5701 | Discusses the allegorical expression of the lingvocultural concept ‘relation’ in Kalmyk, Russian and British paroemia. Allegory is a figure of speech in which abstract ideas and principles are described in terms of characters, figures and events. Allegory has been used widely throughout history in all forms of art, largely because it can readily illustrate complex ideas and concepts in ways that are comprehensible or striking to its viewers, readers, or listeners. Writers or speakers typically use allegories as literary devices or as rhetorical devices that convey hidden meanings through symbolic figures, actions, imagery and events, which together create the moral, spiritual, or political meaning the author wishes to convey. For example, in fables a fox character embodies the human characteristics of cunning and cleverness, a wolf and a bear symbolize greed and fraud, etc. Allegory can be easily represented in proverbs and sayings. The peculiarity of allegorical meaning is expressed in typical images. These images are related to various realia of the surrounding environment that belong to everyday life, work, religion, folklore of a culture. The concept “relation” is one of the major national cultural concepts in the Kalmyk, Russian and English lingvocultures and consists of various evaluative, figurative and conceptual components. The most frequent realia in the nomination of the concept “relation” in paroemia are onomastic and natural realia. 5702 | The paper is devoted to the personage classification analysis in literary criticism, its adaptation to the personage system of Scottish emigrational poetry and investigation of image characteristics of «old» and «new» Motherland. Prof. M.A. Novikova’s classification of artistic space is taken into account. It includes the opposition of own place and other place, space of center and periphery, space of border and contact. There are different classifications based on diverse approaches: 1) unipatrides, expatriants, apatrides; 2) religious persons (St. Andrew), historical persons (Robert I the Bruce, 1274-1329), Sir William Wallace, c. 1270-1305), Robert Burns, 1759-1796)), dwellers of Scotland’s regions (Highlanders) / the USA regions, family and home personages (husband, wife, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, friends), natural actuals of Scotland/the USA (Grampian Hills, Wood of Clova, Noran Water). The contrastive analysis of the personage system of Scotland’s poets (who didn’t emigrate) with the personage system of the USA’s Scottish emigrational poets is made. In the poetry of Scotland’s poets such additional personages are found: Fergus I (ab. 434 – 501), Kenneth MacAlpin (810-858), Duncan I (1001-1040), Malcolm IV (1141-1165), John Knox (1513-1572), Mary, Queen of Scots (1542-1587), James Melville (1556-1614). Contrastive analysis of patriotic images and motives proves that emigrational literature can be treated as diasporic literature in case emigrational literature appeals to the historical and cultural traditions of the Motherland country (Scotland). 5703 | The article explores the content, structure, conceptual field of rational organization of life activity of students of junior courses at a pedagogical university. The author uses the resources of personal-social and personality-activity approaches to substantiate the need for rational organization of life activities of students, in order to help them coordinate educational and extracurricular activities, by reducing the amount of time spent on non-specific activities (self-service, cleaning the dorm room, cooking, talking on the phone, etc.). Due to the use of methods of selforganization, self-management (goal-setting, accounting for time spent, planning of the working day and weeks, monitoring, timing, reflection), students develop such skills as designing a long-term plan for their own life in a pedagogical university; Adoption of adequate solutions that facilitate the organization of life; The vision of one’s own life perspective and the identification of obstacles, on the way to its realization; Finding optimal methods for solving identified problems. The criterion for the effectiveness of the pedagogical design of the rational organization of life activity of undergraduate students at a pedagogical university is their ability to master the social and educational environment of the university (mastering the social role of the student, knowledge of norms, social rules governing the activity of the educational organization, development of independence); ability to implement educational and professional activities in the conditions of the university (level of cognitive activity, academic performance); ability to physical development in the process of life activity (health, working capacity, healthy lifestyle). As a result of experimental work, we found that collective, personally and socially significant activities in the course of the implementation of pedagogical design promoted the development of interpersonal relations between its participants, motivation for further education and self-education in its various forms and increasing academic achievement of students; manifestation and further development of the creativity of junior students. 