Tourism in terms of communication theory is a special kind of communication, which can be called tourist communication. The positive and negative impacts of tourism on the development of rural territories discussed in this article depends on socio-cultural environment destinations and regions, their capabilities, tourist and recreational and natural ecological potential, as well as the overall development planning of the area. Other aspects of the socio-cultural impact of tourism are connected with the fact that in the process of tourist communication there is the formation of tourism development and socio- cultural space of the person as a tourist and a resident of rural areas, as the objects of tourist interest. The attitude of the participants of the tourist communication to the natural environment and cultural traditions, values, types of leisure lifestyle is changing. The reciprocal interconnections of the tourism and local population are considered on the example of tourist destinations of the Novosibirsk region.

Koshechko Anastasiya Nikolaevna F. M. DOSTOYEVSKY'S CREATIVITY IN IDEOLOGICAL SPACE OF HUMANISTIC ANTHROPOLOGY OF THE RUSSIAN EXISTENTIALISM // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 9 (150). P. 96-103

The article is devoted to the research of perception of existential potential of the personality and Dostoyevsky's creativity by the Russian religious philosophers of the turn of the XIX–XX centuries. Religious philosophers revealed the mechanism of realization of philosophical potential of existential anthropology of Dostoyevsky in his works of art and an ego-documents. Religious philosophers are concentrated not on detection of compliance of views of Dostoyevsky to a moral and philosophical paradigm of existentialism, and on the search of existential meanings of creativity of the writer and corresponding to them existential in the fundamental principle of ways of a text creation. Representatives of the Russian kosmizm for the first time approached to existential interpretation of the worldview of the writer, both artistic and personal, created under the influence of empirical impressions and esthetic experiences. Ideological fullness of works was understood by them in indissoluble unity with Dostoyevsky's life experience.

Kharlamova Nina Borisovna, Tchernyavskaya Yuliya Olegovna COSMOGONIC MYTH IN ‘THE TALES ABOUT IGNASUIS THE CAT, FEDYA THE CHIMNEY SWEEP AND THE LONELY MOUSE’ BY L. ULITSKAYA // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 11 (176). P. 143-147

‘The Tales about Ignasuis the Cat, Fedya the Chimney Sweep and the Lonely Mouse’ (2004) by L. Ulitskaya is a book published in a format of a children’s book, but it has implied sense addressing to an adult reader. Intertextual code in ‘The Tales …’ allows us to find out references to cosmogonic myths. The main character acts in the following roles: a demiurge trying to create her own cosmos (organized reality), a lonely woman trying to overcome her loneliness, and at last a recognizable character of folklore fairy tales who does not possess the abilities necessary for a cultural hero which leads to a catastrophe. Man-made demiurgism of the Little Mouse is held in derision. Also, ‘The Tales …’ itself is read as a work about overcoming the loneliness and about finding of the family. At the base of the author’s concept lays the idea about a wise world structure where even annoying accidents help to acquire harmony and happiness.

Selivanova Irina Vladimirovna FELIPE VI’S CHRISTMAS MESSAGES: A PRAGMATIC ASPECT // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2020. Issue 2 (208). P. 61-67

Introduction. The article deals with the communicative strategies and tactics of linguistic manipulation used in the six Christmas messages issued by the Spanish King Felipe VI from 2014 to 2019. Material and methods. The analysis of Felipe VI’s Christmas messages, published on the official website of the Royal House, was based on general scientific methods (description, observation, generalization, and systematization) as well as linguistic analysis methods (linguistic interpretation, content analysis, discursive analysis). Results and discussion. This article describes some features of Felipe VI’s Christmas messages (from 2014 to 2019), taking into account the current political situation of Spain. These texts are considered a ritual genre of institutional discourse and are analyzed in the context of political rhetoric. The paper is aimed to highlight how the messages are used with an ideological purpose to strengthen the image of the monarchy and to convince people of the necessity for peaceful coexistence, respect for the law, and national pride. The article also focuses on the images of the past, the present, the addressee (Spanish society) and the country. The scientific value of this paper is in describing the most popular communicative strategies and tactics of linguistic manipulation used by the Spanish King. Conclusion. The monarch’s Christmas messages can be considered a typical example of ceremonial eloquence in which the Head of State acts as a significant public figure, not only interpreting facts and events in order to preserve the unity of the nation and stability of the country, but also discussing moral issues based on universal values. It was revealed that Felipe VI tends to use a set of communicative strategies and tactics in order to underline the importance of peaceful coexistence in Spain and to emphasize his role as the only guarantor of stability, unity, prosperity and social justice.

