The paper considers the stages of formation and the consistent development of the network model for extracurricular and vocational training of teachers applying on-line and distant learning technologies in a case of studied experience of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization of Extracurricular and Vocational Education “The Open Youth University”. All studies take into account the increasingly complex coordinate system of Russian State Educational Policies in the field of staged development of State Educational Standards at implementation of extracurricular and after-school enrichment programs. This research evaluates the principles of the model content formation and potential for its development applying different regulations, as well as the possibility of individual projects increasing the efficiency of network activity at the priority directions of Science and Technology Creativity of Youth. It demonstrates a new and relevant component of the network model in a form of portal support as well as the network component of the self-developing community of advanced pedagogical experience in a case of definite active web sites. Tynyanov’s conception concerning «Yevgeniy Onegin» (not the motion of events but the motion of verbal masses) laid the foundation for making theoretical assumptions on message forming components of the text which are exhaustively presented in the book «The problem of Poetry Language». The concept differentiation structures of the poetic language such as unity and closeness of the verse series, dynamism of speech material, successive process of speech in verses suggested by Tynyanov in his «The problem…» represent Onegin’s text as a new form of poetic novel and within it – the conceptual status of the word deformed by verse. The paper deals with the instances of contiguity of «The problem of Poetry Language» to Pushkin’s novel implicitly forming the perspectives of investigating poetry semantics.

Productivity of Lactuca sativa, variety Moskovsky parnikovy growing in protected cultivation under fluorescent film luminescent with maximum of 615 nanometers is studied in dynamics. Change of conditions of plant cultivation by fluorescent film promotes accelerated growth, development and productivity improvement of Lactuca sativa relative to plants growing under unmodified film. Increase in productivity of Lactuca sativa in 1.5 times under fluorescent films is determined by increase in ratio IAA/ABA and decrease in content of АA in plants, and also conjugated with change of enzymatic activity of aboriginal soil microflora.

Pas’ko Yuliya Valeryevna THE POET “UNDER THE SKY AND ABOVE THE EARTH”: THE SKY AS A SPACE OF MYTH IN THE POETRY OF MARINA TSVETAEVA // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 11 (188). P. 161-169

The article is dedicated to the concept of the myth about the poet in the work of Marina Tsvetaeva from the point of view of the organization of space in the verse text, primarily the sky space, because it plays an essential role in creating the myth about the poet, therefore, most important aspects are the image of the poet in verse cycles, its existence in space and the influence of the organization of space on the semantics of the myth about the poet. In the course of the research, the author applies not only to the declared cycles, but also to other poems, letters and essays by Marina Tsvetaeva, important for recreating the necessary context. The study leads to the conclusion that the semantics of the myth about the poet is inextricably linked with the space of the sky or the space near the sky. The basic principle of its creation is designated as metonymic, when the projection of a certain image on the poet sets the coordinates of a certain space. All the images participating in its creation can be divided into several groups: ornithological (images of birds), astronomical (images of the moon, sun, stars, cosmos and planets), mythological (images associated with specific mythologies) and religious (images associated with Christianity). Accordingly, we can talk about the different skies in which the poet is: the space of flight, the astronomical sky, the mythological sky and the religious sky. The semantics of the myth about the poet and the space in which Tsvetaeva puts him are in continuous interaction, moreover, the space of one or another cycle largely reflects the features of the poet’s work to which it is dedicated, and Tsvetaeva’s attitude to the poet.

Most of all displays of morphological polyalternativeness T.europaea it is revealed in a fir grove with different grasses and a birch forest with Pteridiun aduilinum (L.) Kuhn and Calamagrostis arundinace (L.) Roth. High morphological plasticity of this kind promotes vegetative duplication of this kind and increases a structural variety of the central processing UNIT T.europaea, that has allowed to be kept to this ancient kind up to now.

The article considers the didactic essence of mobile teaching aids in foreign language education. Despite a number of impressive studies on the use of mobile technologies for foreign language teaching, there are few questions and problems that require detailed study for more effective implementation of these tools in the practice of language education. The term «mobile technologies» should be understood as portable devices with mobile applications and the ability to access the Internet. The didactic essence of these teaching aids application is the creation of multi-sensory learning systems complexes that are aimed at the interactive nature of learning, taking into account the personal characteristics of the students. Mobile learning is very closely related to the electronic and distance education, which is connected with any portable device, so that training does not have a rigid binding to the location of the trainee. In other words, mobile learning technologies reduce the restrictions of education. Using specialized capabilities of Pads and mobile phones will allow not only to increase the students’ interest in learning languages, but also significantly expand the technical possibilities of disciplines teaching in the field of information technology. So mobile devices contain a huge didactic potential for their application in teaching a foreign language in the university educational process, which undoubtedly requires further study, including the development of software and methodological support.

Perspective direction in common range of insufficiently explored problem of Russian history is the study of Russian soviet everyday life history. This statement fully applies to its regional component - the history of the Stavropol Territory. The article is devoted to daily routine leisure of the people of our country in the 1930ies. The author analyzes such types of leisure as reading, sport, movies, self-education, groups culture in the background of economic, political and demographic processes of the country and the region in the 1930ies. As noted in the article all these forms of spending free time were politicized and ideologized. Through the development of mass culture, sport, organization of recreational facilities and rural clubs, the government established total control over the private life of its citizens. Various methods were used for this purpose such as censorship in press and movies, control over the activity of libraries, unification of citizens in all kind of organizations and clubs, and the orientation of young people to “right” leisure with the the help of propaganda, press and cinema. As a result leisure and leisure time turned into not free, regulated by the government. Leisure time was replaced by alcohol consumption (drinking of alcohol) and drunken behavior which became a norm of life, especially in nomenclature 1930ies.

Dronova Tatyana Ivanovna MISSIONARY ACTIVITY OF VELIKOPOZHENSKY MENTORS AND PEASANTS ON THE LOWER PECHORA DURING THE REIGN OF NICHOLAS I // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 1 (190). P. 198-202

The article deals with the analysis of the evangelical activity of the Russian conservatives (pomorets) living in the Ust-Tsilemsky volost of the Mezen County of the Arkhangelsk province in the first half of the 19th century. Earlier unknown archival documents which are stored in the State archive of the Arkhangelsk region, discovering the facts about evangelical activity of conservatives are considered. During the considered historical period the Velikopozhensky monastery where mentors, copyists of books, draftsmen of wall sheets worked was the main Old Believers’ center of the nizhnepechorsky region. Activity of its monks as preachers a drevlepravoslaviya in the rural areas located on the Pechora River is considered. Preachers were not only mentors, nachchechikami, but also ordinary peasants who actively traveled along the Pechora in the guise of artisans and through their preaching and way of life helped to transform officially Orthodox people into Old Belief. The main attention in work is paid to the false decree, presented as «sovereign», distributed by the Ust-Tsilma peasants in support of conservatives a as well as with the aim of involving the population in the Old Believers. Peasants read the false decree in their families, rewrote and distributed it through the inhabitants of the villages. Despite the pursued ban policy of the Old Belief, the number of the people passing into it steadily grew.

It is shown, in particular, that the perception of time is system process in which it is possible to allocate five consecutive stages clearly shown in dynamics of ERP and cortical of interactions.