5704 | The article considers the functional possibilities of the prezens in German. The analysis was carried out in a diachronic aspect, beginning with the Old High German period and ending with the modern state of German. It is shown what functions were peculiar to the prezens at the time of its formation, which appeared in later periods and which are used at the present stage of development of the given language. For this purpose have been studied the literary monuments of the Old High German and Middle High German periods, the Germanic epic Nibelungenlied. The modern functional potential of prezens is studied on the basis of German newspapers Die Welt and Moskauer deutsche Zeitung. The article uses as the main descriptive, comparative-historical, quantitative methods of investigation. The urgency of the work is due to the ambiguous approach in linguistics to the functional differentiation of the German prezens. In this article its most frequent functions are scientifically substantiated and described. In these German-language newspapers a frequent phenomenon is actual, usual and futuristic prezens. Culturologically, this situation is due to the fact that the Germans attach great importance to the present, and they are characterized by their aspirations for the future. In addition, in modern publicistic speech a tendency is revealed that consists in the combined functioning of prezens in the interaction of frequency functions. The conducted research as a whole expands the scientific understanding of the functional significance of the prezens in the German language. The article deals with the onomatopoeic verbs of the German language and the peculiarities of their functioning in the texts of various genres: in colloquial speech, in literary and journalistic texts, in newspaper and magazine periodicals, and in German-language chats. The purpose of the study was to determine the frequency and originality of the use of onomatopoetic verbs. Material and methods. The theoretical part of the paper presents the classification of verbs selected for the study. The basis of the classification was the systemic dictionary by L.M. Vasilyev compiled on the material of the Russian language. The authors applied this principle of systematization to the material of the German language and supplemented the existing classification taking into account the examples selected for the analysis. The material for the study includes 161 sentences from fiction, journalist and German-language chats using onomatopoeic verbs. Results and discussion. To confirm the sound nature of this group of words, the article presents the etymology and meaning of the analyzed verbs in monolingual dictionaries. This group of words in German is quite numerous due to the presence of sound in the commission of almost any action. Many onomatopoeic verbs are characterized by polysemy associated with many associations of the same word in the minds of native speakers. The words of this group can have emotional, evaluative (both positive and negative) expressive and stylistic components of meaning. Conclusion. The article shows how actively and diversely the onomatopoeic verbs are used by the authors due to their expressiveness and emotionality, the ability to have a certain impact on the listener or reader. The results of solving the problem determine the theoretical significance. The study contributes to the development of the theory of functioning of onomatopoeic verbs. The practical value of the study is the ability to use the results of the study in the development of lecture courses and seminars on Lexicology, Stylistics and Text analysis in the course of modern German. Thus, the results of the study confirmed the authors’ assumption about the possible diversity of the functioning of onomatopoetic verbs in the texts of various genres. 5706 | Introduction. The research explored representation of the concept freedom in the Code as a nuclear genre of legal document discourse. Aim and objectives of the article are to identify the specifics of implementation of the concept freedom, defined by modus-dictum organization of legal discourse and the specifics of the Code as its nuclear genre. Material and methods. The research material consists of the Codes of the Russian Federation, which are Family, Labour, Housing, Civil, and Criminal Codes. The selection of material is determined in accordance with the nuclear status of this genre in legal text. Being one of the main documents of legal discourse, the Code as well as the Constitution of the Russian Federation, reflects the foundations of Russian law. Freedom, as a key concept of Russian culture, is specifically represented in legal discourse. The methodology includes discourse and concept analysis: we observe discursive and genre features from the position of the Code in genre system of legal discourse. Freedom is analyzed through comparing this concept in the system of Russian linguistic world-image on the whole (based on material from studies already conducted) with legal discourse in particular. Results and discussion. We found that the concept freedom, in contrast to its common representation in Russian linguistic world-image, has a particular non-binary specificity and is transformed through the law. In everyday language, there is an opposition freedom (will)/unfreedom, and in the Code freedom is realized through a permissive (what can be done within the framework of