The article is dedicated to forming of ecological culture from the point of value settings. The application of historical and genetic approach is contributed to this process. For the analysis of different periods in the development of ecological consciousness, the following stages of perception of nature by a man could be distinguished: ecophobia, ecophylia, object perception of the nature, subjective perception of the nature, pragmatical perception of the nature, coevolutional interaction of the nature and society. In this aspect education is presented as space producing conditions for self-actualization, self-activation of a person, and working-out by a learner his or her «ego» The main and essential in this process is under-standing of coevolution of a person and nature, that is combined coexistence. In connection with it, from our point of view, the development of ecological education taking ecological culture into consideration is necessary.

It was studied effect of activation of M-opioid receptor (OR) on the tolerance of isolated perfused rat heart to global 45 min ischemia and 30 min reperfusion. In vivo pretpeatment with selective M-opioid receptor agonist DAMGO (0,1mg/kg intravenously) increased tolerance of isolated perfused rat heart to ischemia and reperfusion. This effect was completely abolished by pretreatment with the M-antagonist CTAP. Addition of DAMGO and DALDA to the perfusion solution in a final concentration of 170 nМ before ischemia had no cardioprotective effect. However, addition of DALDA to the perfusion solution in a final concentration of 33 nM also decreased creatine kinase levels in the coronary sinus effluent.

The article analyzes the main indications of crisis of education in contemporary Russia, its coordinates and history. The author comes to the conclusion that politicized Soviet pedagogy played a mobilizing role. It is noted that it is necessary to overcome crisis phenomena in pedagogy and improve the educational doctrine on the basis of higher school traditions rather than on the basis of radical change. The author has put forward an idea to renounce the notion “monitoring efficiency” by changing it to the notion “monitoring of higher institutions’ activity” which would conform to Article 101 of Federal Law “On Education in Russian Federation”. Adolescence crisis (pubertal period) in school education practice is synchronised with the transition from the primary stage of education to the secondary one. Which is perceived by schoolchildren as a stressful process. This complex creates a very unfavourable back-ground for the further formation and development of teenager’s personalities and can provoke different complications, including psychological deviations. Studies of this problem made it possible to separately assess this crises on pact as well as on complex. Experiments’ results allowed to distinguish four system factors that characterise endogenic (genetic) causes as well as the role of pubertal and school crises and their synchronisation in the processes of adaptation and deadaptation at this age.

Authors studied an impact of selective ligands of cannabinoid (CB) receptors on the contractility of the isolated perfused rat heart during global ischemia and reperfusion. A perfusion by solution containing the selective CB-agonist HU-210 exacerbated a cardiac contractility dysfunction. This cannabinoid decreased the left ventricular developed pressure, the maximal rate of contraction and relaxation of the heart during reperfusion but had no effect on the heart rate and the end diastolic pressure. Negative inotropic effect of HU-210 was transient and disappeared after 5 min reperfusion. The pretreatment with the selective CB1 receptor antagonist SR141716A and the selective CB2 receptor antagonist SR144528 had no effect on the myocardial contractility during reperfusion. In conclusion, the present results indicate that CB receptor stimulation can exacerbate reperfusion contractility dysfunction of the heart. Endogenous cannabinoids are not involved in the development of myocardial contractility dysfunction during ischemia/reperfusion of the heart.

In the context of the competence modernization of higher professional education, domestic and foreign practices of social education are analyzed. The importance of harmonizing existing and new approaches to practice-oriented training for forming bachelors’ social competence sphere as a practice-oriented construct is emphasized. Researchers’ positions on practice organization, students’ inclusion in systematic volunteer activities, students’ ensuring regular contacts with the professional community are compared. Author’s definition of practice-oriented training as a systemic innovation that integrates all the links in the educational process is given, that is: goals, content, methods and technologies, organizational forms and taking into account environmental factors - the priorities of regional social development and technology of social interaction at the local level. The advantages of a practice-oriented approach for the social education results are noted. Empirical data describing the limitations of the existing training system in achieving the practical preparedness of future social workers are given. Proposals for improving the system of practice-oriented training, taking into account its organizational, managerial, didactic and psychological-pedagogical aspects are formulated. In particular, we are talking about the establishment of a professional development environment in the university; the orientation of all types of inclass and extracurricular students’ activities to produce a specific socially significant product; the implementation of the polyphonic didactic system based on the technologies of contextual, project, product-oriented learning, communicativedialogical and gaming; the inclusion in the curriculum of practice-oriented modules and the representation of content in the form of competence tasks; ensuring proactive social workers’ professional adaptation and expanding teacher’s functional repertoire. The presented material contributes to the improvement of the theory and methodology of vocational education in social work.

