5604 | The aim of the work is to examine the process of formation of new system of fire-prevention actions which began to emerge in the Altai province after final establishment of the Soviet government. The article is prepared on the basis of a wide range of archival materials, materials, many of which are introduced for scientific use for the first time. As a result of the work the author has come to the following conclusions. The fight against forest fires included a range of prevention measures, prevention and liquidation of fire in the forest and punishment for persons guilty of arsons. The new government was interested in the preservation of forests from fires, so forestry specialists and local authorities were tasked to create effective system of struggle against forest fires in short terms. Questions of forest preservation from the fires were regulated by local regulations which were based on provisions of the decree “About the woods” 1918. The forest was nationalized, every citizen had the right to use forest products, but on the condition of personal participation in the protection of forests. The implementation of fire prevention measures was entrusted to the local population. However, this practice has not justified itself, so it was decided to return to the standard scheme, in which the main role in the protection of forests from fires played professional forest guards. 5605 | The article considers the influence of many associated factors which are of scientific and practical interest and represented in the form of the concept of the multilevel assessment of the potential of interaction between labour market and the market for vocational education services in the reproduction process of a primary labor resource (a young specialist). The analysis, systematization and constant monitoring of the results of the methodological approach to the potential assessment of interaction between labour market and education market allow the government to get the right information at the macro- and meso-levels for adjustment and planning of criteria of the reproduction process of young specialists as a specific category of the workforce. It is substantiated that this approach allows the state and its subjects to obtain the necessary information at the macro- and meso-levels to adjust and plan the parameters of the reproduction process of young specialists as a specific category of the labor force and serves as an instrument for managing the interaction of the subjects of the regional markets for vocational education and labor services. Thus, it is shown that effective training of young specialists is implemented to a greater extent in the regions with a favorable demographic structure of the employed population, whose potential is used more rationally in terms of minimizing the costs of unemployment, on the one hand, and the use of incentives for productive labor, aimed at advancing growth of labour productivity over the wage growth with further improvement in the implementation of its reproductive and stimulating functions, on the other hand. In conclusion, the article points out that effective training of labor resources is relevant not only for industry but also for the region in particular, as the economic space of the Russian Federation as a whole is characterized by considerable differentiation in the socio-economic development of the regions. 5606 | The issue of training cadets of military higher educational institutions for the Olympiad in Informatics is under consideration. The nominations of the Olympiad are described and the methodical aspects of training cadets for one of the topics of the first round are described in detail – the use of the MS Word application in solving military-applied problems. Based on the analysis of the Olympiad assignments on computer science of the past years, a classification of tasks has been performed on this topic. The following types of tasks are identified: working with text; work with objects that are not text; execution of the document; automation of mailing; creation of macros and electronic forms. The method of teaching the solution of the selected types of Olympiad problems is described with the help of a set of different levels of difficulty in the exercises. Each subsequent exercise should either be based on the previous one, or repeat the sequence of actions formed in the previous tasks, which allows you to consolidate the result of the previous work. At the same time, in each subsequent exercise, a new action (or several actions united by one group of teams) must necessarily be added, which accentuates the attention of the cadet, thereby contributing to a more meaningful assimilation. Expansion and gradual complication of the set of exercises or the creation of a new sequence of similar tasks allows you to gradually master all the necessary material. A generalization of methodological provisions is made on the basis of which the method of preparing cadets for the speech at the Olympiad in the first round is proposed: it is necessary first to classify tasks for each topic of the tour, then to develop a set of exercises that form the cadet’s free operation with the actions necessary to solve problems of each type. 5607 | Introduction. The object of this research is the pragmatic functions of such discourse elements as pragmatic markers that are used in English gastronomic discourse, namely, in a TV and Internet cooking show. Material and methods. The material for this research is the cooking show videos of popular British