Dyrin Vladimir Alekseevich ACTIVITY OF CATALASE IN PEAT OF VIRGIN AND RECLAMATED SITES OF LOWLAND BOG ECOSYSTEM // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2009. Issue 6 (84). P. 121-125

In virgin and residual (1 m) peat under permanent cereal grasses of reclamated site of lowland bog ecosystem activity of catalase was defined in 1993, 2002 and 2008 in dynamics. It is shown, that activity of this enzyme is defined by local meteoconditions, peat temperature, level of swamp waters, presence of nutrients (in the form of mineral fertilizers). The reclamation of the developed site (since 1986) has not caused essential increase of fermentative activity in all terms of researches, only in 2008 the tendency to its increase was teethed. The soil of a virgin fallow and soil of experiment site are characterized by comparable sizes of activity of catalase, possibly because residual peat is the lowermost horizon of before not drained virgin soil.

In all areas, the study found two types of malarial mosquito Anopheles messeae and A. beklemishevi. Is dominant everywhere A. messeae. Scope of A. beklemishevi first documented in the basin. Angara, 500 km to the east than observed to date. By latitudinal trans-sect from west to east in the populations of A. messeae identified two alternative trends: the decline in the diversity of options on the sex chromosome and increase the frequency diversity on both shoulders third autosomes.

The vocative is considered as a very important element of epistolary discourse. This article is devoted to description of the vocatives in structural and semantic aspect in epistolary heritage feature of A. P. Chekhov. Letters of famous writers – an important source, which plays a big role for the study of personality and creativity of their authors, historical events, the characteristics of the era, as well as people who are close to them and familiar, with which they communicate. In this respect, a great interest is the epistolary heritage of the great Russian playwright Anton Pavlovich Chekhov. As the material for the analysis serve the letters written by the writer to the large audience for the period of 1890. In this correspondence the vocatives were analyzed, as the most interesting and revealing element of the original style of the great writer, and in particular important element of national and cultural heritage in general. The purpose of work is to examine the structure and the functions of vocatives used in Chekhov’s letters, to reveal their specific character in his correspondence. In the analysis of vocatives’ structure there have been allocated a group of extended and non-extended vocatives. The goup of words, which distribute the vocative is the adjectives. In this paper it has also been highlighted in the form of references in official business and personal correspondence of Chekhov. In the Chekhov’ correspondence the leading place is occupied by the personal writer’s letters. Summarizing the analysis, we can conclude that the vocatives in Chekhov’s letters generally perform two functions: the nominative and the characterization function, which shows the relationship between the author and the addressee.

Cultural-historical periodization of the early Iron Age in Surgut Ob’ river basin developed by J.P. Chemyakin is viewed in the article. The author of the article raises an objection against the names of the stages of Kulay culture of the Iron Age of the region. The analysis of the periodizations of the epoch of the yearly Iron Age of Ob-Irtysh basin shows that extracted by the archeologists cultural formations are synchronous just in part. Formation of Kulay culture in Surgut Ob’ river basin is connected with penetration of migrants whereas in Narym Ob’ river basin Kulay culture has autochthonous basis. This peculiarity of the early stage of the region’s epoch should be reflected in its name and the name of the early stage of Kulay culture should stay the same as it is in literature.

In the conditions of dynamically developing modern society, the training of specialists who have a set of qualities facilitating their professional socialization is becoming increasingly important. The solution of this problem is promoted by the formation of the innovative educational space of the university with the wide application of active didactic methods. The purposeful using of active technologies in the course of training sessions changes the nature of «subject-subject» relations: the teacher’s authoritarianism is a thing of the past, the student is motivated to develop professional competencies. An analysis of the works of Western European and American academic pedagogues makes it possible to establish that the statement of the competence approach within the humanitarian paradigm of education means in practice the implementation of innovative models of training in higher education. The use of such models in an academic environment provides a transition from teaching in the form of ready-made answers to the teaching of problem-search character. Some interactive techniques for conducting lecture classes are interesting for consideration: classroom response system, «inverted training». The experience on strengthening of interaction of participants of educational process in seminars is instructive. It includes the method of «numbered heads working together» based on the principles of cooperative learning as well as the technology of case study and brainwriting. It was concluded that the introduction of interactive technologies contributes to the intensification of the educational process, the formation of professional skills and the abilities ensuring the success of self-realization of student youth.

