Sabrekov Aleksandr Faritovich, Kleptsova Irina Evgenyevna, Glagolev Mikhail Vladimirovich, Maksyutov Shamil Shavratovich, Machida Toshinobu Methane emission from middle taiga oligotrophic hollows of Western Siberia // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2011. Issue 5 (107). P. 135-143

The paper presents experimental data on the methane emissions from West Siberian middle taiga oligotrophic hollows. Studied fluxes vary considerably from –0.08 to 58 mgС·m–2·h–1 (median is 2.76 mgС·m–2·h–1). Received data are consolidated in the scope of «standard model» Bc8 conception of methane emission. The model contains medians of CH4 flux distributions on seven different microlandscape types depending on their area and duration of methane emission in the respective zones. The total flux from the middle taiga oligotrophic hollows is 0.37 TgC or approximately 70 % of CH4 total flux from middle taiga mires. Version Bc8 of this model estimates the value of yearly CH4 emission from mires of whole Western Siberia as 2.93 TgC·yr–1 that accounts for around 2.4 % of the total mire methane emission.

The article is devoted to the analysis of cultural and genetic circuits of Neolithic and early metal (copper age) of the Upper Ob basin, presented in the national historiography of the second half of the 1970-ies – the beginnings of the 2010-ies. The work, as the second part of the synthesis of historiography research, includes a substantial characteristic of the third and fourth historical stages. The third stage (the second half of the 1970-ies and the first half of the 1980- ies) is linked to the research by V. I. Molodin. The fourth stage of the historiography of the second half of the 1980-ies – the beginning of 2010-ies) is represented by the works by V. I. Molodin, V. A. Zakh, J. F. Kirushin, V. V. Bobrov and N. Y. Kungurova. The genetic linkage of modern concepts with theoretical practices of the 1950-first half of the 1970-ies is considered. The conclusion concerning the existence of lines of scientific continuity, which caused a long coexistence of several mutually exclusive cultural-chronological schemes, is drawn.

Ol’khovskaya Aleksandra Igorevna USING CORPUS DATA IN TEACHING RUSSIAN // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 2 (199). P. 98-107

Introduction. Having emerged as a tool of linguistic analysis, the corpus is now actively interpreted in terms of language learning. It allows us to speak about the formation of a new direction in humanitarian education – corpus teaching. Material and methods. The article deals with the consideration of the сorpus methodical potential in the field of student’s research work organization. It demonstrates the problem and project exercises that can be used in the practice of teaching the Russian language and the disciplines of the cycle “Modern Russian Language” (spelling, morphology, lexicology, orthology, etc.). The main target audience of the tasks are philology students, though with some adaptations they can be applied in the Russian language school course as well. Results and discussion. The presented tasks are aimed to the analysis of such phenomena as genus changing of nouns, polysemy, borrowed vocabulary, neologisms, the establishment of the words authorship and time of their appear in the language, outdated vocabulary and thematic groups using corpus data. To solve the tasks, students need to use such tools of the Russian National Corpus as lexico-grammatical search, search by semantic markup, ordering the results by date of creation, setting the sub-corpus and showing statistical information. In some tasks, the use of the corpus is combined with reference to the traditional means of learning – the dictionary. Comparison of vocabulary and corpus information allows to combine regulatory and customary approaches to the study of language and significantly expand the student’s understanding of it. The author describes the search mechanics needed to complete the tasks and gives methodological comments on the estimated results of the students and the teacher’s actions. The commentary is structured so that the reader could easily see the discussion potential of the educational material. The source for the tasks described in the article was the Russian National Corpus. Conclusion. In the end, the author draws conclusions about the pedagogical specificity of the corpus. According to the author, the corpus is an effective base for the implementation of the problem-based learning method and the project method, and its use allows students to look at the language as a living, mobile organism.

