In this given article the author, emphasizing the importance of music perception as one of the main kinds of children’s musical activity, shows the opportunity of successful lessons with little children of 2-3 years old. The author examined the stages of  the work about listening to music, defined the themes within the capacity of  children’s realization for the next choice of musical works for listening to music. It is emphasized the peculiarity of using the visual-didactic aids at the early age during the perception of music. The author’s conclusion was given according to the results of the practical activity in the groups of the little kids about 2 years old and above of kindergarden №916 in the SAD of Moscow.

Shestakova T. P. THE ROLE OF BRST CHARGE AS A GENERATOR OF GAUGE TRANSFORMATIONS IN QUANTIZATION OF GAUGE THEORIES AND GRAVITY // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 12 (153). P. 224-227

In the Batalin-Fradkin-Vilkovisky approach to quantization of gauge theories a principal role is given to the BRST charge which can be constructed as a series in Grassmannian (ghost) variables with coefficients given by generalized structure functions of constraints algebra. Alternatively, the BRST charge can be derived making use of the Noether theorem and global BRST invariance of the effective action. In the case of Yang-Mills fields the both methods lead to the same expression for the BRST charge, but it is not valid in the case of General Relativity. It is illustrated by examples of an isotropic cosmological model as well as by spherically-symmetric gravitational model which imitates the full theory of gravity much better. The consideration is based on Hamiltonian formulation of General Relativity in extended phase space. At the quantum level the structure of the BRST charge is of great importance since BRST invariant quantum states are believed to be physical states. Thus, the definition of the BRST charge at the classical level is inseparably related to our attempts to find a true way to quantize gravity.

The authors analyse Zheleznikov’s story the “Scarecrow” written in the flourishing period of the writer (in the 1970s), and reveal the ways to bring out the image of the leading character, such as: showing the points of view of different subjects of speech including the storyteller; the comparison of names of characters and their inward nature, the comparison of the internal and external of characters; the comparison of characters’ behaviour with different animals; using allusion). The story fits into the context of searches of moral ideal in the Russian classical prose and in the literature contemporary with Zheleznikov. The writer puts the existential type of character in the centre, who is ready to defend the principles such as: non-resistance to evil by force, value of human dignity, mercy, belief in the triumph of kindness, in an extreme situation.

The article considers the problem of development of metasubject universal educational actions of students of the general school. The authors of the article see the solution of a debatable question in the detailed characteristic of the concept “universal educational actions” which is based on a complex of scientific and pedagogical judgements of an etiology of this term, its close connection with other concepts, influence of age features of school students on the process of formation and development of universal educational actions. The main goal of realization of Fedaral State Educational Standard is the achievement of the planned educational results expressed by the concept of universal educational actions. As this term is key, the authors of the publication carry out a complex analysis of its contents, including historical aspects which are the cornerstone of emergence of the phenomena, and also open the field of its application. The analysis of pedagogical literature has shown that many domestic and foreign scientists-researchers in the field of pedagogics were engaged in studying of the concepts “activity”, “educational activity”, “educational actions”, “doctrine”, “educational culture” in the 30th years of the 20th century. Actively have dealt with the issues of the developing training in the 60th years of the last century. Along with variety of the existing definitions, the authors of the article reveal the contradiction which mentions the accuracy and definiteness of use of the concept “educational actions” in practice. The term “universal educational actions” is used at different stages of general education (primary, basic) generally for the characteristic of metasubject educational results though a set of these results at each step is different and is characterized by psychological and age features of students. According to the authors of the article, “universal educational actions” is a complex of educational methods of behavior of the pupils consisting of planning of a trajectory of achievement of educational results, the analysis of their parameters, the choice of the ways of achievement, monitoring the gained experience and its comparison with the expected result answering the educational purpose, diagnostics of the reasons of a discrepancy with “standard” and also correction and designing of new knowledge.

