The paper presents an attempt of classifying zoomorphic metaphors of the Chinese language, which serve as a means of person’s qualitatively-evaluative characteristics. The demand of the state for the formation in children the sense of participation in the Russian history and culture is now solved by the system of education, including the Additional Education. As an effective form of extracurricular work, it is a favorable sphere for the co-creation of a child and a teacher in the formation of the culture of pupils. The culture of the Mezenskiy region and the struggle of the Russian people for the preservation of the originality of the painting of the North of Russia are considered. The role of traditional writing while studying the subjects of culture is noted as a way of understanding the art culture of the North of Russia, the way of transferring the national traditions to the next generations for the progress of human culture. The purpose of the complex of classes on “Mezenskaya Painting” is to develop the artistic culture among the students of the Children’s Art School. The tasks of the classes, the content of the study assignment, the results of mastering the knowledge of the students in the sections of the topic under consideration are presented. The activity aspect of studying a topic is considered as the basis for involvement of students in creativity, developmet of the ability to create compositions based on the Northern painting in question. The stages of comprehension by the students of the topic, the solution of teaching, developing and educating tasks are presented. The results of testing of the students at the beginning and the end of the study of the topic are presented. There is a dynamic in cognition, development of students. It is noted that the study of the topic promotes the development of the artistic culture of students. The fulfillment of the task of this topic also contributes to the formation of creative abilities, artistic taste of students and is a feasible contribution of the younger generation in preserving the traditions of the mezenskaya painting and its popularization.

The purpose of study was to develop and ground practicability of forming readiness of wrestlers to competitions in the limits of the elected weight category, directed to the achievement of the increased emulative capacity to work. Within the framework of the scientific study was determined that regulation of weight among athletes is a pedagogical problem, however in sport biopedagogical regulation of weight is used. By experimental way rational borders of reducing weight were determined , the factors of advantage in power on weight categories and formula of calculating advantage in power by reducing weight into the concrete weight category were concluded. Designed and by experienced-experimental way were approved strategies of reducing weight and recovering the power possibilities of athlete after before-competition regulation of weight by preparing and participation in competitions.

The author of the article is analyzing images and motives of «The Poem without a Hero» and «The Prose about the Poem» by Anna Akhmatova. They trace to shaman myths and notions which underlie the legend about the mission of a singer, his poetical inspiration. They can be seen in the composition of the first part of «The Poem without a Hero» in traveling of the memory into the world of the dead, the presence of the images of dances, the motive of conjuring. It is known that Akhmatova had an idea of changing the poem into a kind of «dancing action with singing from behind the scene. All these made it possible for Anna Akhmatova to call her poem «shamanics».

This article is dedicated to the problem of status determination of the word classes that fulfill the function of the actant attribute in the Finnish, Hungarian, Udmurt, Komi and Mordvinian languages. The problem of determination of this class of words consists in the absence of their own categories, they always borrow these categories either from the nouns as in case of the Finnish language or they remain invariable as in case of the Hungarian, Udmurt, Komi and Mordvinian languages and then the difficulty emerges to distinguish, for example, the actant attribute and the predicate attribute. These facts do not allow us saying, as traditionally, about the independent part of speech – adjectives, only about the group of wordforms, formed of roots of quality meanings and united by the function of expressing of the attribute.

The use of situational problems in the study of methods of teaching chemistry at a pedagogical university is described, and their significance in training of students for professional activity is characterized. The definition and the structure of the situational task is given, its components are singled out. Specific features of differentiated questions to the texts of situational tasks and their use in the training process is described, the character of the cognitive activity of the students when performing different tasks are singled out, specific examples of tasks are given. The availability of the content of the tasks for students, the features of the choice of differentiated tasks, the conditions for their fulfillment, as well as the students’ interest in creative cognitive activity are revealed on the basis of the questionnaire. The tasks of the first level are aimed at reproduction of theoretical knowledge, in the process of their implementation, the reproductive nature of students’ activity prevails.. These tasks are used to repeat theoretical material in practical exercises, seminars or remotely. They contribute to the formation of practical skills and the skills in drawing up summaries of lessons and didactic materials. Tasks of the second level of complexity allow you to integrate materials from different educational areas, which are necessary to solve certain situations. When performing such tasks, the partial search character of students’ cognitive activity predominates and practical skills and skills in developing and compiling methodological materials are improved. Tasks of the third level of complexity develop the ability to analyze information, generalize and systematize it, draw conclusions based on the initial data and justify them. At the same time, there is a deepening and further development of the skills in developing didactic materials, taking into account modern requirements for school chemical education. When performing such tasks, the search activity, creative and authorial approach dominates and the originality in their solution is manifested.

