and historical relevance of the topic. Analysis of statistical data, archival records management showed that the development of higher education in the USSR in the 1970s and 1980s was ambiguous and contradictory. On the one hand, during this period there is an increase in the quantitative indicators of the output of specialists, the number of higher education institutions is increasing and the number of specialties is expanding. On the other hand, the system of higher education was subordinated to the needs and opportunities of the state planned economy. The state purposefully expanded the training of personnel for the extensive development of production. The growth in the number of specialists with higher education was achieved due to an increase in admission to correspondence and evening departments. Decrease in the financing of education by the end of the 1980s. gradually led to the obsolescence of the material and technical base of universities, to a decrease in prestige, both university professors and graduates who did not find a decent job in their specialty. All this deformed the system of higher education and adversely affected the development of the Soviet state and society.

The article presents the problem of children’s education in the academic discipline “Environment” in modern elementary school. Currently, there is a new federal state educational standard of primary education in the Russian Federation. It gives teachers new opportunities for the use of the course “Environment” for the development of children. The article provides an analysis of the resources of this discipline to achieve the learning outcomes in elementary school. New educational standard has three groups of educational outcomes: substantive results, metasubject results, personal results. All three groups of results were the basis for the analysis of the resources of the discipline “Environment.” The article describes the features to achieve these results by means of the course. In particular, it describes the nature of the content of the discipline at this stage, taking into account the changes of substantial lines at different stages of development of the discipline in the past. The article considers the problem of interrelation of parent-child relationship and personal maturity of the adoptive parents. Shows the dependence of successful development of the child in a foster family on the level of personal maturity of the adoptive parents and the type of parent-child relationship. Presents the results of diagnostics of childparent relationship and personal maturity of the adoptive parents. It is revealed that empathy, reflexivity and creativity of personal maturity of the parents determines the line and the type of their relationship with children. It is established that the disadvantages of the reflexivity of parents impede the development needs of self-actualization, and emotional responsiveness to the experiences of children, manifestations of creativity. At the same time, the ability of personally mature adoptive parents to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of personal development ensures their need for selfactualization, the choice of effective ways of interacting with children, humane treatment. It is believed that the level of development of personal maturity of parents ensures harmonious interpersonal relationship in foster family, creation of a favorable psychological climate. The authors come to the conclusion that the development of personal maturity of the adoptive parents is one of the factors for improving parent-child relationship in foster care, to avoid secondary orphanhood.

The paper outlines the types of discourse-pragmatic functions and kinds of propositional-semantic content associated with the Loc-marked Agent constructions in Eastern Khanty. Selected methodology includes contrastive morpho-syntactic and contextual analysis of the narrative corpus, attending to the information structure and linguistic meta-data. Based on discourse analysis, it is hypothesized, that a wide cognitive faculty facilitating the structuring of information and specifying the roles of the participants, governs the choice of grammatical means, i.e. the construction types. It follows from the analysis of pragmatic, semantic and grammatical features of interacting discourse participants that specific system’s grammatical resources identify with certain pragmatic-semantic properties. The Loc-Agent constructions are prototypically used to express the events with more than one argument with competing topicality. The Loc-Agent constructions (agented passive and “ergative”) manifest a parenthetical shift in centrality of the discourse referents, where a secondary topic referent is competing with the primary agentive topic. This is expressed by temporary promotion of the secondary topical referent to the Loc-marked S grammatical relation. N.V. Polyakova. This article discusses the steps of the logistical establishment and financing of the health care system, developing a network of health care institutions in the Tyumen region under the conditions of the oil and gas industry. Based on the principles of historicism and objectivity the author applied historical and comparative chronological methods. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the dynamics of the material-technical base of health care system in the Tyumen region in connection with the implementation of social programs in the 1964–1991 years. The Government's policy on oil and gas development of the Tyumen region was conducted successfully, but significantly lagged behind the development of infrastructure. Financing of health and medical science did not provide their development at the present level. It does not exceed 3–4 % оf GDP and a residual principle.

Barabasheva Irina Vladimirovna FEEDBACK AS A MEANS OF DEVELOPMENT OF MOTIVATION FOR FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 6 (183). P. 135-140

The article deals with the questions how to develop students’ motivation to learn foreign languages. Its main purpose is to find the most appropriate and effective ways out. The paper presents the analytical review of research on the problems concerning building and development of educational motivation, describes its types and highlights varieties that are specific to foreign language learning. Particular attention is paid to the close relationship between “feedback” and the level of students’ subject motivation development. The article presents the results of the survey conducted among students and graduates from Novosibirsk universities. The survey participants were asked to point out the most encouraging and disappointing moments they experienced while getting feedback related to results of their work, and describe their emotions. Respondents’ replies were based on their own experience of communication with the teaching staff of the educational institution, and proved the idea, that the feedback given in the foreign language classroom environment greatly affected students’ level of motivation. Moreover, the article defines the functions of “feedback”, characterizes its subtypes, that are commonly used in foreign language teaching and include implicit feedback, explicit and metalinguistic correction. The paper offers examples how to use them effectively while teaching foreign languages. Finally, it determines the level of feedback influence produced on the subject motivation development.

The optimization of functioning of the blood circulation apparatus is the necessary condition for the achievement of high sports results. One of the methods for revealing of the latent changes in the cardiovascular system and in the mechanisms of regulation in particular is the orthostatic testing. 14 young athletes aged 11-13 years engaged in sports volleyball were surveyed. The sports experience of children was 1—1 years, sports qualification. The orthostatic testing allows to estimate both reserve opportunities of system of regulation of blood circulation, and adaptable opportunities of young female volleyball organism.

In the dung of different animals on the pastures of Altay 14 species staphylinids of genus Tachinus are discovered, four of which (T. corticinus, T. rufitarsis, T. scapularis, T. subterraneus) earlier for the dung were not indicated. The conclusion is drawn that the dung attracts Tachinus not only the topics properties, but also as a place of concentration of potential food. That allows to consider Tachinus as the important element coprobionts coleopterous complex.