The article reflects the general situation of linguistic expertise. Linguistic expertise of draft laws is based on the knowledge of the science of language and general principles of parliamentary activity. Special attention is given to the analysis of the relation between the concept of juridical discourse and the legislative discourse, law enforcement discourse, court discourse. Provides the examples to confirm the practical significance of the linguistic expertise of draft laws. The material of the research is legal texts. The novelty and the findings of the author’s research are concluded in the opportunity to detect and classify an array of existing terms, which are applicable to the issue of texts of laws. Scientific article aims to discuss the problems posed by teachers, graduates and students. In the dung of different animals on the pastures of Altay 7 species staphylinids of genus Tachyporus (T. nitidulus, T. abdominalis, T. chrysomelinus, T. obtusus, T. pulchellus, T. pusillus, T. solutus) are discovered, three of which (T abdominalis T pulchellus T solutus) earlier for the dung were not indicated. The conclusion is drawn that the dung attracts Tachyporus with the topics properties, but not as a place of concentration of potential food.

The history and current understanding of educational projecting, its nature, objectives, principles, functions, forms and levels are considered. The main theoretical problems and difficulties existing at the present stage of development of pedagogical projects are presented. The key future problems of classical design are shown. The current approaches to the development of the pedagogical project in modern science are presented. Analyzed and defined the nature, objectives, tasks, forms, methods and technologies of pedagogical design. The general description of the process of pedagogical designing of the educational content is given. The main characteristics of the levels of design of educational content are described. At the conceptual level orientation on professional and personal development needs of students, described in the author’s demand approach is provided. On the technology and process levels of the designing educational content, the technology and general development educational content algorithm are presented. Defined the aims, objectives and requirements to the content of training in the implementation of project technology of the educational content. In conclusion, the outcomes and the prospects for further research in the technology of pedagogical designing of the educational content are given. The technology helps to design educational content according to professional and personal demands of students and to develop educational demands through developing spiritual, moral, cognitive and information needs.

At the present stage of education development the problem of application of Information and Communication Technologies, and Internet technologies in particular, to the educational process becomes more urgent. It happens, as the use of these technologies is now the key factor in the process of the overall globalization and informatization. The purpose of the research presented in this article is to reveal methodical potential of complex Blog and Podcast technologies application to English language teaching on the middle stage of instruction for the speech competence development. These technologies possess great methodical potential, and their complex application serves as an effective way of ability enhancement in all types of speech skills (of reading, writing, listening and speaking). It is also conductive to the speech competence development, which is the basic component of communicative competence, the main goal of foreign language acquisition. Application of Blog and Podcast technologies to foreign language teaching makes it possible for teachers to model alternative educational strategies, considering students’ psychological characteristics. It also enables teachers to introduce a fresh note into educational process, maintaining and raising a motivation level by that as most materials are quite of teenagers’ current interest and are able to engage learners into various kinds of conversation.

The article presents an analysis of theoretical-methodological bases of formation of such components of professional competence of a teacher as a legal competence. Gives the characteristic of the content of legal competence of a teacher, based on the requirements imposed by the state and society. Considers current methods of legal training and education on their effectiveness in the formation of legal competence of future teachers. In the course of the analysis of theoretical bases of formation of legal competence and implemented educational programs for pedagogical universities, the lack of consistency, continuity and consistency in the legal preparation of future teachers has been revealed. To solve these problems, it is necessary to find the best methods and means for forming legal competence of future teachers. Formation of legal competence is contingent upon compliance with system of created pedagogical conditions of realization of legal education throughout the period of study, in training and professional, scientific, socio-cultural activities and activities during practice. Together with the system of legal training it is necessary to develop the program of legal education, which will be implemented throughout the period of study at a pedagogical University. It is revealed that the legal education of future teachers should be systematic and consistent. The basic directions of improvement of modern legal training of future teachers are proposed.

Zhiginas Natalya Vladimirovna Particularities of the Influence Microsocial Conditions upon Forming Personality Features, Behavioural Disorders and Gender Identity of Teenagers // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 2 (53). P. 47-50

There are studied microsocial stressful influences on 140 patients with forming personality disorders at 12–18 years ago. The term “gender role” is connected with degree of the person takes and follows the forms of the behaviour, the culture ordered to him or her. There are discussed the problem of “gender identity”, “gender stereotypes”, influence microsocial environment on forming behavioural disorders. Essence of the deviating behaviour on gender level is considered as serious interpersonal conflict, being hindrance to organizations spiritual space of personality. The violations of sexual identity (masculinity-felinity) in sphere deviating behaviour, non-acceptance sexual roles are enough slim indicator in sphere deviating behaviour of teenagers.

The basic means of creating an implicit meaning has been found to be shifting realities in the pattern of the text , which refers to the implicit unit breaching the maxim of the relationship between the author and the character.