The study characterizes modern methods of reflexive training in higher school education. The results of the conducted empirical study on using cinquain in training in higher school education are presented here. The list of competences which depend on development of reflective abilities of students was selected from the federal state educational standard of higher education in the direction of preparation “Special (defectological) education”. The work identifies the deficits of the reflexive development of students on the basis of cinquain as control-evaluative tool for implementation of assessment and self-assessment of mastered professional knowledge, skills and competencies at different stages of the studying of section of the academic discipline. The paper reveals possibilities of organization of reflexive activity of future defectology bachelors at speech therapy class. The study shows the features of using of cinquain as the main teaching method allowing you to activate the mechanism of reflexion in the context of professional pedagogical studying.

The article considers different approaches to translator’s communicative competence, analyses its connection with translator’s professional competence and defines its specific characteristics. The author analyses V. Cook’s concept of multicompetence, examines its main principles and arguments and defines its unique features. The author also looks at L. Bachman’s model of communicative language ability, outlines its structure and content and determines its strong points with reference to translator’s communicative competence. On the basis of the principles of these two concepts the author proposes a model of translator’s multicompetence. The model reflects the specific character of professionally oriented translator’s knowledge of language and culture, as well as different skills, mechanisms and personal characteristics required for its functioning.

The article examines the role of universal educational actions in the development of information culture of the individual student as a component of human culture as a whole, objectively characterize the level of ongoing information relations. Specifies various approaches to the phenomenon of information culture: information and logic, cultural and philosophical. From the standpoint of these approaches defined the understanding of the phenomenon of “information culture”. The author claims that the personal information culture has four major components: cognitive, emotional and evaluative, effective and practical, communicative. Details of each component are disclosed. Described universal educational actions as a set of actions of the student providing social competence, ability of independent mastering of new knowledge and skills, including organization of this process, cultural identity and tolerance, affecting the development of information culture of the student’s personality.

Orlova Natalya Vasilyevna «ОNE CONVERSATIONAL DAY»: DISCOURSE ANALYSIS OF SPOKEN DIALOGUES WITH PARTICIPATION OF THE CHILD // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 4 (193). P. 9-16

On the basis of conversations between the six-year-old boy and his mother the organization and ways of adultchild communication, semantics, pragmatics, and discourse language are revealed. Taken for study parameters, described in general, fit into the existing models of discursive analysis, which as an object considers oral dialogue. In particular, strategies, objectives, control over the course and change of types of speech activity, channels, tone, genres are described. Metacommunicative indicators and their role in organizational communication are determined. On the basis of speech characteristics, the question of whether the constitutive characteristics of discourse are in conversations is positively solved: fixed relative design, thematic and structural unity, relative semantic completeness. It is established that gaming and learning/cognitive strategies prevail; genre repertoire combines traditional children’s genres, popular science literature for children and new formats of the entertainment industry (cartoon, computer game); in the thematic field, modern cartoons, games (computer, desktop, mobile), history of inventions, microcosm, etc. prevail. Values and assessments are not emphasized. The analysis of the discourse testified to various cultural attitudes of the elderly and younger informants. Special appeal for boy new formats of the entertainment industry is faced with restrictions from his mother on viewing of this production.

The article presents the results of the research conducted with К. Minin University students. The goal of the present research is to analyze the peculiarities of the French language study through the student vision of the education process and to make the process of learning French more efficient. The author analyses students’ responses, discussing various problems, possibilities and perspectives of learning the French language. The results of the conducted research showed that the students clearly underestimate the potential of the French language, and many of them are not ready to manage their own educational activity. Understanding the numerous perspectives provided by the learning of the French language, future teachers do not long for self-development and self-actualization. The conducted research sets new tasks to the teachers of the French language: – reaching by the students the real command of all types of speech activities on the level of “conscious communication”; – involving the students into the management of development of their own foreign language communicative competence with the help of a wider use of the recommended Internet resources; – developing the independence and responsibility for the process and the result of education; – active attracting of the students to the participation in linguistic contests organized by the French Institute in Russia, Russian National Association of the French Language Teachers and expanding the opportunities of students learning the French language.

The article deals with the conception of mass and individual consciousness correlation in L.Andreyev's creative work and analyzes the image of the crowd in short stones «it was so» and «The Curse of the Beast*. In his creative work L. Andreyev anticipated the latest discoveries of Western phsychoiogists and sociologists in mutual conditionality of mass and power. The author of the article concludes that the writer's interest in the phenomenon of the crowd indicates actualization of the problem of the normal life arrangement in Russian cultural consciousness at the beginning of the XX-th century.

The article is devoted to the unsufficiently studied problem in German linguistics related to the choice of syntactic subordination in the quantitative word combinations with the second component expanded by an adjective (participle) Nquant+AdjN and eine Art +AdjN. The material analysed has shown that despite recommendations of classic grammar reference books to choose co-ordination as a type of subordination for the syntactic structure of these constructions, the genitive and prepositional subordination still exists and is the most widely used one. Moreover, the hypothesis that the syntactic organization of these constructions is determined by the grammatical characteristics of their components has been confirmed.