Introduction. Virtual discourse is in constant motion and development, the discursive parameters have undergone significant changes over the past 10 years. The composition of internet genres is also unstable: the functions of genres change, the process of integration of different genres takes place, as well as differentiation – it is when we highlight many subtypes in the limits of one genre. In this article we are going to explore the genre of news meme, which is one of the varieties of Internet memes. The aim of this article is to describe the specifics of news meme as an Internet genre in comparison to the news genre. Materials and methods. During the analysis of material we used general scientific and proper linguistic methods of research, such as: descriptive method, comparative method, methods of interpretation and classification, method of continuous and differentiated sampling. The material for the study was the publications posted on the social network VKontakte (61 news memes). Results and discussion. The news meme was analyzed according to the model proposed by T. V. Shmeleva, a comparative analysis was conducted with the “news” genre: 1. The communicative aim of news meme is, as a rule, of negative kind, while the news genre is usually of informative kind. 2. The author of the news is a journalist and a professional. The author of the news meme is stylized as an ordinary person and a public opinion holder. There is no distance between the author of the news meme and the addressee. 3. The factor of the past for news is an event, which we have to report to the addressee. For a meme, the factor of the past is the text of the news. 4. The factor of the future is an optional element for news. News is an all-sufficient text. For a news meme, the future factor is a required element, presented in the form of comments. 5. Dictum for news genre is an event which happened in real world. Dictum for a news meme is social, economic and other problems associated with this event. As a rule, this connection is formal. 6. Formal organization. The structure of news meme has four parts: announcement of main news, link to the source, illustration and comments. The carnival beginning of the meme is realized in the illustration, where in an unexpected way it reveals what was stated in the announcement. Conclusion. After systemazing and generalizing the described parameters we can give the definition to the genre. News meme is a secondary Internet genre, which we base on the news text and which raises the acute social, political, ethical problems in an ironical form and which we stylize to the opinion of the masses of people.

The ancient Indo-European system of noun declension was based on the division of substantives into groups according to the stem-building suffix. The ancient division of all objects of reality into two big classes (animated vs. inanimated) was reflected in the system of noun declension in the ancient Indo-European. The ground for grouping nouns into different types of declension was the common semantic principle of the ancient stem-building suffixes. Ancient substantives were semantically united on the basis of their treatment by the ancient people according to their role and place in the surrounding reality.

The article describes the method of working with the linguistic dictionaries of different types in elementary school. The importance of this topic is conditioned by the need to develop verbal-logic thinking of junior schoolchild, which is impossible without a sufficient amount of words - operators of cognitive processes. For this reason, an important place in the new standards for primary education is given to training to work with dictionaries. The authors point to the factors affecting the formation of skills of work with dictionaries, namely: teachers do not form the conditions under which a child should use a dictionary; teachers do not have sufficient preparation for such work; There are no reasonable technologies for working with dictionaries. Meanwhile, the ability to use reference books is a universal educational action, every student should have this ability. The ratio of the dictionary and the information contained in it to the value, knowledge of dictionaries of various types, and how each of them can be considered is a manifestation of this ability. In this regard the authors identify phases of work with dictionaries in primary school, the conditions of effectiveness of this work, describe the set of learning actions with dictionaries. Requirements for modern dictionary for a junior schoolchild include, in particular, quantity limitation, the actual structure of the Glossary, a close connection with the educational-methodical complex used in this class. Special attention is paid to the methods of work with monolingual, spelling and orthoepic dictionaries, which are basic for junior schoolchild.

Potanina Olga S. Relativization Strategies in Eastern Khanty. // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 4 (55). P. 152-156

The paper outlines the relativization strategies employed by Eastern Khanty, an endangered underdescribed Finno-Ugric language spoken in Western Siberia. The notion of subordination employed here is confined mainly to morphosyntactic criteria such as clausal embedding and the use of non-finite verb-forms. The approach involves a synchronic analysis of structural patterns and functional-semantic features of relative clauses in the general functional theoretical framework. These syntactic constructions are also considered diachronically revealing the paratactic character of the Khanty complex sentences. The analysis is based on the Khanty narrative corpus, reference-grammars and dictionaries. The paper includes the analysis of morphosyntactic structures coding relative relations and other cases having different morphosyntactic manifestations, but the same underlying cognitive structure.

In the article two types of rating systems are introduced: integral and differential one. The integral system is based on the summing of the points of all subjects in the semester, while according to the differential one, the final rating is defined as arithmetical average of intermediary ratings for every topic. Also the opportunity is discussed of applying various differential models when system of activities is developed within the ranking system. The comparative analysis has been carried out and the role of rating system in the educational process of teaching Mathematics in the Medical university is analyzed.

In this article we study traditional costume of the native peoples in Siberia on the basis of the analysis of some empirical element in the human mentality typical of traditional culture. The production of costumes is conditioned by the climate and some natural peculiarities of the area; it is also characterized by a rational approach to the choice of materials. In the process of our investigation we found out some similarity in the constructions of costumes. The costume represents an adaptive way of transformation of some existing forms of costume. This transformation is possible due to some natural cultural conditions as a result of cultural diffusion and the development of new cultural forms. The rational element s in the costume construction performs some practical functions and is conditioned by some naturals in the life of the ethnos.

The problem of gender peculiarities of speech aggressiveness is regarded on associative, textual, and dialogic levels. An analysis of graphic images, obtained in the research of 15 convicted men sentenced to imprisonment by the pictogram method has been carried out. Among the images selected by the imprisoned attributive and concrete images with greater individual and emotional significance predominate. The thinking of this group of people is characterized, on the one hand, by banality, adherence to conventional stereotypes, and, on the other hand, by the presence of specific features, showing in individually significant images as well as in the original symbolism of the imprisoned. These features are the evidence of estrangement, egocentrism and significant influence of the emotional component on the cognitive proesses of this group of people.