the law), prohibitive modus (what is criminally punishable and prescribed through unfreedom, i.e. arrest), and a modus of obligation (what is required to be done by law). In addition, freedom in the Codes is influenced by their thematic sphere: there are freedom of family, labour, housing, and civil relationships. In opposition is what is prohibited to do and guarantees unfreedom (represented by the Criminal Code). Conclusion. Freedom in the legal document discourse is an officially recorded ability of a person to operate within the confines of the law. The Code as a nuclear genre of legal discourse transforms the concept through its modus-dictum modification. As a result, pivotal for the implementation of the concept freedom is the law, as well as the basic concepts of each selected Code – family, labour, housing, citizen, and punishment. 5709 | Introduction. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the compositional structure of the speech genre of cinema announcement functioning on the Internet. The structure of movie announcements of different types is compared; the specificity of the composition of movie announcements for Indian films is revealed based on the data obtained. Aim and objectives. Description of the composition of the speech genre of the cinema announcement, functioning on the Internet. Material and methods. The study is based on the linguistic-stylistic analysis method, which includes observation, comparison, interpretation, discursive analysis. The material taken for research is 250 cinema-announcements for Indian films written in Russian and posted on the website Indiankino.net. The volume of the studied texts is 6–8 sentences (from 60–100 words). These are movie announcements for films of different genres: melodramas, dramas, thrillers, comedies, action films, etc. Results and discussion. The studied texts have a similar theme, a relatively stable composition and a repeating set of means of linguistic embodiment, which allows us to consider the movie announcement as a separate speech genre. To describe it, a model has been developed that includes the following parameters: communicative goal, image of the author, image of the addressee, image of the past, image of the future, type of dictum content, features of the language embodiment, composition, verbal and non-verbal means. The composition of the movie announcement is one of the most important genre-forming features. It was determined that the composition of cinema announcements for Indian films operating in the Internet environment includes such elements as the title, image (mostly posters), additional information about the film (the name of the characters and directors of the film, year of release of the film, film genres, original name of the film, language in which the film is available), Internet tools (film rating, social media buttons for exchanging film information with other people), description of the film: exposition, main part, ending. Conclusion. The compositional structure and elements of different types of movie announcements (for example, printed movie announcements, movie announcements written in other languages, movie announcements of films from other countries) differ from each other, which depends on the time of their writing, the scope of functioning, and the author’s style. Each of the structural elements of the speech genre of cinema announcement has pragmatic potential and serves to fulfill the main functions of the studied speech genre – to provide information about the film and to influence the addressee and draw his attention to the film. During the analysis, it is necessary to take into account specific characteristics such as the ‘out of the text’ information, implicitness and multiple meanings, deconstruction, and irony. The proposed methodology includes three steps: working with the cultural and historic context before taking up the text, interpreting the meaning of the fiction text and language based exercises, with special attention paid to them. Researching of different informational and media language personalities is of great interest in connection with intensive role of new information technologies and their influence on thinking, world picture and speech behavior of up-to-date person. The relevance of this study is connected with it. The research points to detection of different types of modern political essays writers. The aim of the article – determination of typical and individual peculiarities of up-to-date political essays writers as informational and media language personalities subject to different models of their speech behavior and reaction to topical informational reasons. Material and methods of research are based on discursive, semantic and stylistic, comparative analysis usage supported by regulative theory as one of communicative stylistic of text trend. Results and discussion. Peculiarities of modern political essays writers as a syncretic information and media language personality with critical thinking, a desire and the ability to prove and argue his opinion, polemic approach in understanding various informational issues relevant for society, strongly pronounced rhetorical competence, a lively media image and a special idiostyle, mainly oriented to nonconformism. The types of modern political essays writers on basis of their speech