chef Jamie Oliver, published on his official YouTube channel in 2018–2019. The methods of the research are discourse analysis, analysis of pragmatic markers and the method of linguistic description. Results and discussion. The introduction observes the concepts of “discourse” and “gastronomic discourse”, the features of the gastronomic discourse, its genre diversity, pragmatic potential of the TV and Internet cooking show. Various studies of linguists on the correlation of the terms “pragmatic marker” and “discourse marker” are reviewed. As the methodological basis of the research we chose Fraser’s classification of pragmatic markers. The classification of pragmatic markers revealed from the videos, its quantitative and qualitative analysis resulted in the establishment of pragmatic functions that different types of pragmatic markers perform in the discourse of the cooking show. Conclusion. It was concluded that: 1) the gastronomic discourse cooking show genre influences the formation of the gastronomic preferences of the audience; 2) pragmatic markers are necessary to indicate the speaker’s attitude to the utterance, as well as to facilitate the process of pragmatic conclusions; 3) due to pragmatic markers, the arsenal of language means involved in creating the required pragmatic effect of the cooking show is increased; 4) pragmatic markers of the discourse of the cooking show help keep the viewer’s attention and create the illusion of direct communication with the audience. 5608 | Introduction. The implementation of the modern model of education requires teaching staff to possess certain skills in research work and to use scientifically grounded forms and methods in their professional activities. It seems that reliance on science should make it possible to achieve the required quality of education and thereby ensure the fulfillment of the social and state order for the education system. In particular, it is necessary to fix the fact that in empirical research used in science, there are, today, serious problems regarding the reproducibility of the process and the results of pedagogical research. In this regard, in fulfilling the requirement to achieve the quality of education, which is verified, first of all, by empirical research, teachers are faced with a serious problem, namely, with a crisis of reproducibility. The reproducibility crisis is a serious methodological crisis, the essence of which is the impossibility of repeating the results of studies that were previously published or the impossibility of repeating the study itself (for technical and other reasons). Most often, this is due to the absence or insufficient representation of the following elements of pedagogical research: the presence of an experiment, a clear description of the planning and course of the experiment, verifiable data – when it is not clear what, how and in what conditions to reproduce. The goal is to scientifically substantiate the feasibility of extrapolating the meta-analysis method from evidencebased medicine to pedagogical research as a tool to increase the reproducibility of both experiments and the results obtained in pedagogical research. Material and methods. The research methodology is based on the following methods: study and analysis of literature, analytical generalization, forecasting, abstraction, analogy, measurement, data synthesis, generalization, modeling, analogy, statistical processing of the information received. After the main reasons causing the crisis of reproducibility in science were considered, the use of the meta-analysis method in pedagogical research was substantiated as a means of minimizing the negative impact of the crisis of reproducibility. Results and discussion. The current literature on the research problem is analyzed from different positions. The essential features and causes of the crisis of reproducibility in pedagogical research have been studied and generalized. It was found that the crisis of reproducibility is interdisciplinary in nature. The problem of finding means to minimize the negative impact of the crisis of reproducibility on the development of pedagogical research is actualized. As such a tool, a meta-analysis is considered and an assumption is made about the advisability of extrapolating the method of meta-analysis from medicine to pedagogical research. The theoretical and practical aspects of the application of the meta-analysis method are considered. The definitions of the concepts of meta-analysis and a systematic review are derived. It was found that meta-analysis intersects and partially includes elements of such methods and technologies as content analysis, applied scientometrics, blockchain. The organizational and substantive features of the meta-analysis are considered, which make it possible to apply this method to assess the quality of pedagogical research. As a practical justification for the applicability of the method, a contour plan for the meta-analysis of scientific publications reflecting the results of pedagogical research is proposed. A number of controversial provisions that could become the basis for further research is put forward. A way is outlined for a comprehensive study of tools to minimize the negative impact of the crisis of reproducibility in pedagogical sciences. Conclusion. The has been substantiated the use of meta-analysis as an effective tool for: 1) assessing the quality of pedagogical research; 2) planning and organizing the experiment; 3) presentation of the results of empirical research in pedagogy. 