Doubt is often cast nowadays on the previously stable triad of the truth, good and beauty, which is destroyed in one way or another. Proceeding from the principles of positivism the Russian scholar-humanitarian D.N. Ovsya¬niko-Kulikovsky (1853-1920) declared beauty a fiction. In the article it is shown that the scholar's stand as «the de¬stroyer of aesthetics» is determined by his general cultur-ological concept. The recognition of polarity in culture (normal/abnormal, pathological; health/illness) was an¬other characteristic feature of this concept. The author of this article believes that it was an outstanding and bold attempt to introduce fundamental opposition of cul¬ture/counterculture into the Russian science of culture. In the context of the competence modernization of higher professional education, domestic and foreign practices of social education are analyzed. The importance of harmonizing existing and new approaches to practice-oriented training for forming bachelors’ social competence sphere as a practice-oriented construct is emphasized. Researchers’ positions on practice organization, students’ inclusion in systematic volunteer activities, students’ ensuring regular contacts with the professional community are compared. Author’s definition of practice-oriented training as a systemic innovation that integrates all the links in the educational process is given, that is: goals, content, methods and technologies, organizational forms and taking into account environmental factors - the priorities of regional social development and technology of social interaction at the local level. The advantages of a practice-oriented approach for the social education results are noted. Empirical data describing the limitations of the existing training system in achieving the practical preparedness of future social workers are given. Proposals for improving the system of practice-oriented training, taking into account its organizational, managerial, didactic and psychological-pedagogical aspects are formulated. In particular, we are talking about the establishment of a professional development environment in the university; the orientation of all types of inclass and extracurricular students’ activities to produce a specific socially significant product; the implementation of the polyphonic didactic system based on the technologies of contextual, project, product-oriented learning, communicativedialogical and gaming; the inclusion in the curriculum of practice-oriented modules and the representation of content in the form of competence tasks; ensuring proactive social workers’ professional adaptation and expanding teacher’s functional repertoire. The presented material contributes to the improvement of the theory and methodology of vocational education in social work.

The article points to analysis of associative dominants types in lexical structure of N.S. Gumilyev poetic texts. The work relates to one of the trends of communicative stylistics of text, in the network of which a theory of notional text development is worked out. On basis of analysis of Gumilyev’s lyric poetry the main types of associative dominants, which are typical for lexical macrostructures of poet’s verses, have been revealed.

The impact function of the mass media causes the use of expressive means of language; the main of them is a metaphor. At the same time the impact of metaphor seems a rather complex phenomenon, so the study of its functions does not cease to be relevant. A wide range of functions of the metaphor and their hierarchy are considered in the context of the newspaper sport discourse on the example of the sports report genre. The analysis is illustrated by vivid examples from the Russian and German press; it shows that this figure of speech is the most important means of pragmatic impact in the sports discourse and in the written sports report, in particular. Consequently, the pragmatics has a target status in the hierarchy of functions. Expressiveness and evaluativity are considered as the most important functions. Moreover, the metaphor has a decorative, attractiveness, game, hyperbole, compression, conspire, encoding, and mnemonic functions that are rarely traced in the text of their own and rather provide a comprehensive impact on the reader. At the same time, the metaphor can perform almost the opposite tasks: mnemonic and conspiracy functions. Consequently, the functional properties of metaphors are in the relationship of interdependence and mutual reinforcement.

The article presents the sight on a modern elementary school from the concept of pedagogics of joint activity and generalizes the author's experience of work with the teach¬ers of elementary school of joint activity. The author opens the educational contents of joint activity, different types of joint action (closed, inverted, open) and their communica-tion with the different contents of education. The assump¬tion of the author of interaction of quality of joint activity with the different contents of education proves to be true by ex¬perimental results received at school of joint activity. The article submits the diagnostic techniques of the analysis of quality of joint activity and results of this diagnostics.

In this article we study traditional costume of the native peoples in Siberia on the basis of the analysis of some empirical element in the human mentality typical of traditional culture. The production of costumes is conditioned by the climate and some natural peculiarities of the area; it is also characterized by a rational approach to the choice of materials. In the process of our investigation we found out some similarity in the constructions of costumes. The costume represents an adaptive way of transformation of some existing forms of costume. This transformation is possible due to some natural cultural conditions as a result of cultural diffusion and the development of new cultural forms. The rational element s in the costume construction performs some practical functions and is conditioned by some naturals in the life of the ethnos.