behavior and aims are revealed. They are the following: 1) hyperrealist (distinguishing capacity of this type is naturalism, factuality, demonstrativity); 2) political essays writer-enlightener (he can be an expert or moral authority, be engaged in educational or enlightening activity); 3) political essays writer-enlightenerromantic (passionate about his own picture of the world, his principles, harmonious, has his own rich experience, positive attitude); 4) political essays writer-enlightener-ideologist (a fanatic-propagandist, faithful to a definite ideology, which he passionately upholds and imposes, builds a dichotomy or antinomy, is paradoxical). Common and individual regulative means, structures and ways of regulativity, which are typical for media discourse of modern political essays writers and for individual discursive practices of media personalities are revealed. Individual peculiarities of political essays writers are the following: difference in intensions, scale of informational reasons for controversy; choice of means and ways of influence on mass audience, availability of author’s regulative means and structures, logical and/or rhetorical argumentation in media discourse. Conclusion. The proposed approach to studying a modern political essays writers’ media discourse from the point of view of typical and individual manifestations of these information and media language personalities revealed that detected types of language personalities which show themselves in speech behavior are different in their aim, means and effect of influence, which is due not only to objective factors, but individual copyright features of these individuals, but individual and author’s peculiarities of these personalities. These findings are of interest for media linguistics, linguistic personology, theory of speech influence, speech conflict study, communicative stylistics of text. 5715 | Based on archival materials the article presents the data on the number and proportion of evacuees among the whole population of West Siberia, the proportion of children among the evacuees in West Siberia and the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic as a whole. In reliance of the data we made the conclusion that for West Siberia the proportion of children in relation to adults among the arrived evacuees was bigger than that for the whole country, which indicates that the load on the social sphere of the region and its society at all was high. The analysis of the evacuees’ settlement based on the types of inhabited localities indicates that the main part of them settled in urban localities. Their migration activity was of the highest level. The analysis of the composition of population, which was evacuated to the West Siberia, enables to conclude that women constituted the majority of the population. What concerns the social structure of the arrived population a significant portion of it consisted of workers, engineers and technicians, employees. Diverse ethnic composition was characteristic of the evacuees. A little more than a half of the arrived population consisted able-bodied people. Considering the difficulties and results of employment we came to a conclusion that in this respect a set of West Siberian regions came close to the whole country level, and Novosibirsk and Kemerovo regions exceeded the general country level significantly. The article emphasizes that the evacuees as social group was diverse. Within the group there could be distinguished several strata different in their social position. 5718 | The article focuses on the polifunctional pronoun form gli and its patterns of use in the 16th-century Italian. In Old Italian, as a result of phonetic changes, this form became virtually universal, as it performed various subject, direct object and indirect object functions and co-occurred with other developments of the Lat. ille. In Modern Italian gli has several uses, but they are not stylistically equal: gli as the indirect object masculine singular pronoun is normative, gli as the indirect object plural form is colloquially marked, and gli as the indirect object feminine singular pronoun is regarded as a vulgarism. The 16th century, in a way, was a transition period when certain uses of gli that later became obsolete are only present in comic genres and in the writings by semiliterate authors. Another interesting feature is the growing discrepancy between the dialect of Florence and the codified norm. The reduction of superfluous uses of gli in the 16th-century Italian has not been dealt with specially before. The present piece of research aims at assessing the way the functions of gli were gradually being reduced and differentiated stylistically, which becomes evident when one confronts prose and verse writings belonging to different genres and to authors from different regions of Italy. Starting from Casimir constraints written by oscillator representation of Poincare algebra, which is the necessary condition of the irreducibility, we find closed higher spin superalgebra. 