Introduction. The hagiographic tradition is explored in “The Life of the Great Sinner” and in the novel “The Brothers Karamazov” by F. M. Dostoevsky. Materials and research methods. The material of the study are the artistic, journalistic and documentary texts of F. M. Dostoevsky. The work uses the cultural-historical, comparative, structural, typological, biographical methods, as well as the method of conceptual analysis. Results and discussion. The focus of researchers is on the implementation of life traditions in the works under study at the level of the structure and ideological plans of the works, for example, the life orientation of the narrator, the system of characters. All available research trajectories are usually directed to work inside artistic texts and demonstrate a receptive literary review of the stated problems, or have an interpretation of Christian motifs and images. Conclusion. A holistic study of hagiographic tradition in the work of F. M. Dostoevsky on the material of the novel “The Brothers Karamazov” and “The Life of the Great Sinner” can be implemented by applying a set of approaches to the study: historical, cultural, biographical. It is also necessary to use the axiological approach in the analysis of the literary texts of the writer, in journalism, ego-documents of Dostoevsky himself, and his close circle. An appropriate structure of the materials under study should be built with the rationale for their involvement. In this direction, the study of the author’s ideology, understanding of the author’s worldview and features of his consciousness, as well as the study of the environment of historical reality and its influence on the writer, which will bring new insights into the problem of studying hagiographic tradition in literary analysis.

It has been found that intravenous administration of cannabinoids (ACPA, anandamide, methanandamide) solubilized in the mixture (cremophore EL : ethanol : 0,9% NaCl, 1:1:18) and Tocris water soluble emulsion of the same cannabinoids induced a completely identical negative chronotropic effect in chloralose-anesthetized rats. The selective CB1 and CB2 receptor agonist HU-210 (0.1 mg/kg) also induced a negative chronotropic effect in rats. Pretreatment with the CB1 receptor antagonist SR141716A (1 mg/kg) completely abolished this effect of HU-210. The CB2 receptor antagonist SR144528 (1 mg/kg) had no effect on the HU-210-induced bradycardia. Pretreatment with the ganglion blocker hexamethonium (10 mg/kg) also did not eliminate a negative chronotropic effect of HU-210 and ACPA. A 10-min perfusion of isolated rat heart by Krebs-Heseleit solution containing HU-210 in a final concentration 100 nM/L induced a decrease in the heart rate. It has been concluded that negative chronotropic effect of cannabinoids is mediated via an activation of cardiac CB1 receptors.

In virgin and residual (1 m) peat under permanent cereal grasses of reclamated site of lowland bog ecosystem activity of catalase was defined in 1993, 2002 and 2008 in dynamics. It is shown, that activity of this enzyme is defined by local meteoconditions, peat temperature, level of swamp waters, presence of nutrients (in the form of mineral fertilizers). The reclamation of the developed site (since 1986) has not caused essential increase of fermentative activity in all terms of researches, only in 2008 the tendency to its increase was teethed. The soil of a virgin fallow and soil of experiment site are characterized by comparable sizes of activity of catalase, possibly because residual peat is the lowermost horizon of before not drained virgin soil.

