The article considers the importance of design activity at lessons of literary reading at elementary school, proves the relevance of project activity in the light of Federal state educational standards, shows the possibilities of this activity on the example of the project “I. A. Krylov’s Fable”, lists the basic principles of creation of the program for literary reading. The authors allocated the types of projects of individual and group activity: practice-creative focused, role and game, research and creative, information-oriented and requirements for the organization of project activity: existence of a significant problem, importance of estimated results, independence of pupils, project structuring, use of methods of research. Special attention is paid to the stages of implementation of the project. The article also states the content of work, the equipment of the lesson of literary reading, kinds of activity trained and teachers in connection with introduction of Federal state educational standard of primary education.

The article actualizes the problem of speech development of children at the stage of preschool education. It is noted that the standard of preschool education focuses on the new content of the educational field – speech development and outlines the tasks associated primarily with the need to form the desire of the child to communicate with peers and adults, the formation of communication skills. The author examines the reasons for reducing the overall level of language development of preschool children, which creates difficulties not only for the formation of coherent, grammatically correct speech, but also for their successful communication and socialization in the society of peers and adults. For full development, it is important to include every child in a confiding informal communication. It is noted that the methods for activation and development of preschoolers’ speech should be circumspect and carefully selected only those that are based on the children’s game. Only in this case they may be of interest, and most importantly not to cause harm to physical or mental health of the children. It is concluded that the construction of the educational process in preschool education should be based on age-appropriate methods and forms of work with children, focusing not only on the selection of appropriate techniques for the speech development of the child, but also on creation of comfortable environment for the child not be afraid to commit errors.

The article is devoted to comparative social and psychological analyses of portrait features of first-year students studying at Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V. P. Astafyev. The most important factor determining the success of professional training is students’ motivation, their interest to teacher’s profession. Entering Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V. P. Astafyev is a way for first-year students to realize their vital aims and plans. The students are eager to get education, which will help them to become specialists in the changing conditions of professional activity, to admit these reforms. Students’ achievements and results are reflected in their personal portfolio. First-year students formulate an order for personal growth trainings, which help to develop the competence to change quickly and adapt to new working conditions. Forming of such competences will simplify students’ acceptance of the new social conditions. Also they hope that their achievements and activity in different spheres of students’ life will be appreciated. The research helps to define the direction of developing a set of measures: to adopt first-year students to educational process at pedagogical university aimed at formation of professional pedagogical values of students of Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V. Eight objects of peat with 38-453 years after drainage on the territory of Belarus Polesye were selected. In article are presented data of estimation their water-physical and biochemical characteristics, as well as factious composition of organic matter and of soil nitrogen forms of the peat soils on different stages of agricultural use after drainage. Examination these objects have shown that in process of agricultural use of the dranned peat soils their full degradation does not occur. The most active phase of peat organic matter mineralization stopped approximately after 50 years of the use, but after 200 years approaches the stabilization of the biochemical processes. Under correct and rational carry out of farm production (sparing processing of soil, optimal combination organic, macro- and micro-fertilizes, selecting the forage cultures) these lands possible to use indefinitely long. As a result on place of the dranned peat shaping barren soils and forecasts does not occur, predicted in a short time formation of semidesert on place all achieving worn-out peat, as minimum, exaggeration.

The redox potential of soils seems to be a critical environmental factor because it governs the chemical and biochemical form of many compounds and their availability for plants and soil microorganisms. Dissolved and total organic carbon, total nitrogen and activity of reeducates, xanthine oxidase, phenol oxidase and peroxides were determined in the peat samples. The aim of this study is to compare the activity of enzymes participating in redox potential at two depths of profile Tagan peatland: acrotelm and catotelm. The study has shown the impact of two depths of profile peatland on activities enzymes participating in redox potential like nitrate reductase, xanthine oxidase, phenol oxidase and peroxidase. In soil profiles activity of xanthine oxidase, phenol oxidase and peroxidase increased with the depth in the points 2, 3 and 4 and also xanthine oxidase in point 1. Together with extending into the depth of soil, there was the increase in nitrate reductase activity in points 1, 3 and the decrease in points 2, 4.

The paper deals with the problems of the history of Uyghur khaganate (745–840). The author’s task is to reveal the peculiarities of historical evolution of Uyghur Empire and its differences from previous political nomads’ formations in Central Asia. According to the author’s hypothesis these differences are manifested in the formation of civilizations in Uyghur region. Due to the research of urbanization, the expansion of written language and literacy, elements of State formation, adoption of Manichaeism by the Uyghur elite, development of crafts, agriculture, trade and inclusion of Uyghur khaganate into Eurasian world-system relations, the author concludes that the khaganate was on the threshold of the civilization stage.

The semiempirical PM3 method was applied for analysis of such experimental parameters as NQR frequencies, energy levels in X-ray electron and X-ray fluorescence spectra. The subjects of the study were complexes of tin and antimony. The strong correlation established between the differences in the energies in the inner energy levels of tin, antimony, chlorine atoms and the corresponding ClKa shifts. The obtained correlation dependencies can be used for the characterisation of the donor ability of ligands.