5723 | Introduction. The article describes the semantic model of auditory perception of “irreality”, represented in the text of the novel by Victor Pelevin. Modeling of perception processes is one of the parameters of the artistic text considered in the analysis of its communicative and semantic structure. Images based on sensory sensations are a key component of the artistic picture of the author’s world. Material and methods. The study of the semantics of perceptivity on the material of postmodern texts is directly connected with the problem of “reality/irreality” of the described events, objects, phenomena in the artistic space of the text, which makes the research topic relevant, and includes the research in the scientific context. Results and discussion. The description of irreal events presupposes a change (deformation) of the invariant perception model, primarily related to the “strengthening” of the role of the object of perception. Particular attention is paid to the “mismatch” of the perceptual and mental modes. “Uncertainty”, “blurring”, “strangeness” of objects of perception, caused by the impossibility of visual activity and the altered state of the character’s consciousness, are actualized. Description of the unusual perceptual experience of characters indicates that in the situation of unavailability (absence) of the visual channel of perception, auditory perception allows to model a “picture” that exists only in the altered consciousness of one or another character of the narrative. Linguistic analysis of the fragments of the text showed that “irreality” becomes one of the objects of comprehension and creative reflection of the author of the novel. To represent the situation of unusual auditory perception, a wide range of language means is used (indefinite pronouns, comparative constructions, indefinitepersonal and impersonal one-member sentences, complex sentences with complement clauses and correspondences, etc.). In some cases, the subject of perception realizes that the events observed are of an irreal nature and tries to find their analogue in the familiar world (relying on their auditory sensations). This leads to the emergence of various analogies and comparisons in the text of the novel. The conclusion emphasizes that due to transpositional transfers (vision – hearing), the perceptual component is “strengthened” and the artistic space of the work is “expanded”. Though the Church Slavonic composites have been thoroughly studied, many problems concerning the origin of this linguistic phenomenon in the early stages of Church Slavonic literature still remain open. Aim and Objectives. The purpose of this study is to analyze the methods of translating of Greek composites to the Church Slavonic language in the early stages of the history of Slavic literature (the end of the 9th - the beginning of the 10th centuries). Material and Methods. The investigation was performed on the base of the Slavonic translations of the Byzantine hymnography of the Triodion cycle. We studied comparatively with their Greek texts four Slavonic translated hymns: the Akathistos Hymn, the Great Canon of Repentance by St. Andrew of Crete, the Alphabetical Shichera from the Great Canon service and the Antiphons of the Great and Holy Friday by the Church Slavonic manuscripts (Lenten Triodion and Pentecostarion) of the 12th - 13th centuries. Results and discussion. In the Greek texts of these hymns we found 147 composites and analyzed the options for their translation by Slavic scribes in terms of their morphemic and syntactic structure and semantics. Based on the structure, Slavic correspondences to Greek composites were divided into untranslated borrowings, phrases, single-root semantic correspondences, original composites and calque-composites. Most of these categories were further divided into structural and semantic subcategories, with the different ways of reproducing of the semantics of the Greek composites. In percentage terms, the most insignificant category was borrowings. The calque technique actively used by Slavic scribes, however, covers less than a half of the total number of Slavic correspondences. We observed a considerable variation in the Slavic translations of Greek lexemes and root morphemes, while the same morpheme as a part of different composites could be translated as a single word, root or affix. Conclusion. The status of the calque in the early stages of the history of the Church Slavonic language was just one of the methods of conveying the semantics of a Greek composite, without a conscious intention of the scribes neither to copy the structure of the Greek words nor to establish invariant lexical, morphological and structural correspondences between the source and the target language. The article considers the relevance of the formation of a foreign-language ethnocultural competence of high school students as a process of becoming a patriotic representative of their country in intercultural communication. The purpose of the article is to identify the didactic potential of the ethnoculturema, which is important to use when forming the foreign language ethnocultural competence of high school students. Material and methods. Theoretical analysis allowed to clarify the concept of “ethnoculturema” as a unit of education in the formation of foreign language ethnocultural competence, to justify and describe its types. These include: lacunae (interlanguage lacunae or reality), cultural background vocabulary and nomena (objectification of a person’s name and a place name). The analysis and synthesis of the works of leading researchers on the problem of lacunarity