The emergence of legal regulations of working time in the Russian Empire was a result of changes in the socioeconomic relations in society. The adoption of laws on timing of the work reflected the direction of the state policy of Russia towards capitalism. The legislator differentiated approaches the regulations on working time for certain categories of workers and industries, gives the norms formally-defined character and provides them with the measures of state coercion. This article examines basic legal acts concerning working time components of factory legislation of Russia in the XIX century, analyzed the practice of their application, compared to the existing regulations with the standards of the legislation of European states.

In the article deals with the problem of development of the value orientations of primary school students. The article describes descriptions of culturaleducational projects. The author presents basic content, and also results of the pedagogical research conducted in schools of Komi Republic, that was directed to the exposure of dynamics of development of the value orientations of primary school students in the process of implementation of cultural-educational projects. The conclusions made by the author in relation to efficiency of the model of introduction of cultural-educational projects in school practice are confirmed by high research results of the experimental work.

In the context of educational process organization on studying of Russian as a foreign language in the Chinese audience investigated linguistic potential of game technologies on the example of Russian phraseological units. Justified the inclusion of Chinese students to innovative technologies that extend traditional forms of learning, oriented primarily to the assignment of language samples, not to the formation of communicative competence. Describes the difficulty and identifies the barriers encountered by Chinese students when dealing with phraseological units of the Russian language, selectes the tasks that can be solved through the use of game technologies (highlighting the common and the different in the culture of native speakers in comparison with native culture, the development of interest and self-reliance, the use of visual aids, technical equipment and computer equipment, communicativeness and practicality). Describes the logic of the training sessions and the formation of innovative tasks, the system of the organizing the forms of educational play activities with the inclusion of Russian-speaking students in the Chinese audience. Introduction. The actual problem of realization of pedagogical potential of animation in education of preschool and primary school age children is investigated. The article presents the stages of development of children’s animation, domestic and foreign experience of using animation in educational practice with pre-school and primary schoolchildren, the problems of influence of animation on children, the prospects of development of pedagogical potential of animation in teaching children at the level of pre-school and primary general education. Material and methods. The materials for the research were domestic and foreign scientific sources, which contain information about the formation of animation as a kind of film art and as an educational technology, the results of the study of the problem of applying animation in educational, educational and correctional development work with children of preschool and primary school age. The following methods were used: retrospective, comparative analysis, content analysis, analysis and generalization of pedagogical experience, and classification. Purpose: to conduct a theoretical study of the implementation of the pedagogical potential of animation in the education of children of preschool and primary school age. Results and discussion. The application of animation in education is connected with the evolution of its figurative means (movement, time, space, color, graphics, etc.), in accordance with this, two main stages can be distinguished: the first – classical (pre-computer) and the second – modern (using computer technologies). The first stage is the formation of animation as a kind of film art, in educational practice used cartoons created on the basis of folk and author’s tales, fables, children’s literary works, as well as cartoons with a pronounced cognitive and didactic content. The second stage in the development of children’s animation involves the use of computer technology. The pedagogical potential of computer animation lies in the visualization and impact of expressive means of animation on the perception of educational material and interactivity. The main directions of animation application in education were formed: education, training, creative activity, correction, rehabilitation. Nowadays, educational animation represents a generalizing name of a group of technologies united by the use of animation as an educational tool and contributing to the achievement of educational results (personal, metaproject, subject). At the same time, there are problems with the impact of modern animated products on children. Cartoons with negative content (scenes of murder, violence, etc.) lead to changes in the behavior of the child, there is aggression, rudeness, cruelty, selfishness. The priority task is to develop educational content using the modern potential of animation for learning, developing communication, socialization, media and media culture skills in children and adolescents. Conclusion. The prospects for developing the pedagogical potential of children’s animation are to create a holistic integrated system of developing education at the level of preschool and primary general education using animation as an educational tool.

The model of processes leading to distribution and competition of different information types is considered. Doubt is often cast nowadays on the previously stable triad of the truth, good and beauty, which is destroyed in one way or another. Proceeding from the principles of positivism the Russian scholar-humanitarian D.N. Ovsya¬niko-Kulikovsky (1853-1920) declared beauty a fiction. In the article it is shown that the scholar's stand as «the de¬stroyer of aesthetics» is determined by his general cultur-ological concept. The recognition of polarity in culture (normal/abnormal, pathological; health/illness) was an¬other characteristic feature of this concept. The author of this article believes that it was an outstanding and bold attempt to introduce fundamental opposition of cul¬ture/counterculture into the Russian science of culture. It is also pointed out that in making specific studies the scholar was inconsequent with the methodologically fruitful idea advanced by him.

