The goal of research presented in the article is to follow the dynamics of change in the perceptions of business ethics among different generations of Russians. The respondents were 134 participants: representatives of older generations (45–79 years) and youth of Russia (19–25 years). As the primary research method is used survey method consisting in filling specially prepared questionnaire, in which is used the method of “Ethics of business interaction”. The work applied factor analysis by the principal component method, as a result of which we obtained 5 factors: “The focus on personal relationships”, “Business strategy”, “Presentation on head”, “The demonstration of personal characteristics in the process”, “Focus on the long-term future”. It's also found that between groups of young and adult respondents are significant differences in the factors “Focus on personal relationships”, “Business strategy”, “Presentation on the head”.

The article considers the questions of the use of educational tests for the formation of the skills, systematization of knowledge and monitoring the results of teaching mathematical disciplines at National Research University Higher School of Economics – Perm branch. Presents the technology of the use of educational and methodical complex consisting of multilevel thematic tests according to the main sections of the course of the higher mathematics. The author shares the experience of using tests in teaching of a course of the higher mathematics in an economic university. It is proposed to use the educational tests not only for monitoring the results, but as a training tool for systematization of knowledge and organization of independent activity of students, including their out-of-class work.

This article discusses the issues of verbal representation of the regular mechanisms of symbol creation involving flora and fauna concepts. The research was done on the material of New Zealand and Australian varieties of the English language. The definition was given to the terms sphere of national symbols and sphere of flora and fauna concepts. The relations between the sphere of national symbols and the sphere of flora and fauna concepts were identified as partial intersection. Native flora and fauna concepts became a wide and essential cognitive base on which national symbols of Australia and New Zealand had been created. In both Australian and New Zealand worldviews the spheres of national symbols and flora and fauna concepts excessively overlap. National symbols were created as a result of mental processing the concepts of native Australian and New Zealand flora and fauna. The names of symbols in New Zealand English are mainly from the Polynesian language of Maori, and in Australian English national symbols have predominantly English names. The choice and nomination of national symbols reflect the difference in general cultural scenario of the New Zealand and Australian societies.

Byword-building and form-building verbal stems suffer appreciable changes. Among them are: abbreviation of vowels' length in stem, reduplication or weakening of consonant on bound of the first and second syllables, elision of the final vowel and consonant, augment of verbal stem, interchanges of the final vowels of verbal stems.

Question of the reception of the ideas of enlightened absolutism A. N. Radisheva is one of the most discussed among domestic researchers. Opinions on the issue can be divided into two groups. The first is that Radishchev was negatively disposed to the theory, the second believe that the writer was kind of hoping for the possibility of the existence of an enlightened monarch. The work is the study of attitudes of the Soviet researchers on the question of the relationship of the writer to the idea of enlightened monarch, as reflected in the notes to the word “samoderzhaviye” in the translated book by the French philosopher G. Mably “Reflections on Greek history or the reasons of the prosperity and misfortunes of the Greeks” and his major work “Journey from Petersburg to Moscow”. As a result of the study with the involvement of writer’s texts it was concluded that the greatest validity has the opinion on the commitment of Radishchev to the theory of enlightened absolutism.

The article substantiates the relevance of the experimental study of the precedent world as a factor of evolution of media discource. As a precedent incentive regularly is performed by a creative person, as well as a precedent phenomena are the name of the author, the facts of his biography and, of course, texts, receiving precedential status in the secondary using. The author refers to the experiment, because the network space as a territory for linguistic experiments is used insufficiently actively. The purpose of the experiment is to trace the features of functioning of the Vladimir Vysotsky’s precedent world in modern media sphere through actualization of Vysotsky’s texts in the media community (in particular in the social networks). Pilot experiment held in social network Vkontakte showed that precedent’s world development provides multiplicity dialogical discursive reactions on the precedent texts. The experiment proved that precedent world of Vladimir Vysotsky is a part of the cognitive base of the members of the Harry Potter’s fans community. This fact allows the author to suppose that this precedent world is relevant not only to some highly specialized communities and subcultures in media environment but also in modern Russian media sphere as a whole, and because of the trends in a social network is known outside of the network space, can be developed in other environments, but the general direction of this development is reflected in the social networks as one of the places of existence of social consciousness.