allowed us to identify the groups of interlingual absolute lacunae, which are necessary in the formation of foreign ethnocultural competence. There are the examples for each group, as well as their possible translation and explanation in English. Results and discussion. The author analyzed the possibilities of ethnoculturemas possible elimination, their most adequate translation transferring ethnocultural meaning in English. In conclusion, it is claimed that using the mechanism of “parallel connection of external cultural designation” is necessary. The meaning of this mechanism is specified with the reference to ethnoculturema elimination. The most effective way to convey the meaning of the ethnoculturema is a two-component connection for the lacunae and nomena, and a three-component connection for the cultural-background vocabulary. The examples are given in English with a detailed analysis of the mechanisms of their translation and transmission of ethnocultural meaning. Conclusion. The article concludes with a summary of the research revealing the practical significance of the use of ethnoculturemas elimination in the formation of foreign language ethnocultural competence in senior secondary schools. The aim of the article is to determine the stages and directions of scientific and pedagogical activity of Professor V. Golovchiner. Material and methods. The research material (articles, reports, monographs) by V. E. Golovchiner and her students served as the material for the study. The systematization and description of the results of scientific activity was carried out in comparison with the leading concepts of Russian philology. Results and discussion. For the first time, her scientific heritage is examined as a whole; the principles are revealed by which the scientist was guided during the different periods of her scientific activity; the key ideas of her papers are selected: 1. the formation of an epic drama as a specific direction in Russian literary process of the 20th century caused by cultural-historical conditions and having two typological versions – metaphorical and metonymical – with characteristic features of poetics; 2. the specifics of an artwork is in many respects caused by ancestral features as each literary genre has its own expressive possibilities; 3. the natural change of a genre paradigm during the era of nonclassical poetics leads to that the initial genres give way to the author’s models of creativity which represent a new way to end of an artistic whole. It is shown that the use of computer algebra system (CAS) Maxima qualitatively improves the consideration of the topic “Freefall considering environmental resistance”, traditionally studied in the discipline “Computer simulation”. Maxima has found the general solution of the nonlinear differential equation and found a partial solution with zero initial conditions – the Cauchy problem. CAS Maxima has found the analytical expression for the rate of fall and height fallen down as the functions of time. CAS Maxima has obtained the asymptotic behavior of the rate of fall in the time and has calculated the rate limit of fall. CAS Maxima calculated numerically intermediate values of fall speed and height fallen down for the 15 time values in the range of 1–15 in increments of 1. These values are compared with analogical values calculated by numerical method in book, with the standard deviation for rate is equal 2 %. In this context, we study the function of the given affixes to regulate relations between members of the speech communication within the monological, dialogical, mixed texts. The analysis of language material actualized the relation of deictic elements with text creating and revealed the specifics of the double deixis’ functions. Personal possessive affixes most often express the attitude of the speaker to a certain party of the speech act, serve as a means of identity references, organize semantic, structural integrity of the text in a dialogical and monological unity. Affixes, that are considered in the system of double personal deixis in mixed texts, participate in the distribution of communicative load among the participants of the communicative act, are used to distinguish and identify the antecedent, in other words, direct the reader in the text. According to this approach the person appears to be the central reference point in measurement and description of objects of the surrounding reality. The question of spatial orientation is not quite studied at the moment in the Selkup culture which owing to its originality is of special interest for consideration. The article is devoted to studying of the above-stated question through the “prism” of a human body. Having carried out the linguistic analysis of names of parts of a human body it has been revealed that a human being is considered to be a focal point in view of the Selkups both in plane (horizontal) division of space and in vertical. Somonims are used by representatives of the Selkup ethnos to describe positions of parts of objects in space. Thus, somatic vocabulary is revealed to denote upper, lower, front, back, side and inner parts of objects. Moreover, some of them changed their grammatical category into postpositions and are currently used to describe the movements against parts of objects having certain position in space, i.e. the