5615 | In accordance with the personality-oriented and practice-oriented approaches, the article introduces criteria and scales for evaluating the results and the process of project activities, which foreign philology students practise while developing primary professional skills and preparing for pedagogical practice. Projects developed and implemented by students are usually individual due to the interethnic nature of student groups. They contribute to the development of intercultural communication, since in the course of projects the undergraduates introduce Russian speakers (and representatives of other nationalities who speak Russian) to cultural and linguistic features of their native countries and at the same time are becoming more and more aware of the cultural and linguistic features of the country of the studied language (Russia). In this regard, the understanding of project-making technology and the consideration of a number of factors (social and cultural, linguistic, etc.) are very important for the teacher. The knowledge of these allows the teacher not only to help foreign students in choosing the topic and the master class for the project, in arranging an individual trajectory of the project activity and in the timely and qualitative implementation of the tasks set, but also to adequately assess the results of the activity. The method of projects is based on the project practice, according to which at each stage (preparatory, main and final) certain skills such as reflective skills, search for information skills, presentational skills, organizational skills, communication skills and skills of group and individual work are formed. In this regard, the choice of assessment tools offered in the article (report on the results of the project; the project data sheet; the summary of the project; presentation; photos and videos; essays; student’s work review ; training; discussion) is justified taking into account not only the goals and objectives of project practices, activities, specific aspects of evaluation (project development, results, its structure, presentation), but also the list of competencies being developed, among which the most important are communicative, intercultural and information ones. When defining criteria and indicators for certain assessment tools (essay, summary, etc.) State Educational Standard in Russian as a Foreign Language, which sets out the requirements for specific communication skills (e.g. writing skills and speaking skills), and Federal Educational Standard of Higher Education 45.04.01 Philology play an important role as regulatory documents. The number of criteria and points is determined on the basis of the methodological importance of specific evaluation tools. The teacher’s review of the student’s work during pedagogical practice is of particular importance when counting the total number of points which can be scored for the project. The five-point rating scale is adopted for the final mark for the whole project as it is considered the most comfortable and familiar for both teachers and students. 5616 | Introduction. The article deals with a question of the discursive status of forensic medical examination texts, the existence of a separate sub-discourse of the forensic medical examination, which is at the intersection of medical and legal discourses, and its place in the typology of institutional discourses. The need to distinguish the discourse of forensic medical examination as a separate subtype of discourse, the description of its model and the study of it as a multidiscourse phenomenon is due to the peculiarities of the interaction of the two institutional discourses with a high level of formalization and ritualization. The aim of the article is to determine the status of the forensic medical examination (SME) as an area of social, professional and textual activity, its place in the typology of institutional discourses. Material and methods. The model of describing the institutional discourse of V. I. Karasik was chosen as the main methodological dominant. This is due to the fact that the studied area belongs to the sphere of institutional interaction, and the fact that this model allows one to identify own discursive parameters at the stage of initial analysis. This theory of discourse analysis makes it possible to define categories such as “participants of communication”, “conditions of communication”, “organization” and “methods of communication”. The material for the study was the full texts of 10 opinions of forensic doctors with a total volume of more than 100 pages, taken at a professional forum of forensic doctors of Russia in the section “Consultation Center”. Results and discussion. Communicators in the field of forensic medicine have a different status than participants in medical or legal discourse. The main type of communication is the type “doctor-forensic scientist – the examined”. Communication places are medical and legal organizations, as well as scientific organizations and events. The goals of the forensic doctor as a participant in the communication “forensic doctor – the examined” go back to legal discourse, while the strategy used is medical. The nuclear genre of discourse is the opinion of the medical examiner, which applies to both legal and medical discourse, and also contains a large number of discursive formulas, stable and specific. Conclusion. The main parameters of communications in the field of forensic examination correspond to the models proposed by V.I. Karasik, however, is