An alternative kind of deleting/erasing operation is Introduced which differs from the commonly used controlled-not (C-not) conditional logica1 operation - to flip io a standard, 'zero' value the (classical or quantum) state of the last copy in a chain, in a deletion process. It is completely reversible, in the classical case, possessing a most natural cloning operation counterpart. We call this deleting procedure R-deletion since, in a way, it can be viewed as a 'randomization' of the standard C-not operator. It has the remarkable property of by¬passing in a simple manner the 'impossibility of deletion of a quantum state' principle, put forward by Pati and Braunstein [1].

The article is devoted to analysis of regulative potential of stylistic figures (anzhabeman, parcelling) in lexical regulative structure of Z. Gippius poetic texts. It was determined that regulative means of anzhabeman and parcelling in the author verses are designated to coupling with title and the other regulative means (tropes and stylistic figures). The analyzed stylistic figures define originality of poetic texts and the main characteristic features of Z. Gippius idiostyle. They are “style firmness”, unemotionality, “categorical tone” of narration. Convergence of stylistic figures as the way of organization of text micro- and macrostructures contributes to making a gnomic style of poetic text and allows varying inflexion outline of work.

Authors studied an impact of selective ligands of cannabinoid (CB) receptors on the contractility of the isolated perfused rat heart during global ischemia and reperfusion. A perfusion by solution containing the selective CB-agonist HU-210 exacerbated a cardiac contractility dysfunction. This cannabinoid decreased the left ventricular developed pressure, the maximal rate of contraction and relaxation of the heart during reperfusion but had no effect on the heart rate and the end diastolic pressure. Negative inotropic effect of HU-210 was transient and disappeared after 5 min reperfusion. The pretreatment with the selective CB1 receptor antagonist SR141716A and the selective CB2 receptor antagonist SR144528 had no effect on the myocardial contractility during reperfusion. In conclusion, the present results indicate that CB receptor stimulation can exacerbate reperfusion contractility dysfunction of the heart. Endogenous cannabinoids are not involved in the development of myocardial contractility dysfunction during ischemia/reperfusion of the heart.

In the story Varenka Kovalenko sings the song The Winds Blow several times. In the song a young woman talks of her passion to her lover, or fiancйe who is separated from her and leaves either for different distant place, or even for exile. The author of this song is the Ukrainian poetess of XVII century Marusya Churay. We can see the shade of her fate casting on Varenka. Varenka’s brother Mikhail Kovalenko used to call his colleague Belikov - a Swallower, or Spider after the play of M. Kropivnitsky. The revelation of Ukrainian origins of the Chekhov’s story gives the opportunity to consider implied sense in the Burkin’s monologue its Lyric (Varenka) and Dramatic ( her brother Mikhail) sides.

In all areas, the study found two types of malarial mosquito Anopheles messeae and A. beklemishevi. Is dominant everywhere A. messeae. Scope of A. beklemishevi first documented in the basin. Angara, 500 km to the east than observed to date. By latitudinal trans-sect from west to east in the populations of A. messeae identified two alternative trends: the decline in the diversity of options on the sex chromosome and increase the frequency diversity on both shoulders third autosomes.

The paper deals with the problems of the history of Uyghur khaganate (745–840). The author’s task is to reveal the peculiarities of historical evolution of Uyghur Empire and its differences from previous political nomads’ formations in Central Asia. According to the author’s hypothesis these differences are manifested in the formation of civilizations in Uyghur region. Due to the research of urbanization, the expansion of written language and literacy, elements of State formation, adoption of Manichaeism by the Uyghur elite, development of crafts, agriculture, trade and inclusion of Uyghur khaganate into Eurasian world-system relations, the author concludes that the khaganate was on the threshold of the civilization stage.

The article deals with the problem of reconstructing the reception of fairy tales by Brothers Grimm, E.T.A. Hoffmann and W. Hauff in the Russian literature of the 19th–20th c. The research is concentrated on literary and translation aspects as well as on ‘secondary’ texts, remakes. The choice of the authors is determined by their role in the formation of German tales comprehension outside Germany, particularly, in Russia. The research is based on 58 translations of 5 tales by Hauff, 38 translations of 4 tales by Brothers Grimm, 38 translations of 4 tales by Hoffmann. Preliminary results show that there is a great number of genre varieties of translation: from translation proper to liberal translation, retelling, literary adaptation and remake. A vast majority of Russian authors were either influenced by Brothers Grimm’s, Hoffman’s and Hauff’s tales or used German images and motifs. There are also some remakes of the German tales in which the authors suggest an alternative way of plot development.

