Category of uncertainty, expressed in any language, is implemented by various means. Some languages have special means, while others use informal indicators.The Russian language belongs to the languages having no article, and consequently, the absence of morphological indicators of this category in the Russian language makes it difficult for native speakers of the Persian language learners of Russian. As a result, there are considerable difficulties in understanding the meaning of certainty and uncertainty in Russian. The paper deals with the header structures of political articles, which include euphemisms and are taken from contemporary French newspapers. Considering the tense political situation in the world, euphemistic titles in the articles on political topics become increasingly relevant. They provide a smoothing effect of the emotional impact on the political discourse. Mass media titles and headers serve to partially reveal the text’s information and make a certain impact on the reader. Euphemism is considered as a word used for the sake of decency and discretion, to avoid mentioning unpleasant or shocking reality. As used in the press language, euphemisms render negative referents in terms of information. Their task is to modify the situation through a process of denomination and alleviative processing. Headers of political articles are classified by the type of negative revaluation of referents: understatement, axiological neutralization, improvement. Understatement in the French-language journalism is often implemented through euphemisms formed by meiosis, because they contain inherently weak negative denotation. Axiological neutralization contributes to veiling the true situation. Titles of articles are included in the policy framework shaped euphemistic statements, which make reality less dramatic, and are an essential component of the text itself. They embody a certain judgment about the current political situation. Authors neutralize the negative characteristics contained in the original concept, causing less dramatic reality that promotes the manipulation of mass consciousness. When using the improvement technique, negative formulation gives way to a more positive. Thus, the euphemisms substitute for unwanted words or expressions, which could cause a backlash in a particular situation, for the ones with a neutral connotation.

The given article reviews the problem of training specialists for high-tech branches of industry including the branches of mining industry. One of the ways to make perfect preparing of specialists is to introduce the dual educa tional system. The authors present the specialists training technology in the environment of dual education, which involves equal participation of educational and industrial systems. The aim of the technology is to create the organizational pedagogical environments that provide the increase of effectiveness of training specialists for high-tech branches of industry. When describing the technology, the authors reveal the content of its stages (preparatory, organizational- executive, reflexive-generalizing). This technology combines pedagogical goals and integrated capabilities of the university and the industrial basic enterprise with the implementation of the targets at each stage of the specialists’ training. The presented technology has been introduced into the educational process of the branch of “Kuzbass State Technical University” in the city of Prokopyevsk (Kemerovo Region, Russia). Training of specialists in this university is carried out jointly with the mining enterprise “SUEK - Kuzbass” (Russia). The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the technology developed can be used in training specialists of other industries in dual education environment.

The investigations of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) were performed for three different peat-moorsh soils - Czarna Wies, Otoczne and Kwatera 17 located in the Biebrza River Valley in Poland. Each considered soils were utilized as meadow. Soil samples were taken from two depths: 5-10 cm and 50-80 cm. IAA, total organic carbon (TOC), dissolved organic carbon (DOC) in peat moorsh soils from these samples were analysed. The significant differences in the concentrations of IAA, TOC, and DOC between two investigated depths of among peat moorsh samples were observed. The measured concentrations of total organic carbon in the considered soils ranged from 37.2 to 45.6 %. Generally, the decrease of IAA, total organic carbon, however, increase of DOC concentration with depth of profiles was observed. The contents of dissolved organic carbon in the soils ranged from 5.3 to 19.4%. The quantities of IAA decreased simultaneously with TOC values and with the increasing depth of the soil profiles. The highest contents of IAA was determined in high layers of moorshes and ranged from 110,1 to 128,7 µg kg-1 dry mass. However the concentrations of IAA in deeper layers were lower and ranged from 69,3 to 87,1 µg kg-1 dry mass.