In this article the author analyses the problem of psychological concept of psychogenic-induced bronchial asthma. With the help of multivariate statistic analysis the discriminative traits (scales of MMPI, Cattell 16PF) of the given bronchial asthma are showed. A hypochondriac anxiety-depressive radical is found to be patients’ specific personal feature. Anxiety as a main feature is transformed through protective mechanisms into a definite somatic state. The idea of bodily pathological phenomena of breath as sign-symbolic function is discussed in the frame of Thostov’s conception.

The article describes the main provisions of the structural and dynamic concept of deviance and the deviant behaviour, based on long-term theoretical and empirical research of the author. The article is devoted to the formation of the sovereignty of Finland after secession of the Russian Empire on a wide background of the international relations, including World War I events. It analyses the multidirectional political events, which have led to opposition with the Soviet Russia, pro-German policy of the young Finnish state, attempts to involve the League of the nations in territorial disputes. On the basis of general C. G. Mannerheim memoirs the author researches his role in the defence of Finland’s independence.

The technique is based on directive formation of contextual business-minded child-adult communication. According to the technique child is included to cooperation with peers gradually. In the context of the competence modernization of higher professional education, domestic and foreign practices of social education are analyzed. The importance of harmonizing existing and new approaches to practice-oriented training for forming bachelors’ social competence sphere as a practice-oriented construct is emphasized. Researchers’ positions on practice organization, students’ inclusion in systematic volunteer activities, students’ ensuring regular contacts with the professional community are compared. Author’s definition of practice-oriented training as a systemic innovation that integrates all the links in the educational process is given, that is: goals, content, methods and technologies, organizational forms and taking into account environmental factors - the priorities of regional social development and technology of social interaction at the local level. The advantages of a practice-oriented approach for the social education results are noted. Empirical data describing the limitations of the existing training system in achieving the practical preparedness of future social workers are given. Proposals for improving the system of practice-oriented training, taking into account its organizational, managerial, didactic and psychological-pedagogical aspects are formulated. In particular, we are talking about the establishment of a professional development environment in the university; the orientation of all types of inclass and extracurricular students’ activities to produce a specific socially significant product; the implementation of the polyphonic didactic system based on the technologies of contextual, project, product-oriented learning, communicativedialogical and gaming; the inclusion in the curriculum of practice-oriented modules and the representation of content in the form of competence tasks; ensuring proactive social workers’ professional adaptation and expanding teacher’s functional repertoire. The presented material contributes to the improvement of the theory and methodology of vocational education in social work.

The article considers one of the actual problems of modern school education – the formation of a graphic culture of teachers, which in modern conditions is the process of mastering the graphic language, the skills of operating graphic information and the ability to use graphic culture in different areas of educational activity. Different approaches of scientists and teachers to the problem are analyzed, the main contradictions confirming the formulation of the problem of the formation of graphic culture of schoolchildren are determined. The authors identify one of the ways to form the quality of the student under study – the use of art-technological design as a means of forming graphic culture of students. As the main activity, the project activity is considered as an innovative component that contributes to the accumulation of graphic information and the development of graphic skills of students. The article provides the analysis of the conceptual and terminological apparatus-the concepts of “project”, “design”, “project activity”, “creative activity”, “creative project”. The results of the initial survey actualizing the necessity of forming the studied quality are presented. Discusses the art-technological design, its nature, definition. The use of art technology in the educational space as a means of forming a graphic culture of schoolchildren is focused on expanding the level of cognitive activity, the development of creative abilities and awakening to in-depth study of subjects.

Kobelev V. A. Morphology and Paradigm of Old Germanic t-stems as a Reflection of the Active Structure of the Early Indo-European Language // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 4 (55). P. 45-50

The Indo-European languages at the early period of their development were characterized by the structure and categories which were quite different from what they are having nowadays. The active structure, the predecessor of the nominative one, determined the morphological, syntactical and semantic aspects of the language. Binary opposition of the active and inactive cases developed into a new opposition which at the moment of the formation of the nominative structure consisted of the subject case (genitive) and the object case (accusative and nominative). Old Germanic t-stems and their Indo-European parallels reflect some features which were peculiar for the active stage in the history of the Indo-European languages.

As a result of the realized researches from 2006 to 2009 and on the basis of the literary data in the pool Chulym river dwelling of 225 kinds of zooplankton is established. From this structure for the pool of the river Chulym (Tomsk region) 109 kinds is given for the first time, including for fauna of Russia – 7 kinds, and for Western Siberia – 11 kinds. Distribution and generality of specific structure of zooplankton in different types of reservoirs is considered.