The article describes the training of bachelors of technological education in Herzen State Pedagogical University with the aim to exchange experiences. The educational robotics has changed the methodology of training of bachelors of technological education in Herzen State Pedagogical University. The bachelors of technological education in Herzen State Pedagogical University learn different cybernetic robotic platforms and programming of the robots in order not only to teach “Technology” in schools, but also to work in FabLabs. The algorithm of training of bachelors of technological education for the educational robotics is as follows: a) study of the physics of robots LEGO Mindstorms NXT (LEGO EV3); b) study of the language of RobotC programming; c) study of the ScratchDuino (robots and laboratory); d) use of Arduino boards for projects; g) study of the work environment TRIK Studio and of the robots TRIK.

Numerical methods allow to circumvent the difficulties associated with lack of mathematical knowledge among the college students who are required to study physics. Using elementary numerical methods the models of various oscillating systems are built. A pendulum, a piston moving in a cylinder under the effect of pressure difference in a cylinder and a material point oscillating around the circumference under the action of elastic force, show a qualitatively different dependence between the amplitude and period of oscillations. Through the numerical solution of differential equations of the mathematical package MathCAD studied the motion of Kapitsa pendulum with a non-trivial restoring force. Construction of two - and three-dimensional graphs in MathCAD is applied to combine mutually perpendicular oscillations and obtaining Lissajous’s figures. Self-oscillating systems are presented in the form of models of the RC- oscillator with three-tier phase-shifting circuit negative feedback and the Wine’s oscillator. An example of relaxation oscillator is the model of the multivibrator on the dynistors. At the heart of a computer model of the generator on the tunnel diode is the use of current-voltage characteristics of N-type containing a section with negative resistance. The material may be used in the process of teaching physics at advanced level in secondary schools and junior courses of higher educational institutions.

The article discusses the features of holding the all-Russian athletics competitions and determination of the level of sportsmenship among the persons with locomotor system diseases. Marked insufficient total number of participants, the predominance of men over women, boys against girls, the number of participants of the championship over the participants of the championship of Russia. Many champions and winners of the championship and the primacy of Russia show mediocre results. There is no competition in many athletic disciplines. Only 12 % of the finals was not less than 6 members, which is a necessary requirement for assignment of the sports discharges in case of their implementation. For a significant number of medals there were no contenders. Many potential participants were unable to reach these competitions because of problems with financing. It is especially difficult to reach Cheboksary for the participants from remote regions of the Russian Federation. On the basis of analysis and generalization of the data the authors revealed the necessity of improving the normative-legal base, regulating the participation of persons with persons with locomotor system disease at all-Russian and regional competitions in athletics.

Innovative potential of educational institution is its resources necessary and sufficient for the implementation of innovations that enhance the quality of education. The author developed a questionnaire tool for estimation of innovative potential of the school. It includes an assessment of value-motivational, cognitive and intellectual capacities of the teaching staff, as well as information and communication-organizational and technological conditions in the school. The questionnaire tool has been tested through a survey of 332 teachers from various schools in St. Petersburg. This article represents pun as a part of non-equivalent vocabulary and possible ways of its translation. Pun is a concept that cannot be translated directly between languages that is why it often becomes the reason why translators struggle so much while finding the right solution when dealing with puns. Puns represent British culture and British humour. Puns are the reason why British humour is often called dry and why other people like Russians often find it unfunny. Such assumptions can happen due to the poor Russian translation where the pun doesn’t obtain the original comicality it previously had. To avoid this a translator needs to transfer the English pun into the Russian language without losing its comicality. The main objective for a translator is to understand the pun and keep its comicality along with author’s intention. To achieve this he can use the right translation transformations. The right choice of the translation transformation is necessary for a good translation. Having met this condition the translation can be considered as equivalent to the original text. In the present article we compared the original English text containing puns and its 6 translations in order to find those translation transformations which are the most suitable and which keep the comicality of the original text.

A construction of a toric manifold Xi associated with a (dual) fan S is shown to be defined in the category of analytical manifolds over the algebra of dual numbers. If the real part of is smooth, the manifold is isomorphic to the tangent manifold of its smooth part in the abovementioned category. The manifold of oriented (non-oriented) straight lines in the fidimensional centroaffine space is interpreted as a toric manifold over the algebra of dual numbers.

This paper is the continuation of the one, called «Russian Patronymics», published in this Journal earlier [1999, № 1 (10), p. 43-46]. The classification of lexical couples «genus-totem» is considered in it, that is very significant to understand bases of Russian ancestral anthroponymics. Some tens of Ants tribe of genera (one of 9 Great Rus' tribes), in which were established ornithological totems, have been considered. Objective characteristics, distinguished the Russian ancestral (generic) names from ungeneric, are enumerated here. On the example of the surname Ivanov it is seen, that this surname is characterized by all generic signs. The history of its arising is narrated in verbal stories. A number of old priest genera of Ants is named.

In the article two types of rating systems are introduced: integral and differential one.