movements against the upper, lower, front, back and side parts of objects and the movement oriented inside. The research material was developed on the basis of the multinational environment of the region: content modules, printed media (tables, maps, developmental tasks, technologies). The following methods were used: theoretical and methodological analysis of the leading concepts on the topic under study, content analysis, a selection of leading authors on the studied problem, comparative, benchmarking analysis). In the study of pedagogical experience, the method of classification, analogies, content analysis was used. Empirical methods included questioning, conversation, comparative analysis. Statistical methods were based on mathematical analysis methods. Results. Content modules based on the multinational environment of the region that enhance the variability and invariant of subject knowledge have been developed and implemented: the cultural module reveals the multi-ethnic function of subject knowledge through studying the culture of ethnic groups, their role in the development of the region; the historical module creates a holistic view of the history of the region, multinational construction sites, heroes, discoverers of the Siberian land; ecological - geographical module takes into account the living conditions of ethnic groups with a rapid change of technology; socio-economic module shows the role of ethnic groups in the development of natural resources, industry of the region. Literature is considered as one of the types of mental activity of a person, obeying the same laws as the other types of mental activity. Imagination as a mental activity is the ability to form and shape an image. Analysis of the language conceptualization of imagination is based on the method of a cognitive modeling of a situation, with the help of which it is possible to access the knowledge of the mental process studied. A large number of verb nominations verbalizing the process of imagination attests to the importance of this phenomenon for the English language picture of the world. According to the empirical material the situation of imagination can be categorized by verbs that differently characterize it. The generalization of the components of the semantic structure of linguistic expressions and the contexts of their representation have made it possible to construct a cognitive model of the situation of imagination with the following participants: the subject of imagination, the process of imagination (as the formation of mental images in a certain space-time environment) and the object of imagination (imaginary). The volume of the empirical material allowed us to identify and analyze the signs of the participants of the situation of imagination. 5750 | Introduction. In the process of bilingual education, pupils must not only master the content of the subject, but also overcome language difficulties. Taking into account the relationship between speech and mathematical activity, this article reveals the essence and structure of bilingual mathematical competence, the formation of which allows bilingual pupils to successfully learn the program of main school in the conditions of national Russian bilingualism. Some ways of forming bilingual mathematical competence focused on the development of the culture of mathematical speech, as well as teaching students to apply multicultural knowledge are also proposed. The aim of the article is to describe the methodology for the formation of bilingual mathematical competence in primary school pupils in the conditions of national Russian bilingualism. Material and methods. In this study, we used theoretical methods of comparative analysis, synthesis and generalization of the content of domestic and foreign scientific, pedagogical and methodological literature on the problem of research. Results and discussion. In the course of the work, we analyzed the research that indicates a close relationship between the language of instruction and the subject mathematical content. It was found that in the conditions of bilingual education, it is necessary to take into account students’ native language. In addition, it was found that the level of native and the Russian languages proficiency affects the mathematical achievements of bilingual pupils. This analysis led to the conclusion that the result of bilingual education should be a synthesis of certain competencies that provide a high level of language proficiency and deep development of the subject content. Conclusion. As a result of the research, the concept of bilingual mathematical competence is clarified, which synthesizes the subject, special language (in native and the Russian languages) and intercultural components. The system of mathematical tasks was presented, which is aimed at the development of mathematical speech of pupils, which ensures the formation of subject and special language components, and also clarified the concepts that should be included in the plot of text-based mathematical tasks for the formation of an intercultural component of bilingual mathematical competence. The results of this research will later serve as the basis for conducting an experimental study to test the effectiveness of the proposed training tools, which are designed to form a bilingual mathematical competence.
