4051 | The paper outlines the main patterns of negation in the endangered Eastern Khanty dialects of Western Siberia. Eastern Khanty negation is coded primarily by the negator of two types, indicative/declarative YntY and imperative дl. In terms of the position of negative marker, Eastern Khanty shows consistent preference of preposing. Concerning the morphosyntacic symmetry of negatives, Eastern Khanty appears predominantly symmetrical, showing no morphosyntactic variation between affi rmative constructions on one hand, and negative constructions on the other, while main variations in the marking negation concern imperatives and existentials. 4057 | This article deals with comparing the intervocalic consonants in two Samojedish languages: the Baj dialect of the Enets language and in the language of the Avam Nganasans; Accept these two languages there are more two Samojedish once – Selcup and Nenets. These four languages are widely used by the aborigines living in the north of Russia. But there is a danger of disappearing these languages (Enets, Nganasan, Selcup and Nenets), because the young generation speak these languages less and less. And that is why investigating these languages are necessary and urgent; peculiarities of the Enets and Nganasan languages are displayed in the system of phonetic and transcription. The studying issues of these languages and their forms (dialects, idioms) mentioned above as well as the degree of their genetic relevance are in the focus of the attention. The phonetic systems of the Avam Nganasans’ language and the Baj dialect of the Enets language are the subject to be analyzed, thereby giving us the proof of homogeneity of the focused Samoyedic languages. 4058 | In the last years in linguistics the problem of speech genres is actively studied by many researchers. Despite the intensive development of genres studies, the question of definition of genre is still open. Following Mikhail Bakhtin, who introduced the concept of “speech genre” the linguistics continues the development of the theory of speech genres. Based on the proposed by Tatyana Shmeleva profile speech genre, which includes seven genre characteristics (communicative purpose, author's image, the addressee’s image, communicative factor of the past, communicative factor of the future, linguistic incarnation), we consider imperative speech genres in the A. P. Chekhov’s 125 letters written by him in the period in the 1890 year. In order to express the imperative mood Chekhov uses specialized and unspecialized forms. The most typical forms of expression are presented in the tables that show the features of imperative speech genres in Chekhov's letters. There is also given amplifying speech accompanying components the imperative form of expression. In the group of specialized forms of expression of the imperative (the form of the 2nd person singular and plural; first person plural; 3rd person singular and plural) the second person singular and plural forms occupy the leading position. The unspecialized forms of the imperative of expression observed in the construction of a performative ask. It was also noted that the imperative speech genres in Chekhov's letters, expressed in the first place, a request (direct and indirect), advice, and suggestion. Anton Chekhov prefers the description form of expression of a direct request. 4059 | In the article the issues of penitentiary staff training during the first years of the Soviet government are revealed. These issues are of concern for research as one of the underworked topics in native science. The author focuses on the events connected with it, on historical and pedagogical experience, trials and errors of pioneers of Soviet penitentiary staff training system. Chronological boundaries of the article are determined by the major events of Russian history, which were highly influential on the process of professional penitentiary staff training. The lowest boundary begins in October 1917 with inauguration of Bolshevik regime. The highest is connected with the Second Congress of penitentiary affairs officials of the RSFSR held from November to December 1924, after the agreements of which systematic solutions of the issues of Soviet penitentiary staff training became possible since the second half of 1920s. The first agreements of the government during the first years of Bolshevik regime concerning penitentiary personnel policy and shifting penitentiary priorities are revealed. The central place in the article is devoted to the revealing of external and domestic factors undermining the professional penitentiary staff training and having a negative impact on the possibilities of penitentiary personnel policy in that period. The conclusion about the role of the first educational endeavors’ of Soviet government in foundation of the Soviet system of penitentiary staff training is stated. 4071 | Еducation reforms in 1880–1890-th years contributed to the development of educational initiatives in some schools, especially in Sunday schools. Activities of teachers of Tomsk Sunday female school corresponded to the general trends in the development of education for adults. Students of different age-group studed here. Teenage girls prevailed among them. Teachers of Sunday school accumulated practice in management of youthful extracurricular reading. This was the innovation of methodical work of teachers. Firstly, they raised the question of the range of children’s reading in the framework of the adult school. The girls studied by the same books as the adults. Of course, this expanded the range of reading for young readers, has contributed to their development. But this required more methodical work of teachers. Secondly, the teachers of Tomsk Sunday female school thought how to instill love of reading in young female pupils. For this purpose they needed to develop their auditory skills first. So, the special role in methods of teaching assigned for teacher’s reading in the classroom. It was to be prepared, emotional, expressive, dialogical. Finally, the question of development of female pupils’ reading culture involved progressive mastery of their reading skills, at the beginning – emotional, later – esthetic, and then – conceptual and analytical. 