In virgin and residual (1 m) peat under permanent cereal grasses of reclamated site of lowland bog ecosystem activity of catalase was defined in 1993, 2002 and 2008 in dynamics. It is shown, that activity of this enzyme is defined by local meteoconditions, peat temperature, level of swamp waters, presence of nutrients (in the form of mineral fertilizers). The reclamation of the developed site (since 1986) has not caused essential increase of fermentative activity in all terms of researches, only in 2008 the tendency to its increase was teethed. The soil of a virgin fallow and soil of experiment site are characterized by comparable sizes of activity of catalase, possibly because residual peat is the lowermost horizon of before not drained virgin soil.

The article describes the training of bachelors of technological education in Herzen State Pedagogical University with the aim to exchange experiences. The educational robotics has changed the methodology of training of bachelors of technological education in Herzen State Pedagogical University. The bachelors of technological education in Herzen State Pedagogical University learn different cybernetic robotic platforms and programming of the robots in order not only to teach “Technology” in schools, but also to work in FabLabs. The algorithm of training of bachelors of technological education for the educational robotics is as follows: a) study of the physics of robots LEGO Mindstorms NXT (LEGO EV3); b) study of the language of RobotC programming; c) study of the ScratchDuino (robots and laboratory); d) use of Arduino boards for projects; g) study of the work environment TRIK Studio and of the robots TRIK.

An assessment of the quality of the implementation of master programs on example of Department of Television and Control of the Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics was conducted. For the assessment, a questionnaire was conducted among subjects of the educational process. The main advantages and disadvantages of master programs on electromagnetic compatibility at the department of Television and Control are revealed. Factors influencing the decrease in the effectiveness of the educational process are revealed. The organization of a contact area of a teacher with students and the implementation of scientific work in the framework of training in the magistracy were considered. A set of measures to improve the implementation of master programs, related to the organization of the educational process, the revision of the formats of work with students, the conduct of research activities undergraduates is developed. The results of partial implementation of this complex were presented. Tests for verification of the residual knowledge of students and for internal monitoring of the quality assessment of the educational process were developed. The testing was conducted and it’s results were analyzed. The importance of conducting a systematic assessment of the educational process quality was shown.

Each information system can be divided into two basic parts – passive and fissile. The fissile part consists of material structures of information system – functionals, which are engaged in processing of fashions. Such approach termed by iconodynamics, in particular, enables for the description of information processes in mentality of the man and animal.

Thus, complexity and ambiguity of the choice of longterm partner in the modern world is designated, where social evolution proceeds faster than biological one and is able to exert considerable infl uence on human behavioural programs.

The model of processes leading to distribution and competition of different information types is considered. The model takes into account the following processes: 1) competitive interaction; 2) self-competition; 3) self-reproduction; 4) information distribution in phase space due to diffusion. The results of calculations approve qualitative analysis of dynamics of similar systems performed earlier in other works. Also, conditions of domination of one information type on another are obtained in terms of the model. The result was obtained in the framework of the project RFBR no. 11-06-00160.

Currently, the most crucial social order is to prepare specialists with a number of professional and general cultural competencies. The ability for lifelong learning is one of them. It implies, firstly, the presence of skills to surf the surrounding information, secondly, selectively choosing the professionally significant material and, finally, sharing it in situations requiring precise solutions. Due to the avalanche of information and communication technologies in our up-to date life, students have a great possibility to satisfy their specific interests in the process of individual reading in a foreign language. Within it, the professionally-oriented foreign language reading skills are posed to be essential in the global network. Thus, the main goal of the present paper is to describe the teaching methodology of professionallyoriented foreign language reading, developed and based on the theoretical research results. The established methodology of teaching includes four main blocks: basis (the aim and objectives set), methodology (education approaches, principles and pedagogical conditions establishment), content (speech and language material work out) and result (the list of developing skills). These blocks determine the substantive and structural side of learning. The observed conditions were reflected in the electronic tutorial aimed at reading skills’ developing (roughly-referential, assign-informative, produce-informative) to work with professional texts in the technical university. The effectiveness of the proposed method is clarified and evaluated in the consistent steps of education that supply and model every next stage. As the result, the illustrated methodology provides appropriate pedagogical conditions for efficient teaching and studying.
