Improving the level of mathematical education of people is an actual task, which is set today by the state and is solved by the professional pedagogical community, including teachers of mathematics in higher school. An effective method to solve the main task of increasing mathematical competence and its accompanying tasks of development of general cultural competencies of students is the use of interactive forms of teaching, the essence of which is teaching in dialogue. The article deals with the nature, objectives and principles of interactive methods of teaching. The analysis of scientific works of teachers-researchers showed that teaching of higher mathematics does not use such interactive forms as collective teaching and their corresponding methods. It is collective teaching that allow the teaching process to be both active and interactive in cases, where the content of the teaching material does not even have a professional orientation. For collective teaching you can observe all those characteristics that are inherent to interactive teaching – dialogue, mental activity, ground, freedom of choice, creating a situation of success, reflection. The article deals with the nature, principles and methods of collective teaching. Organizational and methodological support of teaching on various topics using the methods of collective teaching has been developed. The efficiency of collective teaching in higher mathematics using the method of interchange of tasks, designed for the primary study of typical tasks due to the work of students in pairs of shift composition. Particular attention is paid to the description of the organizational and methodological support for conducting classes. A long-term pedagogical experiment aimed at identifying the effectiveness of interactive studies in higher mathematics at a technical college in comparison with traditional studies has been conducted. The article describes the stages of the experiment and its results. The results of the experiment were processed using statistical methods and qualitative indicators obtained during the monitoring of the teaching process.

The suggested idea is that education is one of the main elements of social production-reproduction of the person himself and not a part of service sphere. Presented psychodiagnostic study of younger schoolchildren of their mental development based on the biopsychosocial approach. The result of which the data leads to the conclusion that the process of adaptation of first-graders to school depends on the characteristics of emotional and volitional and personal spheres, that is the basis of mental health.

The description of human inner world is conditioned by special features of anthropic perception of the reality. In the language conceptualization of emotional states there is a special place for metaphorical representations based on sensory associations caused by one or another emotion. The image of any human emotion has a complex of multiple fold conceptual metaphors in its base. The category of emotional state of Disappointment is considered to be the part of semantic space of human inner world which is reflected in cognitive metaphors. The research task involves differentiation and description of specific types of the metaphorical models actualizing the emotional state of Disappointment in the English perception of the world. The analysis of empirical material enabled to distinguish four models: sensorial, anthropomorphous, zoomorphic and nature-morphic metaphorical models. It is stated that with a variety of conceptual features, the integrity of the image of disappointment is built up on the combination of different feelings.

In this paper ab initio HONDO calculations of SnCI4, SbCI5 and TiCI4 with H2S complexes have been per¬formed. All 35CI-NQR frequencies for above-men¬tioned nv-complexes are obtained by ab initio calcula¬tions. It was shown that ab initio calculations might be useful for the appropriate interpretation of experimen¬tal NQR frequencies. The optimized geometry of the complexes has been used to calculate the quadruple coupling constants, the ionization potentials, the MO composition and the orbit¬al energies for each of the compounds investigated. Our calculations have been pointed out that TiCI4, SnCI4 and SbCI5 complexes are somewhat stabilized. The most stable complex is SbCI5 that is in a good agreement with the experimental data. The stability of the complexes depends both on the stabilization of the occupied donor molecular levels and the vacant ac¬ceptor and donor levels.

Comparative evaluation of modifi cations in the biological and social criteria for long-term partner selection in representations of female junior university students and specialized school students was conducted. Both groups studied revealed discrepancies between biological and social components of selection. Female considered more attractive masculine men in the context of long-term partnership. At the same time, they expected at masculine male behavioural pattern that was not distinctive for masculine males.

In QCD a non-perturbative effect is essential in low energy phenomena. A usual perturbative procedure loses its validity. A four-fermion interaction model is used to evaluate the low energy phenomena for quarks and gluons. Since the four-fermion interaction is nonrenormalizable, the results depend on the regularization parameter in four spacetime dimensions. Here we show the possibility to eliminate the regularization parameter dependence for some of physical observables.

Energy metabolism was studied in poisoned rat liver tissue after application of sapropel lipid extracts and its fractions. Total extract and its polar fractions affected distinctly the energy metabolism and ultrastructure of hepatocytes. The restoring influence of sapropel lipids appears to occur due to hoth their chemical composition and adaptogenic effect on intracellular reparation.

The article deals with complex and compound terms of physics in the Tatar language formed by combining of bases with complete relations of their components. This type of word formation is very common in the terminology of physics in the Tatar language. Basically, linguists use this method to form terms with two or more components. The scientific novelty of the article is that for the first time it gives the information about the methods of formation of complex and compound physics terms in the Tatar language. The article gives an explanation of the concept “complete relation”, types and examples of the Tatar terms of physics formed this way. Both complex and compound terms are formed by combining the bases with complete relations of their components, but the bulk is composed of compound words that have their own word-formation models. The first components of such terms are different parts of speech, and the second component is often the noun, less often the verb. Also, most of the compound terms of physics are multicomponent words, which consist of three, four, and five components. The first components of complex or compound terms are often terminological elements or commonly used international words. The authors come to the conclusion that multicomponent terms of physics which can consist of both own words of the Tatar language and international featuring Tatar component are basically formed by combining the bases with complete relations of their components.