Fedorova Vera Ivanovna TEACHER INTELLECTUALS OF THE YENISEI PROVINCE AT THE TURN OF XIX–XX CENTURIES: SOCIO-CULTURAL CHARACTERISTICS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 5 (182). P. 27-33

The article examines teacher intellectuals of the Yenisei province in the XIX-XX centuries. The objective is to identify the population dynamics, social and right position, educational level, moral-ethical motivation of professional activities, cultural interests and political mood. The author states that the number of teachers in the province from 1897 to 1915 increased by 1.5 times, amounting in 1916 1148 man. The predominant age group was young people under 30, whose professional experience was less than 5 years. By 1915 74,6 % of teachers had primary and secondary special education. The vast majority of teachers came from the lower classes: petty bourgeois, peasants, Cossacks, village priests. The salary of rural teachers was slightly above the earnings of the wage worker in industry and ranged from 50 to 620 roubles a year. Higher social status had the teachers of the middle schools. Their salary 2-3,5 times was higher than that of the primary school teachers. In their cultural and educational practices teachers tried to adhere to the traditions of folk culture, which retained a strong religious colouring. The author claims that the the teachers, being the most massive professional group of provincial intellectuals, played a leading role in translating the achievements of cultural modernity into the mass consciousness of the Siberian society.

The content of the school curriculum of Computer Science and ICT is one of the most susceptible to change among all school subjects. Moreover, due to the spread of information technology of society as a whole, fundamental changes are taking place in the entire field of education. New information and communication technologies are being widely introduced into the learning process. This objectively increases the schooling requirements of the student in the field of Computer Science and ICT, and therefore to the substantive training of the future teacher. This article focuses on the substantive training of future teachers in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard. It is reasonable that quality substantive training is a necessary requirement for the teacher’s competence. An overview of the content of the most relevant subjects is provided. Particular attention is paid to the importance of shaping the algorithmic thinking of the future Computer Science teachers. The main tools to monitor learning outcomes are considered. In subject disciplines, it is useful to pay attention to how a student can better understand the subject, how one can motivate the student to learn a particular subject, and how the subject studying contributes to the creation of universal learning activities.

Offered a possible model of the open pedagogic environment related to social, technological and ecological environment. Highlighted the link between educational space, educational environment and personal educational spheres in global education space. The necessity of teaching evaluation for didactic characteristics of total mobile connectivity, hybrid (virtual and augmented) reality, "brain-computer interfaces" and other innovative technologies, and the impact of the digital reality on the identity of the person, to his way of thinking and lifestyle is showed. From the point of view of the open pedagogy-andragogy, the State should define the overall framework for educational space-regulation, level organization forms of institutional education, and professional standards. In this space can operate educational services providers of various ranks: normative authorized educational institutions (public and private schools, lyceums, colleges, institutes and universities) business (consulting, expert, training etc.) institutions, volunteer associations, professionally oriented hybrid organization types, accompanying public education. The article presents the results of the research conducted with К. Minin University students. The goal of the present research is to analyze the peculiarities of the French language study through the student vision of the education process and to make the process of learning French more efficient. The author analyses students’ responses, discussing various problems, possibilities and perspectives of learning the French language. The results of the conducted research showed that the students clearly underestimate the potential of the French language, and many of them are not ready to manage their own educational activity. Understanding the numerous perspectives provided by the learning of the French language, future teachers do not long for self-development and self-actualization. The conducted research sets new tasks to the teachers of the French language: – reaching by the students the real command of all types of speech activities on the level of “conscious communication”; – involving the students into the management of development of their own foreign language communicative competence with the help of a wider use of the recommended Internet resources; – developing the independence and responsibility for the process and the result of education; – active attracting of the students to the participation in linguistic contests organized by the French Institute in Russia, Russian National Association of the French Language Teachers and expanding the opportunities of students learning the French language.

The existence of K-instantons on a cylinder M7 = Rт x K/H over a homogeneous nearly Kahler 6-manifold K/H requires a conformally parallel or a cocalibrated G2-structure on M7. The generalized anti-self-duality onM7 implies a Chern-Simons ow on K/H which runs between instantons on the coset. For K-equivariant connections, the torsionful Yang-Mills equation reduces to a particular quartic dynamics for a Newtonian particle on C. We obtain kink- or bounce-type solutions for generic values of the torsion. When the latter corresponds to the conformally parallel or cocalibrated G2-structure on M7, the dynamics follows from a gradient or hamiltonian ow, respectively, and we encounter Yang-Mills instantons.