The application of the new, first of all archival records, lets investigate the process of the foundation and the development of the Tomsk provincial statistical committee as a centre of regional statistical system. Special attention is paid to the problems of its provision with finances and cadres. The periods of development and the activity of the Committee are singled out – from 1835 up to 1858, from 1858 up to 1865, from 1865 – to the end of the XIXth century. The article characterizes the personnel and reveals significant role of a secretary of the statistical committee, whose ideological outlooks and scientific interests predetermined the hole activity of the committee.

Cultural-historical periodization of the early Iron Age in Surgut Ob’ river basin developed by J.P. Chemyakin is viewed in the article. The author of the article raises an objection against the names of the stages of Kulay culture of the Iron Age of the region. The analysis of the periodizations of the epoch of the yearly Iron Age of Ob-Irtysh basin shows that extracted by the archeologists cultural formations are synchronous just in part. Formation of Kulay culture in Surgut Ob’ river basin is connected with penetration of migrants whereas in Narym Ob’ river basin Kulay culture has autochthonous basis. This peculiarity of the early stage of the region’s epoch should be reflected in its name and the name of the early stage of Kulay culture should stay the same as it is in literature.

Change of plants productivity of family Solanaceae in the conditions of protected cultivation under fluorescent polyethylene films was studied. A number of general laws of plants productivity change of different varieties of Lycopersincon ecsulentum, Capsicum annuum and Solanum melongena was revealed. It has been found experimentally that increase of their productivity under fluorescent films is connected with intensive reproductive organs development, accompanied by formation of better quality fruits, and increase of plants vegetation at the average by 14 days.

Diamant Irina Ivanovna, Legostin Sergej Alfredovich PECULIAR REATURES OF HOLDING COMPETITION IN ATHLETICS AMONG INDIVIDUALS WITH LOCOMOTOR SYSTEM DISEASE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 1 (154). P. 103-107

The article discusses the features of holding the all-Russian athletics competitions and determination of the level of sportsmenship among the persons with locomotor system diseases. Marked insufficient total number of participants, the predominance of men over women, boys against girls, the number of participants of the championship over the participants of the championship of Russia. Many champions and winners of the championship and the primacy of Russia show mediocre results. There is no competition in many athletic disciplines. Only 12 % of the finals was not less than 6 members, which is a necessary requirement for assignment of the sports discharges in case of their implementation. For a significant number of medals there were no contenders. Many potential participants were unable to reach these competitions because of problems with financing. It is especially difficult to reach Cheboksary for the participants from remote regions of the Russian Federation. On the basis of analysis and generalization of the data the authors revealed the necessity of improving the normative-legal base, regulating the participation of persons with persons with locomotor system disease at all-Russian and regional competitions in athletics.

On materials of the reports seen by military censors of the Omsk military-clearance commission, the evolution of views of the West Siberian townspeople and prisoners of war on revolutionary events in Russia during the period from March till October 1917 is traced. The article opens potential opportunities of inclusion of interactive technologies in educational process of students with disabilities in the conditions of inclusive approach. Today an important role in the system of teaching pupils with disabilities is given to the interactive pedagogical technologies, the implementation of which is provided by a provision of the Federal state educational standard. The main benefit of interactive technologies is availability of productive stimulants of cognitive and motivational interest of the students including belonging to the designated category. The greatest productivity and educational effects at different education levels of students of this category has the technology of interactive educational quest game, characterized by the high methodical and adaptation potential which allows children with disabilities to be included in educational process. As linguo-didactic material is provided the fragment of tasks of the telecommunication project quest game “A travel around the country of the Russian language”, adapted for the pupils with disabilities of the 5–7th classes. The article provides the allocated and tested in practice stages and the compulsory provisions of the organization of the work on quests at the Russian language classes for the specified category of students are also provided.

Analyzing the nature of successfulness of instructional activities of teachers in preparing them for work with innovation techniques, the author came to the conclusion about essential significance in this process of didactic difficulties, which are the factor of declining effectiveness of school activity. Studying the nature of didactic difficulties and the ways of their overcoming by means of special training becomes the condition for increasing of effectiveness of instructional process and learning activity of the students. In the article the author discusses the new approach to organization of professional training of a teacher focusing on necessity of previous the most recently encountered didactic difficulties in a group of learners connected with mastering of innovation technologies prior to organization and conduction of the courses aiming at the formation of the skills to overcome these difficulties. The article represents the theoretical analysis of role of a pedagogical position of influence in the content of changing of the education. The author analyzes a traditional view at the teacher’s position like a generator of knowledge to pupils, which is in fact an antiauthoritarian position and it is revealed in join interactivity of child and adult. The modern educational situation demands reconsiderations of this state of things and to hold another position as an adviser, tutor, helper, observer.
