651 | Discusses the issues of transition from children’s music schools, which are an integral part of the system of additional education, pre-professional programs in the field of art education, to further professional self-determination of graduates of art schools. Unfortunately, the ranks of graduates of art schools, in recent years, rarely fill up the number of students wanting to get an art education. After graduation many of the graduates, educated in a certain field continue professional training, and to act in the educational institutions of other profiles. This is due to the fact that the prestige of education in the sphere of culture and arts is not high. Among parents and children standing on the threshold of the school and are ready to choose a future profession, there is an unspoken ranking of “necessary and important” professions according to their prestige, “fashion” and material security. Low wages in the sphere of culture and arts does not allow it to rise to the same level as the more prestigious, according to parents and high school graduates, professions. The results of the analysis of the pre-professional programs are presented and the issues of their implementation are identified. The most significant were the increased physical and temporal workload, and a lack of motivation on the part of parents and children. The requirements for training in additional pre-professional programs are given, and the areas of responsibility of all parties in the educational process are selected. The conditions necessary for the formation of positive motivation and successful development, additional preprofessional programs are revealed. Among them are the following: the ability of the teacher to build the learning process so that heavy physical exertion associated with the development of choreographic disciplines, was seen as a requirement to achieve the learning outcomes; the interest of parents and their involvement in the learning process; the formation of students ‘interest in subjects of pre-professional programs. Analized the educational process on specialties in Chinese universities for Russian students. 678 | In the scientific-methodical aspect the methodical comment exists in two basic forms: as a type of information-methodical products and as an expert evaluation. Both forms are significant and necessary for theoreticians and practitioners of the educational process. In this article methodical comment is examined as a means of development and evaluation of the professional competence of the teacher of a foreign language. The most appropriate base (informative material) for methodical comments in the course of teachers’ training is proposed (methodical statements, quotes from scientific and educational literature, a description of the methods, techniques, methods, forms of teaching, educational activity results). Examples of tasks from foreign textbooks, which can be considered analogous to methodological commentary and author’s examples of methodological comments are provided. Such tasks were developed by the author of this publication for National Students’ Olympiads on the methods of foreign language teaching “Foreign language (English) and methods of teaching it” (Tomsk, Tomsk State Pedagogical University, 2016), and their use has fully justified their scientific and methodological value as a form of evaluation of professional competence of foreign language teachers. 679 | Choosing the right ending of the case system of nouns is one of the main problems that are encountered by foreigners learning Russian. Probably the genitive case causes the greatest difficulties due to the fact that it can have many meanings and endings and contains a large number of special cases and exceptions. The authors have examined the existing guides and manuals for Russian-speaking natives and foreigners addressed to those who study Russian as a foreign language, and point out the best way to describe all the features of this case. The authors focus on how the genitive case system for nouns is presented, both substantively and graphically. Considerable discrepancies in the principles underlying the delivery and selection of linguistic materials are observed. The authors concluded that the genitive system wasn’t exhaustively treated, not all types of inflection and not all exceptions are described. Moreover, the authors have made three tables organizing the endings of the genitive case of nouns based on the literature review. The authors present a table in which the genitive endings of nouns are shown systematically. All the endings of the nouns are shown in the tables representing the genitive case of singular and plural cases, as well as examples of every case and the phonetic laws of changes in words and special cases of forms’ formation, which have not had drawn attention to before. 682 | The article deals with the problem of adequate keyword distinguishing from scientific texts in order to retain the meaning of the text and to lessen the risk of misinterpretation of information rendered by it. There is a great need for the effective methods of automatic keyword extraction due to the excessiveness of the data. The article presents the review of up-to-date approaches to text rendering and keyword distinguishing in foreign and Russian research. This research is essential for further investigation of the problem as it shows the advantages and disadvantages of the approaches found. The existing methods are subdivided into four groups: statistical approaches, natural language processing, machine training methods, hybrid methods combining the above mentioned three groups. The second part of the article presents a hybrid method for extracting keywords from scientific texts in the process of rendering law texts. It employs statistical and empiric approaches at its beginning taking into consideration the formal features of keywords (frequency, information weight, position). The next stages include linguistic methods of lexico-semantic analysis, building of word chains, the part-of-speech analysis. The final stage of extracting the categorical component of the meaning of the keywords is essential for describing the concept of the text and allows to restore the meaning of the whole text out of the few keywords. A literature review shows that there exist different definitions of this notion and different competences are included in its structure. The role of the foreign language professional communicative competence in this system has been determined. The author suggests that the foreign language professional communicative competence of an engineer should be regarded as a complicated integrative concept including professional and communicative skills. Professional competence is described as an integral part of the foreign language communicative competence of an engineer because professional communication is hardly possible without professional knowledge and skills. The idea of the present article is that professional competence of an engineer manifests itself in the process of communication through these competences. The article presents the stages of development of children’s animation, domestic and foreign experience of using animation in educational practice with pre-school and primary schoolchildren, the problems of influence of animation on children, the prospects of development of pedagogical potential of animation in teaching children at the level of pre-school and primary general education. Material and methods. The materials for the research were domestic and foreign scientific sources, which contain information about the formation of animation as a kind of film art and as an educational technology, the results of the study of the problem of applying animation in educational, educational and correctional development work with children of preschool and primary school age. The following methods were used: retrospective, comparative analysis, content analysis, analysis and generalization of pedagogical experience, and classification. Purpose: to conduct a theoretical study of the implementation of the pedagogical potential of animation in the education of children of preschool and primary school age. Results and discussion. The application of animation in education is connected with the evolution of its figurative means (movement, time, space, color, graphics, etc.), in accordance with this, two main stages can be distinguished: the first – classical (pre-computer) and the second – modern (using computer technologies). The first stage is the formation of animation as a kind of film art, in educational practice used cartoons created on the basis of folk and author’s tales, fables, children’s literary works, as well as cartoons with a pronounced cognitive and didactic content. The second stage in the development of children’s animation involves the use of computer technology. The pedagogical potential of computer animation lies in the visualization and impact of expressive means of animation on the perception of educational material and interactivity. The main directions of animation application in education were formed: education, training, creative activity, correction, rehabilitation. Nowadays, educational animation represents a generalizing name of a group of technologies united by the use of animation as an educational tool and contributing to the achievement of educational results (personal, metaproject, subject). At the same time, there are problems with the impact of modern animated products on children. Cartoons with negative content (scenes of murder, violence, etc.) lead to changes in the behavior of the child, there is aggression, rudeness, cruelty, selfishness. The priority task is to develop educational content using the modern potential of animation for learning, developing communication, socialization, media and media culture skills in children and adolescents. Conclusion. The prospects for developing the pedagogical potential of children’s animation are to create a holistic integrated system of developing education at the level of preschool and primary general education using animation as an educational tool. 700 | Main purpose of weight regulation in sport is to get advantages in power in comparison to rivals in the concrete weight category during competitions. The purpose of study was to develop and ground practicability of forming readiness of wrestlers to competitions in the limits of the elected weight category, directed to the achievement of the increased emulative capacity to work. Within the framework of the scientific study was determined that regulation of weight among athletes is a pedagogical problem, however in sport biopedagogical regulation of weight is used. By experimental way rational borders of reducing weight were determined , the factors of advantage in power on weight categories and formula of calculating advantage in power by reducing weight into the concrete weight category were concluded. Designed and by experienced-experimental way were approved strategies of reducing weight and recovering the power possibilities of athlete after before-competition regulation of weight by preparing and participation in competitions.
