962 | The results of investigations of the surface modification and alloying of metallic materials with the low-energy (up to 40 keV), high-current (up to 40 J/cm2) electron beams (LEHCEB’s) of microsecond duration are presented. The results of simulation of non-stationary temperature fields induced in the LEHCEB’s affected zone are given. The particularities of the structure – phase transformations into the surface layers of irradiated materials are considered. It is shown that the irradiation in the surface melting and initial evaporation modes allows to decrease noticeably the surface roughness and to clean it of harmful impurities. In the near-surface layers quenched from the melt the metastable structure – phase states are formed. These states in the aggregate with the surface smoothing and cleaning provide the enhancement of some surface-sensitive properties, such as, electric strength of vacuum gaps with electrodes made of austenitic stainless steel, fatigue properties of titanium alloys, wear resistance of high-speed steel and hard metals. Due to the avalanche of information and communication technologies in our up-to date life, students have a great possibility to satisfy their specific interests in the process of individual reading in a foreign language. Within it, the professionally-oriented foreign language reading skills are posed to be essential in the global network. Thus, the main goal of the present paper is to describe the teaching methodology of professionallyoriented foreign language reading, developed and based on the theoretical research results. The established methodology of teaching includes four main blocks: basis (the aim and objectives set), methodology (education approaches, principles and pedagogical conditions establishment), content (speech and language material work out) and result (the list of developing skills). These blocks determine the substantive and structural side of learning. The observed conditions were reflected in the electronic tutorial aimed at reading skills’ developing (roughly-referential, assign-informative, produce-informative) to work with professional texts in the technical university. The effectiveness of the proposed method is clarified and evaluated in the consistent steps of education that supply and model every next stage. As the result, the illustrated methodology provides appropriate pedagogical conditions for efficient teaching and studying. 974 | It was studied effect of activation of M-opioid receptor (OR) on the tolerance of isolated perfused rat heart to global 45 min ischemia and 30 min reperfusion. In vivo pretpeatment with selective M-opioid receptor agonist DAMGO (0,1mg/kg intravenously) increased tolerance of isolated perfused rat heart to ischemia and reperfusion. This effect was completely abolished by pretreatment with the M-antagonist CTAP. Addition of DAMGO and DALDA to the perfusion solution in a final concentration of 170 nМ before ischemia had no cardioprotective effect. However, addition of DALDA to the perfusion solution in a final concentration of 33 nM also decreased creatine kinase levels in the coronary sinus effluent. 980 | The paper describes a conception of “standard model” for methane emission from the mires of West Siberia. The “standard model” is a complex of (i) methane flux probability densities distributions for typical ecosystems of all natural zones, (ii) period of CH4 emission for all zones, and (iii) fraction of wetland area for all zones. We present experimental data (methane fluxes in forest-tundra) which are the components of “standard model” Aa1. The medians of methane fluxes from palsе, oligotrophic hollows, peat mats and poor fens are 0,14, 1,12, 11,86 and 1,28 mgC•m-2•h-1 accordingly. The subject of the study is the jargon, manifesting the specifics of the speech activity of the Chinese youth. The linguocultural angle of attention allows to explore the extra-literary lexicon of this category with the reference to manifestations of national culture. Substantiates the definition of jargon as linguocultural units that represent the specificity of a particular linguistic culture primarily in the context of intercultural interaction. It is noted that the study of certain strata of vocabulary as linguistic markers of national culture is relevant today in the context of the observed expansion of international relations and multicultural space communications, as well as the entry of humanity in the era of globalization and widespread information. The system of Chinese youth slang is traditionally exposed to the sublanguage differing stylistic markedness in relation to the literary norm. Humanization of society, the need to create a person of a new formation evokes interest in this topic. This article provides a good look to historical change of the ideology, persons who worked hard to solve problems in sphere of education, the problems that the theory faced under the constant influence of the external, including educational environment. The article shows the interrelation of domestic philosophical thought and foreign theories. The theory of free education was born in the «natural education» of Rousseau, was picked up by many philosophers in Europe. A huge contribution to its development was made by the outstanding scholar and teacher, count L. N. Tolstoy. Similar ideas imbued with humanism expressed by E. Kay, J. Dewey and later Maria Montessori. An important point in the history of the formation of the ideas of free education were the works of K. N. Wentzel. The declaration of the rights of the child written by him outstripped, and, moreover, in future became the basis for writing of the UN Declaration of 1959 concluded the basic rights of children. 997 | The article reveals the multifaceted activity of I. S. Turgenev as a Russian European, which is considered from different positions: biographical, social, political, philosophical, cultural. The Aim of the paper is to interpret the Genesis of the concept of “Russian European” and its existence in Russian culture; to study the role of the writer in the Russian-European cultural transfer with the involvement of his biography, social, translation activities and artistic creativity. Material and methods. The research methodology was carried out through the use of an integrated approach to the analysis of socio-cultural phenomena and was provided by a system of methods: biographical, historical and literary, historical and functional, cultural,historical and comparative typological. Results and discussion. A systematic approach to the consideration of the stated problem allowed us to study it in synchrony and diachrony, using the principles of dialogicality, discursivity and contextuality. The article presents Turgenev’s long way from the Westerner to the Russian European. His first attempt to make inroads into European society was not quite successful and brought him disappointment. On the contrary, his translation work was successful in order to promote Russian literature in France. And only after the publication of The Hunting Sketches and the novel Rudin in French and German Turgenev becomes famous in the West. The writer’s participation in the dinners of “booed playwrights” was an acknowledgment of his “Russianness” and “Europeanism” at the same time: he organically joined the circle of the French literary elite, while maintaining his special position due to the Russian mentality. Gradually Turgenev becomes more and more close, “his” both for Flaubert and for the generation of “children” (E. Zolà, A. Daudet, G. de Maupassant), who saw him as a friend, literary mentor, even a teacher. The final part of the study presents an analysis of Turgenev’s literary works in connection with the consideration of the typology of characters, correlated with the concept of “Westerners” and “Russian European” (the story Asya, the novel Rudin, On the Eve, Smoke). Results and discussion. The material of the article can be used in the activities of scientists (philologists and culturologists), teachers and school teachers to expand the understanding of the Russian writer and his contribution to the interaction of interpenetration and mutual enrichment of the two cultures – Russia and Europe. Conclusion. Turgenev is a classic Russian European: he combines all his activities and works of two cultures, seeks to include Russia in the European family, and on the other hand, contributes to the familiarization of Europe with the achievements of national culture.
