In article some aspects of influence of Peter the Great’s reforms on transformation of gender relations in XVIII-th century Russia are shined. It is widely known, that Peter I has appreciably changed a social standing of Russian women, thus the contents of these changes was not unequivocal, that is connected both with features of Russian cultural tradition, and with characteristic features of the person of the tsar – reformer. One of the major consequences of Peter the Great’s epoch is the long period of female board in Russia. The author of article makes attempt to clear the reasons and features of this phenomenon.

Discusses the issues of transition from children’s music schools, which are an integral part of the system of additional education, pre-professional programs in the field of art education, to further professional self-determination of graduates of art schools. Unfortunately, the ranks of graduates of art schools, in recent years, rarely fill up the number of students wanting to get an art education. After graduation many of the graduates, educated in a certain field continue professional training, and to act in the educational institutions of other profiles. This is due to the fact that the prestige of education in the sphere of culture and arts is not high. Among parents and children standing on the threshold of the school and are ready to choose a future profession, there is an unspoken ranking of “necessary and important” professions according to their prestige, “fashion” and material security. Low wages in the sphere of culture and arts does not allow it to rise to the same level as the more prestigious, according to parents and high school graduates, professions. The results of the analysis of the pre-professional programs are presented and the issues of their implementation are identified. The most significant were the increased physical and temporal workload, and a lack of motivation on the part of parents and children. The requirements for training in additional pre-professional programs are given, and the areas of responsibility of all parties in the educational process are selected. The conditions necessary for the formation of positive motivation and successful development, additional preprofessional programs are revealed. Among them are the following: the ability of the teacher to build the learning process so that heavy physical exertion associated with the development of choreographic disciplines, was seen as a requirement to achieve the learning outcomes; the interest of parents and their involvement in the learning process; the formation of students ‘interest in subjects of pre-professional programs.

In the article, the epistemological analysis of M. The article discusses the problem of integrating separate competencies of a modern engineer into a coherent system, which is regarded as professional competence. A literature review shows that there exist different definitions of this notion and different competences are included in its structure. The role of the foreign language professional communicative competence in this system has been determined. The author suggests that the foreign language professional communicative competence of an engineer should be regarded as a complicated integrative concept including professional and communicative skills. Professional competence is described as an integral part of the foreign language communicative competence of an engineer because professional communication is hardly possible without professional knowledge and skills. Therefore, it should be formed together with linguistic, sociocultural, strategic and discourse competences. The idea of the present article is that professional competence of an engineer manifests itself in the process of communication through these competences. The distribution of professional skills over traditional constituents of foreign language communicative competence is presented. This proves that the discipline “Foreign Language” has a potential for developing professional skills of engineering students. Taking integrative nature of the target competence into account in the process of teaching and learning is a condition of successful implementation of competency-based approach in higher education.

There have been analyzed the materials of the whole year round calculation of birds which were carried out within the limits of the administrative territory of the town of Lesosibirsk in Krasnoyarsk region from 2002 to 2005 (years) in four locations. With the help of classification of the regulated objects there were exposed the season periods of bird population in each location according to years and on the average for each location during all years of observation. According to the results of their comparison 7 general periods are determined and it is given their short quantitative characteristics. It is ascertained that according to years the number of seasons is more stable in taiga forests and in built up locations

In the scientific-methodical aspect the methodical comment exists in two basic forms: as a type of information-methodical products and as an expert evaluation. Both forms are significant and necessary for theoreticians and practitioners of the educational process. In this article methodical comment is examined as a means of development and evaluation of the professional competence of the teacher of a foreign language. The most appropriate base (informative material) for methodical comments in the course of teachers’ training is proposed (methodical statements, quotes from scientific and educational literature, a description of the methods, techniques, methods, forms of teaching, educational activity results). Examples of tasks from foreign textbooks, which can be considered analogous to methodological commentary and author’s examples of methodological comments are provided. Such tasks were developed by the author of this publication for National Students’ Olympiads on the methods of foreign language teaching “Foreign language (English) and methods of teaching it” (Tomsk, Tomsk State Pedagogical University, 2016), and their use has fully justified their scientific and methodological value as a form of evaluation of professional competence of foreign language teachers. The criteria of evaluation of the methodical comments are given (pithiness, validity and completeness of the comment, actuality of the comment in terms of matching the realities of modern language education, knowledge of professional terminology, examples as a support to the comment, observance of time limits).

Analysis of the learning process shows that the important role is played by the university educational system, where Russian students are trained in intercultural communication. The results show that the motivation of students and the process of adaptation in higher school play an important role in the effectiveness of the learning process. The main factors of Russian adaptation of students in Chinese universities are educational communication, educational and psychological and personalitycommunicative components. Based on the results of the study, the advantages and disadvantages of the educational process in Chinese universities were identified and the ways of solving the problems to improve the organization of the educational process were formulated. The current trend in the development of international educational space allows you to highlight the most important ways of improving the educational process. The article formulates solutions to improve the educational process. In the development of educational programs and the organization of the learning process for Russian students, administration and faculty must take into account the mentality of Russian students. Intercultural communication in the organization and in the process of teaching Russian students played a huge and one of the most important roles. For many Russian students the process of adaptation is difficult, there is the influence of both climatic conditions, and educational and communication factors. Successful adaptation depends on many factors of the environment and on the man himself. The more complex is the new environment, the more it differs from the usual environment for the student, the more difficult is the process of adaptation.

The ancient Indo-European system of noun declension was based on the division of substantives into groups according to the stem-building suffix. The ancient division of all objects of reality into two big classes (animated vs. inanimated) was reflected in the system of noun declension in the ancient Indo-European. The ground for grouping nouns into different types of declension was the common semantic principle of the ancient stem-building suffixes. Ancient substantives were semantically united on the basis of their treatment by the ancient people according to their role and place in the surrounding reality.

The article deals with the problem of adequate keyword distinguishing from scientific texts in order to retain the meaning of the text and to lessen the risk of misinterpretation of information rendered by it. There is a great need for the effective methods of automatic keyword extraction due to the excessiveness of the data. The article presents the review of up-to-date approaches to text rendering and keyword distinguishing in foreign and Russian research. This research is essential for further investigation of the problem as it shows the advantages and disadvantages of the approaches found. The existing methods are subdivided into four groups: statistical approaches, natural language processing, machine training methods, hybrid methods combining the above mentioned three groups. The second part of the article presents a hybrid method for extracting keywords from scientific texts in the process of rendering law texts. It employs statistical and empiric approaches at its beginning taking into consideration the formal features of keywords (frequency, information weight, position). The next stages include linguistic methods of lexico-semantic analysis, building of word chains, the part-of-speech analysis. The final stage of extracting the categorical component of the meaning of the keywords is essential for describing the concept of the text and allows to restore the meaning of the whole text out of the few keywords. The research presents a list of categorical components of keywords extracted from abstracts of scientific texts of law discourse, which is the result of the application of the suggested method.
