The paper presents experimental data on the methane emissions from West Siberian middle taiga oligotrophic hollows. Studied fluxes vary considerably from –0.08 to 58 mgС·m–2·h–1 (median is 2.76 mgС·m–2·h–1). Received data are consolidated in the scope of «standard model» Bc8 conception of methane emission. The model contains medians of CH4 flux distributions on seven different microlandscape types depending on their area and duration of methane emission in the respective zones. The total flux from the middle taiga oligotrophic hollows is 0.37 TgC or approximately 70 % of CH4 total flux from middle taiga mires. Version Bc8 of this model estimates the value of yearly CH4 emission from mires of whole Western Siberia as 2.93 TgC·yr–1 that accounts for around 2.4 % of the total mire methane emission.

The dynamics of the population-species of Anopheles mosquitoes in Central Siberia on trans-sect Tomsk – Achinsk – Lower Ingash – Taishet – Toulon – Bratsk. In all areas, the study found two types of malarial mosquito Anopheles messeae and A. beklemishevi. Is dominant everywhere A. messeae. Scope of A. beklemishevi first documented in the basin. Angara, 500 km to the east than observed to date. By latitudinal trans-sect from west to east in the populations of A. messeae identified two alternative trends: the decline in the diversity of options on the sex chromosome and increase the frequency diversity on both shoulders third autosomes.

In the scientific-methodical aspect the methodical comment exists in two basic forms: as a type of information-methodical products and as an expert evaluation. Both forms are significant and necessary for theoreticians and practitioners of the educational process. In this article methodical comment is examined as a means of development and evaluation of the professional competence of the teacher of a foreign language. The most appropriate base (informative material) for methodical comments in the course of teachers’ training is proposed (methodical statements, quotes from scientific and educational literature, a description of the methods, techniques, methods, forms of teaching, educational activity results). Examples of tasks from foreign textbooks, which can be considered analogous to methodological commentary and author’s examples of methodological comments are provided. Such tasks were developed by the author of this publication for National Students’ Olympiads on the methods of foreign language teaching “Foreign language (English) and methods of teaching it” (Tomsk, Tomsk State Pedagogical University, 2016), and their use has fully justified their scientific and methodological value as a form of evaluation of professional competence of foreign language teachers. The criteria of evaluation of the methodical comments are given (pithiness, validity and completeness of the comment, actuality of the comment in terms of matching the realities of modern language education, knowledge of professional terminology, examples as a support to the comment, observance of time limits).

The emotional stress which was made by a test improves the dinamics of the brain work and higher the intensivity pupil's attension. The girls of 15 - 16 years are more stable to stress. It is the first time when we discovered that the dinamics of the girls brain work depends on the type of hormonal suppling of reproductional cycle.

Introduction. Having emerged as a tool of linguistic analysis, the corpus is now actively interpreted in terms of language learning. It allows us to speak about the formation of a new direction in humanitarian education – corpus teaching. Material and methods. The article deals with the consideration of the сorpus methodical potential in the field of student’s research work organization. It demonstrates the problem and project exercises that can be used in the practice of teaching the Russian language and the disciplines of the cycle “Modern Russian Language” (spelling, morphology, lexicology, orthology, etc.). The main target audience of the tasks are philology students, though with some adaptations they can be applied in the Russian language school course as well. Results and discussion. The presented tasks are aimed to the analysis of such phenomena as genus changing of nouns, polysemy, borrowed vocabulary, neologisms, the establishment of the words authorship and time of their appear in the language, outdated vocabulary and thematic groups using corpus data. To solve the tasks, students need to use such tools of the Russian National Corpus as lexico-grammatical search, search by semantic markup, ordering the results by date of creation, setting the sub-corpus and showing statistical information. In some tasks, the use of the corpus is combined with reference to the traditional means of learning – the dictionary. Comparison of vocabulary and corpus information allows to combine regulatory and customary approaches to the study of language and significantly expand the student’s understanding of it. The author describes the search mechanics needed to complete the tasks and gives methodological comments on the estimated results of the students and the teacher’s actions. The commentary is structured so that the reader could easily see the discussion potential of the educational material. The source for the tasks described in the article was the Russian National Corpus. Conclusion. In the end, the author draws conclusions about the pedagogical specificity of the corpus. According to the author, the corpus is an effective base for the implementation of the problem-based learning method and the project method, and its use allows students to look at the language as a living, mobile organism.

It is established, that the influence of moderate low temperatures on using a cold method of calves cultivation stimulates haematopoiesis of young cows that is shown in rising the level of erythrocytes and hemoglobin, and also in increase in phosphorus in whey of blood for strengthening power processes and thermoregulation process. The increase of the level of cortisol in blood by the 15-th day of the research specifies the development processes of adaptation, as a result the exchange processes directed to the maintenance of organism are mobilized and this fast is proved by the lowered level of triiodyronine.

The adoption of laws on timing of the work reflected the direction of the state policy of Russia towards capitalism. The legislator differentiated approaches the regulations on working time for certain categories of workers and industries, gives the norms formally-defined character and provides them with the measures of state coercion. This article examines basic legal acts concerning working time components of factory legislation of Russia in the XIX century, analyzed the practice of their application, compared to the existing regulations with the standards of the legislation of European states.

The model of processes leading to distribution and competition of different information types is considered. The model takes into account the following processes: 1) competitive interaction; 2) self-competition; 3) self-reproduction; 4) information distribution in phase space due to diffusion. The results of calculations approve qualitative analysis of dynamics of similar systems performed earlier in other works. Also, conditions of domination of one information type on another are obtained in terms of the model. The result was obtained in the framework of the project RFBR no. 11-06-00160.

The article is dedicated to finding new scientific ideas about the forms of contemporary literature. Noting that instead of differentiating, regulatory paradigm of the genre in the nineteenth – XXI centuries comes looser, synthesizing one, the authors propose to consider non-classical, non-canonical works of the newest forms of literature as author’s models. Such model performs the function of genres, but have a new degree of freedom. New degree of freedom is determined by the authors, firstly, by using the product of the expressive possibilities of different genres of the single ancestral paradigm, and secondly, by the orientation not on the form of the genre but on the well-known plot, motive, the situation of the repertoire of world culture or an event of actual reality. This article considers the problem of various conflicts, arising out of contradictions, having various psychological origins. The author distinguishes three main groups of such conflicts: the intrapersonal, interpersonal and intergroup ones. Two main strategies applied in the process of conflict solution are analyzed: «the evening-out strategy* and «the provocation strategy ». Both cannot be recognized as flexible enough and universal, since, as з rule, they are based on certain social and psychological prejudices and stereotypes. The experimental part of the research is aimed at discovering gender distinctions in the social and psychological preferences and stereotypes, concerning the notions of masculinity and femininity, characteristic of students of a pedagogical university. The obtained data show that in the examined sample group the ideology of masculinity is presented by more traditional, typical and rigid notions, while the characteristic of femininity differs much, being more polyhedral, differentiated and dynamic. Probably, changes in the feminine gender stereotype agree with the dynamics of the social and economic changes in Russia more than changes in the masculine one. This can be considered as one of the reasons for men to be characterized by a lower level of social adaptation.