The article is dedicated to finding new scientific ideas about the forms of contemporary literature. Noting that instead of differentiating, regulatory paradigm of the genre in the nineteenth – XXI centuries comes looser, synthesizing one, the authors propose to consider non-classical, non-canonical works of the newest forms of literature as author’s models. Such model performs the function of genres, but have a new degree of freedom. New degree of freedom is determined by the authors, firstly, by using the product of the expressive possibilities of different genres of the single ancestral paradigm, and secondly, by the orientation not on the form of the genre but on the well-known plot, motive, the situation of the repertoire of world culture or an event of actual reality. In the context of the competence modernization of higher professional education, domestic and foreign practices of social education are analyzed. The importance of harmonizing existing and new approaches to practice-oriented training for forming bachelors’ social competence sphere as a practice-oriented construct is emphasized. Researchers’ positions on practice organization, students’ inclusion in systematic volunteer activities, students’ ensuring regular contacts with the professional community are compared. Author’s definition of practice-oriented training as a systemic innovation that integrates all the links in the educational process is given, that is: goals, content, methods and technologies, organizational forms and taking into account environmental factors - the priorities of regional social development and technology of social interaction at the local level. The advantages of a practice-oriented approach for the social education results are noted. Empirical data describing the limitations of the existing training system in achieving the practical preparedness of future social workers are given. Proposals for improving the system of practice-oriented training, taking into account its organizational, managerial, didactic and psychological-pedagogical aspects are formulated. In particular, we are talking about the establishment of a professional development environment in the university; the orientation of all types of inclass and extracurricular students’ activities to produce a specific socially significant product; the implementation of the polyphonic didactic system based on the technologies of contextual, project, product-oriented learning, communicativedialogical and gaming; the inclusion in the curriculum of practice-oriented modules and the representation of content in the form of competence tasks; ensuring proactive social workers’ professional adaptation and expanding teacher’s functional repertoire. Introduction. The actual problem of realization of pedagogical potential of animation in education of preschool and primary school age children is investigated. The article presents the stages of development of children’s animation, domestic and foreign experience of using animation in educational practice with pre-school and primary schoolchildren, the problems of influence of animation on children, the prospects of development of pedagogical potential of animation in teaching children at the level of pre-school and primary general education. Material and methods. The materials for the research were domestic and foreign scientific sources, which contain information about the formation of animation as a kind of film art and as an educational technology, the results of the study of the problem of applying animation in educational, educational and correctional development work with children of preschool and primary school age. The following methods were used: retrospective, comparative analysis, content analysis, analysis and generalization of pedagogical experience, and classification. Purpose: to conduct a theoretical study of the implementation of the pedagogical potential of animation in the education of children of preschool and primary school age. Results and discussion. The application of animation in education is connected with the evolution of its figurative means (movement, time, space, color, graphics, etc.), in accordance with this, two main stages can be distinguished: the first – classical (pre-computer) and the second – modern (using computer technologies). The first stage is the formation of animation as a kind of film art, in educational practice used cartoons created on the basis of folk and author’s tales, fables, children’s literary works, as well as cartoons with a pronounced cognitive and didactic content. The second stage in the development of children’s animation involves the use of computer technology. The pedagogical potential of computer animation lies in the visualization and impact of expressive means of animation on the perception of educational material and interactivity. The main directions of animation application in education were formed: education, training, creative activity, correction, rehabilitation. Nowadays, educational animation represents a generalizing name of a group of technologies united by the use of animation as an educational tool and contributing to the achievement of educational results (personal, metaproject, subject). At the same time, there are problems with the impact of modern animated products on children. Cartoons with negative content (scenes of murder, violence, etc.) lead to changes in the behavior of the child, there is aggression, rudeness, cruelty, selfishness. The priority task is to develop educational content using the modern potential of animation for learning, developing communication, socialization, media and media culture skills in children and adolescents. Conclusion. The prospects for developing the pedagogical potential of children’s animation are to create a holistic integrated system of developing education at the level of preschool and primary general education using animation as an educational tool.

This article considers the problem of various conflicts, arising out of contradictions, having various psychological origins. The author distinguishes three main groups of such conflicts: the intrapersonal, interpersonal and intergroup ones. Two main strategies applied in the process of conflict solution are analyzed: «the evening-out strategy* and «the provocation strategy ». Both cannot be recognized as flexible enough and universal, since, as з rule, they are based on certain social and psychological prejudices and stereotypes. The experimental part of the research is aimed at discovering gender distinctions in the social and psychological preferences and stereotypes, concerning the notions of masculinity and femininity, characteristic of students of a pedagogical university. The obtained data show that in the examined sample group the ideology of masculinity is presented by more traditional, typical and rigid notions, while the characteristic of femininity differs much, being more polyhedral, differentiated and dynamic. Probably, changes in the feminine gender stereotype agree with the dynamics of the social and economic changes in Russia more than changes in the masculine one. This can be considered as one of the reasons for men to be characterized by a lower level of social adaptation.

In the conditions of dynamically developing modern society, the training of specialists who have a set of qualities facilitating their professional socialization is becoming increasingly important. The solution of this problem is promoted by the formation of the innovative educational space of the university with the wide application of active didactic methods. The purposeful using of active technologies in the course of training sessions changes the nature of «subject-subject» relations: the teacher’s authoritarianism is a thing of the past, the student is motivated to develop professional competencies. An analysis of the works of Western European and American academic pedagogues makes it possible to establish that the statement of the competence approach within the humanitarian paradigm of education means in practice the implementation of innovative models of training in higher education. The use of such models in an academic environment provides a transition from teaching in the form of ready-made answers to the teaching of problem-search character. Some interactive techniques for conducting lecture classes are interesting for consideration: classroom response system, «inverted training». The experience on strengthening of interaction of participants of educational process in seminars is instructive. It includes the method of «numbered heads working together» based on the principles of cooperative learning as well as the technology of case study and brainwriting. It was concluded that the introduction of interactive technologies contributes to the intensification of the educational process, the formation of professional skills and the abilities ensuring the success of self-realization of student youth.
