This article is devoted to the analysis of interactive methods of training and their opportunities in the context of students’ professional competences development. The author characterizes and describes the functions of the main interactive teaching methods, substantiates the need for their implementation in the university, as well as analyzed methods of carrying out interactive lectures, case technologies, business games, brainstorming and also the possibility of using the educational technology “Portfolio”. Using these methods the author proposes to solve such problems as motivation for learning, optimal mastering of educational material, teaching to teamwork, to tolerance to others‘ point of view. According to the author, they allow students to move from passive learning to mastering competencies in situations of professional activity, which undoubtedly improves the quality of student preparation. The article examines the influence of the specified methods and technologies on future professional activity of students. The basis of the research is formed by personal and activity and competence-based approaches to training. The article considers the importance of design activity at lessons of literary reading at elementary school, proves the relevance of project activity in the light of Federal state educational standards, shows the possibilities of this activity on the example of the project “I. A. Krylov’s Fable”, lists the basic principles of creation of the program for literary reading. The authors allocated the types of projects of individual and group activity: practice-creative focused, role and game, research and creative, information-oriented and requirements for the organization of project activity: existence of a significant problem, importance of estimated results, independence of pupils, project structuring, use of methods of research. Special attention is paid to the stages of implementation of the project. Kacherauskas T. The Paradigm of Philosofical Poetics and Philosophy of Hermeneutics and Phenomenology // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2004. Issue 2 (39). P. 122-126

The author investigates philosophical poetics as the model of the tradition of hermeneutics and phenomenology. The article shows that the conception of mythos in the poetics of Aristoteles includs the ethical (katharsis) and existential (tragedy) aspects of the poetical understanding. The author notices the similar structure in the understanding of existential phenomenology. However the event of understanding includs as well the being to the death here. According to the author it is the base of the philosophical poetics. In this way the author interprets the whole philosophy of hermeneutics, phenomenology and existentialism.

The article deals with the renamed notions constituting the bulk of the vocabulary of the German language of today. The article illustrates that the awareness and attitude of teenagers with cerebral paralysis is mainly defined by the level of their subjectness. The higher the level of the subjectness of teenagers with cerebral paralysis is, the more adequate their view of their defect, the existing limitations and the available possibilities is.

The author draws attention to the most productive forms of interdepartmental cooperation, defi nes the functions of the organizations involved in it. Modular structuring of institutions, according to the author, allows a systematic approach to the problem of organizing access to education for children with special educational needs.