This article studies the representation of the author’s individual concept of “delicious dissolution” in Nabokov’s novel “The Original of Laura”. The concept is described as a step-by-step sequence of actions of the central character, and its basic semantic features are listed, which gives a possibility to compare this concept with its precedents in the works of classical literature. The cognitive linguistics approach is combined with elements of literary theory here.

Chekanova Marina Vladimirovna METHODS OF FORMATION OF THE DIALOGUE AT CHILDREN OF MIDDLE PRESCHOOL AGE WITH DELAY OF SPEECH DEVELOPMENT // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 3 (192). P. 55-58

The issue of forming a dialogue in a consistent work, based on the construction of correctional programs in preschool educational establishments, is considered. In our content, the stages of dialog formation are carried out by means of the Lego constructor and simultaneous display of the positive and negative characters in comparison. Logopedic work includes a corrective stage, containing in its composition three blocks: motivational, lexicalgrammatical, dialogical. The criterion of the motivational block was dialogic skills: coming into contact with a familiar, unfamiliar person; overcoming a sense of insecurity; stable emotional contact. Criteria of dialogical skills of the lexico-grammatical block: the ability to select words, their variation (based on real actions, images – without support); the ability to ask questions (based on real actions, images – without support); the ability to quickly compose a phrase sentence; variations by them. Criteria of dialogical skills of the third block: the level of drawing up dialogues in various situations with the support of the formed skills: the ability to ask questions, to ask questions again; the level of initiative in communication (the ability to make decisions independently, to prove one’s point of view). Each block is disclosed by methods and techniques of working with this category of children.

Golovchiner Valentina Egorovna TWO VISIBLE TEXTS IN THE LYRICS OF V. MAYAKOVSKY OF THE LATE 1920S (СHAPTER 18 OF THE POEM “GOOD”, “CONVERSATION WITH COMRADE LENIN”) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 1 (198). P. 27-37

Introduction. V. Mayakovsky always willingly turned to the development of the expressive potential of the ancient genres. He used anthem, march, mystery, ode, message, conversation, etc. in his own way. The author for the first time presents transformations of the vision in the texts of the key importance for the understanding of Mayakovsky’s works of the Soviet era. The objective is to identify the genesis of the vision, to clarify the forms of its implementation in the works of V. Mayakovsky. Methodology and research methods. The study is based on the historical poetics methodology. Results. As a result of the work done, the vision is discovered in the form of an ancient proto-plot (a situation of appearing of the infernal person to the heroes of the Old Testament); in the form of the expanded story in Homer’s Odyssey and Virgil’s Aeneid (in the stories of the main characters about their descending into the realm of Hades, searching for the shadow of a person, getting the necessary information). The vision is best known as a genre of religious culture of the Middle Ages with a topic developed for the solution of didactic tasks. Finally, at the time of weakening of the religious feelings and the destruction of the genre, the expressive potential of the vision is preserved in the form of the particular artistic devices (“Prophet” by A. S. Pushkin). The central event of the vision in its various variants is an explicit or a virtual contact of a person with a representative of another world. In the lyrical plots of Mayakovsky’s poems - in “Extraordinary Adventure that Happened to Vladimir Mayakovsky at the Dacha”, “Jubilee”, “To Comrade Nette - a Steamer and a Man”, the expressive possibilities of the two sides communicating in the traditions of the ancient plot as the components of vision are revealed. The article examines their implementation in the poetics of Chapter 18 of the poem “Good” and the poem “Conversation with Comrade Lenin”. In the texts with the poetics of the vision preceding the poem “Good”, the initiator of the dialogue with the departed (with Pushkin in “Jubilee”, with Theodore Nette) was the clearly recognizable poet Mayakovsky. In the second half of Chapter 18 of the poem “Good” (1927), for the first time, the initiative passed to the comrades buried near the Kremlin wall, and the poet had nothing to say in an answer to their questions about the state of the country. In “Conversation with Comrade Lenin” (1929), both the dialogue with the leader who had died five years ago, and the report to him about the country’s victories failed. Had “to report not by service, but by liking” about “the work of hell” (here is referring to Dante’s “Comedy”), about the many who interfere with working and living, about the bastards who “tread the ground and around”. After this poem the poet did not have to live long. Conclusion. As a summing up of the 20 years of poetic work, was written the poem “At the Top of My Voice” in which the voice of the poet in the traditions of the vision sounded already from the distance of times ... And this is the last text in the lyrics of Mayakovsky of the 1920s with visual expressiveness in the logic of the through plot of Mayakovsky of the 1920s.
