The Institute of foster parenting needs to be explored from the perspective of interdisciplinary approach. In this regard the issue of psychological and pedagogical readiness of adoptive parents to a new member in foster families (on the example of Lipetsk region) is being considered. Presents the analysis of the results of numerous domestic and foreign studies, which define «foster family» and identifies the reasons that prevent parents from accepting a child in their family. Special attention is paid to the problem in the Lipetsk region: the indicated number of government programs, activities and projects aimed at strengthening the family institution and childhood, as well as providing the family placement of children-orphans and children left without parental care. 4668 | Based on archival materials the process of preparation and celebration in the Far East of the USSR in the 1930s of one of the main Soviet holidays - the Great October Socialist Revolution is considered. The Soviet authorities actively used the traditions of holidays and festive rites as one of the important aspects of political, ideological and psychological treatment of the population. In the 1930s. this holiday in its political and ideological aspect was aimed not so much to revive the events of the recent past, as to draw public attention to the pressing state tasks and to stimulate labor and patriotic impulses of the masses in both central regions of the country and in the provinces. The Far East did not stay away from the all-Union festive tradition. The local party and economic authorities through the creation of festive commissions conducted a broad political and ideological (talks, newspaper readings, meetings with participants in revolutionary events, the publications of the festive issues of newspapers, festive broadcasts on radio, etc.), mass organizational and preparatory (cleaning and decoration of streets, squares, buildings of settlements, decoration of columns of demonstrations, replenishment of stores with goods and products, timely payment of salaries, bonuses of the best workers) work on the eve of and during the holiday. Reporting documentation of the Soviet economic authorities clearly demonstrates the successes and omissions in the celebration of the Great October Revolution in the region in the 1930s. 4689 | The article focuses on the analysis of syntactic organization of epistolary texts from the perspective of regulativity theory, developed in the framework of the communicative style of the text – a new and promising direction of functional stylistics. Regulativity is understood as the ability to manage through the text the reader’s cognitive activity. The key thesis advocates judgment that the regulativity as a universal text-forming feature has specifics of its manifestation in the letters – the most relevant for the type of epistolary texts, due to the peculiarities of epistolary communication sphere. The factors determining the specificity of epistolary regulativity include: distance character of communication between the addresser and the addressee, bound by the written form of verbal contact, the special role of extralinguistic factors (аuthor of the target installation, the nature of the relationship communicants, thematic and situational context, genre form), informality and ease of dialogue, his lack of preparation, automatism, spontaneity. We should particularly mention the factor of polidiscursivity of epistolary. For the material served the private letters of the representatives of Russian creative intelligentzia of the ХХ century (M. V. Nesterov, F. I. Chaliapin, V. I. Vernadsky, M. I. Tsvetaeva, Yu. M. Lotman, V. S. Vysotsky, D. D. Shostakovich), characterized by the presence in their speech of the rich palette of regulatory assets and syntactic structures. This is largely due to the brightness of the personalities of the communicants, originality of idiostyle of each addressee and syncretic and stylistic properties of their letters. Among the most significant regulatory syntactic means include: simple, one-piece, incomplete, exclamatory and interrogative sentences, homogeneous terms, word order, and various forms of transfer of another’s speech. Rhyming compounds represent the group of minor types of word-formation in Modern English. The meaning of rhyming compounds is diverse and often unpredictable; they usually denote quantity or intensity. In our content, the stages of dialog formation are carried out by means of the Lego constructor and simultaneous display of the positive and negative characters in comparison. Logopedic work includes a corrective stage, containing in its composition three blocks: motivational, lexicalgrammatical, dialogical. The criterion of the motivational block was dialogic skills: coming into contact with a familiar, unfamiliar person; overcoming a sense of insecurity; stable emotional contact. Criteria of dialogical skills of the lexico-grammatical block: the ability to select words, their variation (based on real actions, images – without support); the ability to ask questions (based on real actions, images – without support); the ability to quickly compose a phrase sentence; variations by them. Criteria of dialogical skills of the third block: the level of drawing up dialogues in various situations with the support of the formed skills: the ability to ask questions, to ask questions again; the level of initiative in communication (the ability to make decisions independently, to prove one’s point of view). The need to study them is caused not only by the scientific, but also by the practical need for a deeper consideration of the volunteer activity of young people in pre-revolutionary Russia. Documentary materials are valuable sources, greatly expanding and refining our understanding of the formation of a volunteer movement of young people in a difficult time for the country. The article reflects the issues related to the examination of the essence, content and types of volunteer activity of the youth in the war years. Presents the data on the history of the formation of the first labor squads of pupils – in 1915–1916 on the territory of the Kursk province to help families of peasants drafted into the army, analyzes the features of the volunteer movement of the youth at the initial stages of formation of voluntary student groups, reveals the difficulties encountered by the organizers of the squads. It was the labor squads that became one of the most widespread forms of organizing amateur volunteer initiative youth associations that cared for distressed citizens, solving the problem of labor shortage in villages throughout the country, which increased after the recruitment of older men. The need to study them is caused not only by scientific, but also by the practical necessity for a deeper consideration of the volunteer movement of the youth in pre-revolutionary Russia.