In the article we identify the most important milestones in the history of the study of literary ability. Further, we present the points of view of both international and Russian authors, which reflect scientific approaches to studying phenomenology and structure of literary abilities. Literary ability is defined as a set of special abilities that enable to implement creative literary activities successfully. We show that the literary ability is a complex psychological construct, which covers various sides of a writer’s personality. Biographical, analytical and experimental research of various authors convincingly demonstrated ambiguity, broad variability of components of literary ability and their structural differences. Definite individual structure of literary ability is specific for creative individuality. The structure depends on the availability of components and the degree of their development. Components of literary and creative abilities are a complex mental construct which performs as effect of generalizing intellectual activity. The activity preforms by means of language and is formed during the literary creative activity. The personal characteristics of the subject and individual psychological characteristics of mental processes do not determine the presence or absence of literary ability. The characteristics are the structural components of literary ability.

The article describes the specifics of training of Chinese students of physical and technical profile to the perception of authentic material in the specialty using training innovative manuals. Tackling language material for the manual was due to educational and professional activities of students, peculiarities of the technical communication. The sequence of presentation from the word to the text reflects the understanding of authentic material from “recognition” of the words (phrases, cliches) to its context use and independent use in speech and in the production of secondary texts (written and oral). This logic of the material is motivated primarily by the features of teaching chinese-speaking students to a foreign language (Russian). At studying recreational opportunities of the territory it is expedient to consider local climatic features, relief, hydrographic network, ground, fauna and flora, and also readiness of infrastructure of an area for residing and rest of tourists. Considers opportunities of development of rural tourism. Owing to a southern arrangement of considered territory, the climate is warmer, and fauna and the flora is more various than in other areas of the region. The flat relief simplifies construction of new roads and accompanying infrastructure. Presence of especially protected natural territories promotes development of ecological tourism. Tomsk and Kozhevnikovо areas of Tomsk region are the most southern and densely occupied, with the most developed high system, with a lot of cafes and hotels, welfare and sports objects, for example, temples, museums, stadiums in comparison with other areas of Tomsk region. Hence, these areas have the greatest recreational potential.

Among the categories of people who need public care, children-orphans and children left without parental care occupy a special place. The child's right to live and grow up in the family enshrined in the UN Convention On the rights of the child and the Family code of the Russian Federation. In the sphere of the family and marriage relations there are destructive processes that concerned also the Tuva family. Although for centuries the family for Tuvinians was an important and the only form of existence. Heavy nomadic life in harsh climatic conditions was too much alone, a man without family was doomed to extinction. In accordance with the guidelines of traditional culture, Tuvan family consisted of several generations, including all the relatives of both spouses that protected the people from incest. The Tuvinians lived in a community of 4–5 Yurts, basically, it consisted of father family and the separate families of the married sons with children. Other relatives also roamed near to another part of the AAL. The community was closeknit, there were cultivated customs and traditions of one kind or another. In this regard, the Tuvan traditions of the people associated with family values, that allowed us to solve the problems of children-orphans and children left without parental care are of great interest. The nomands traet with special care children with disabilities, orphans and children left without parental care. Society of nomads has always shown great attention to childhood as a special age group, requiring increased care. Historically vagrancy, begging, homelessness of children is not allowed. This experience can be useful for those working for the rights of protection of minors and for development of programs for prevention of social orphanhood, family trouble.

In the article we cited a fragment of the analysis of the semantics of the derived dialect verbs to study pragmatic aspects of the linguistic meaning. For the material of the study served the substantive dialectal verbs, collected by continuous sampling from the “Dictionary of Russian dialects of Transbaikal” and “the Irkutsk regional dictionary”. To study the semantics of the verbs we used the technique of propositional analysis. It is determined that cognitive models in the formation of functional and characterizing naming units are of different kinds. Functional names are characterized by orderly and clear formulas of propositions. They result through the reference to an object, an instrument or a place of purposeful activities. We gave the examples of verb propositions of the thematic group “Interpersonal relations”. Characterizing verbs of this group are the result of motivation by the name of any reality and can have mono- and polipropositional structure. For nomination of the situations related with the human relationship both the subject and the object of a proposition are important. Propositional structure characterizing the items can include assessment and emotive modes. Described idiomaticity of derivatives and the factors causing it. Revealed that different degree of the studied frazeological units may depend on the semantics of motivator: its multi-dimensionality (the scene) or polysemy. Preproposition names have the highest degree by increasing individual transformation. Such verbs are usually formed on the basis of metaphorical and metonymical models. The presence of metaphorical names is explained anthropocentricity of the group and the specific discourse. Unconventional method of linguistic unit formation allows you influence not the mind, but the emotions of a person.

In this paper, the process of food thermal sterilization is examined using the technique of finite differentiation applied to volumes of control. The author develops the simulation model in cylindrical coordinates, which is illustrated by a practical example. Based on the results of the simulation, it is argued that the developed algorithm is independent of the selected nodal network. The article deals with the problems of interaction between institutional and personal in V. D. Kolupayev’s idiodiscourse and the specification of the resulting synthetic discourse. The study of Tomsk fantast’s later prose showed, that syntetism of discourse reflects the integrated nature of author’s individual picture of the world and linguopersonological peculiarities of V. D. Kolupayev as a science fiction writer and a physicist. One can see the growing synthesis of V. D. Kolupayev’s idiodiscourse in his last published works: «Space and Time for the fantast», «Timeless», «Socrates of the Siberian Athens». Synthetic interaction between institutional and personal causes the transformation of scientific and art prose into philosophical. Basic means of synthesis are the genre of parody, the first-person narrative, and the polysemantic keywords.