not reduced to either legal or medical discourse. Based on the results of this study, a forensic medical examination may qualify for the status of a specific interdiscourse area. 5617 | Introduction. The article examines one of the forms of speech aggression presented in Internet communication. Trolling is a phenomenon that develops along with new Internet technologies, is characteristic exclusively of network discourse and is embodied in provocative remarks. Trolling is a form of speech aggression, it is due to the nature of the Internet discourse. The purpose of the article is to study trolling as one of the forms of speech aggression in Internet communication. Material and methods. The material was publications and comments in the community of Russian schoolchildren on the Vkontakte social network. Discourse analysis became the main method. When selecting the material, the method of continuous sampling was applied. Results and discussion. The article actualizes the manifestation of speech aggression in the network communication of Russian schoolchildren, in particular, trolling techniques, strategies and tactics, through which this form of speech aggression is implemented, are considered and characterized. Among the techniques of provocative behavior most frequently used by schoolchildren on the Internet, one can single out the technique of refuting public opinion through oppositional statements and the technique of getting personal. The main strategy of trolling is the strategy of provocation, which is implemented through various tactics: ridiculing the opponent, tactics of total denial and a sharp change in the behavior of the communicant. Trolling as a form of speech aggression in Internet communication always finds its expression in provocative remarks. According to its linguo-pragmatic status, trolling is a statement based on the potential for conflict. This form of speech aggression is realized as a conflict communicative act that can develop according to several scenarios. Community themes determine the use of provocative remarks within the framework of trolling concerning specific areas of school life. The main goal of network provocateurs is always a communicative conflict. Conclusion. The relevance of the study of speech aggression in the school environment is dictated by the fact that the Internet is by far the most popular communication platform for adolescents. In addition, virtual discourse has become the area where verbal aggression finds its most vivid expression. 5622 | The article deals with problems of cognitive linguistics. The fundamental concepts comprising world language picture is the centre of attention. The article traces the verbalization of the concept of “bread” in the Russian language, using materials from the academic dictionary that contain some phraseological units with component “bread”, each of which implements one of the main cognitive features of this concept. On the basis of the examples given, it is shown that the degree of phraseologization of these units is different, but nevertheless all of them retain a connection with the original denotate. This circumstance contributes to the preservation of positive connotations in this phraseological paradigm. The analysis of cognitive signs to identify the scope of the concept of “bread” in the language picture of the world of the Russian people is carried out. The question of the original meaning, which forms the main nominative meaning of the word “bread” in Russian, which is present in the semantic structure of all derivatives, regardless of the degree of their distance from the creation of a semantic base, is considered. For the bulk identification of the concepts of “bread” in the linguistic picture of the world of Russian people, an analysis was conducted on the basis of cognitive signs. The fundamental nature of the concept “bread” in a language picture of the world of the Russian people with all evidence is shown at all levels. A complete idea of the scope of this concept can be created only with regard to folklore material. However, the system of the most important cognitive signs is successfully traced on the material of lexical, phraseological and paremiological units. We have been collecting the corresponding materials from dictionaries of V. I. Dal, V. M. Ogoltsev, D. N. Ushakov, M. Fasmer, and the four-volume academic dictionary of Russian (the Small Academic dictionary). The task of cognitive or linguistic-cognitive analysis is to analyze language units, focused on identifying cognitive signs that represent this concept in the structure of a particular character. The research shows that cognitive characteristics realized by the concept “bread” embrace the image of bread in the national thinking of Russian nation. 5625 | Non-compact symmetries of extended 4d supergravities involve duality rotations of vectors and thus are not manifest off-shell invariances in standard "second-order" formulation. To study how such symmetries are realised in the quantum theory we consider examples in 2 dimensions where vector-vector duality is replaced by scalar-scalar one. Using a "doubled" formulation, where elds and their momenta are treated on an equal footing and the duality becomes a manifest symmetry of the action (at the expense of Lorentz symmetry), we argue that the corresponding on-shell quantum effective action or S-matrix are duality symmetric as well as Lorentz invariant. This contribution is based on [1]. Keywords: duality symmetry, supergravity | 1039 | |||||