4072 | The problem of mortality and the experience of death is one of the most urgent for a person. Each culture offers its own solution. In the Ancient Greece of the era of the classics, mysteries were the means of the lifetime experience of death, among which the most widespread were the Eleusinian sacraments. The emergence of the mystery phenomenon is connected with the specificity of the ancient Greek religion, which was a kind of complement in the form of rituals to existing mythological subjects and never turned into an essential cultural dominant that would determine all spheres of life of ancient Greek society. The Eleusinian Mysteries, which arose on the basis of the agrarian myth of Demeter and Persephone, allowed people to survive death without dying, while still alive, and thus not only include it in the circle of being, but also get hope for a better posthumous fate. In this case, the mysteries are more connected with the myth than with the actual Greek religion. They acted as illustrations to the myth, ritualizing it. The problem of the lifetime experience of death with the help of the Eleusinian Mysteries will allow us to understand better the specifics of the ancient Greek culture of the classical epoch, and the findings can be used in the preparation of courses on the history and culture of ancient Greece. 4086 | The MSSM with right-handed neutrino supermultiplets, gauged B−L symmetry and a non-vanishing sneutrino expectation value is the minimal theory that spontaneously breaks R-parity and is consistent with the bounds on proton stability and lepton number violation. This minimal B − L MSSM can have a colored/charged LSP, of which a stop LSP is the most amenable to observation at the LHC. We study the R-parity violating decays of a stop LSP into a bottom quark and charged leptons – the dominant modes for a generic “admixture” stop. A numerical analysis of the relative branching ratios of these decay channels is given using a wide scan over the parameter space. The fact that R-parity is violated in this theory by a vacuum expectation value of a sneutrino links these branching ratios directly to the neutrino mass hierarchy. It is shown how a discovery of bottom-charged lepton events at the LHC can potentially determine whether the neutrino masses are in a normal or inverted hierarchy, as well as determining the θ23 neutrino mixing angle. Undoubtedly, the only means of global communication and understanding between speaking or writing people, is the language. In recent years, in the Islamic Republic of Iran teaching of English and other languages for people with hearing impairments has improved considerably, but still there are a number of problems in this area in institutions, schools and universities in the country. The problem of interaction with the family in the system of additional education for children is being updated. Achievement of the stated goals of ensuring continuity in the education of preschool children in the family and the establishment of additional education for children is called upon to contribute to the ethno-pedagogical approach realized in the course of the study. Ethnopedagogy of the whole educational process is considered as strengthening of its ethno-pedagogical component. An ethnopedagogical model of the upbringing of children in the interaction of the institution of additional education for children with the family is developed, and some results of experimental work on its implementation are presented on the example of the Republic of Kalmykia. Approbation of the developed ethnopedagogical model of the upbringing of children in the interaction between the establishment of additional education for children and the family was carried out on the basis of the Elista Palace of Children’s Creativity of the Republic of Kalmykia. Shows the role of games and events in the system of ethnocultural education, the forms of involving parents in joint activities with teachers and children on preparing and holding a collective activity. The conducted surveys of parents of children attending the Early Development and Preschool Education Center of the Elista Palace of Children’s Creativity reveal the parents’ vision of the national identity of upbringing and the results of family interaction and the establishment of additional education in the implementation of the ethno-pedagogical model. 4090 | The article is devoted to the development of the concept of lexical regulative universal (LRU), which is in line with the communicative stylistics of the text, namely the theory of regulativity, taking into account the fundamental principles of cognitive linguistics – actively developing scientific direction. Under «universals» are understood not only universal laws and principles of structuring the text, but also «universal thinking». Lexical regulatory universal is considered in comparison with other notions of communicative stylistics: communicative universals, media communicative universals, cognitive style. Under the lexical regulatory universal is understood a verbal embodiment of the way of the author’s thinking and the way of his interactions with the addressee, in characteristic for the author means and methods of lexical regulativity. One of the key features of LRU is the choice of the author of the means and methods of regulativity from the point of view of manifestation of cognitive mechanisms that are universal for a specific poetic language personality, «standing» behind the text. Regulatory lexical universals reflect ways of knowing and interaction of the author with the surrounding world. Regulatory lexical universals can partly be changed / maintained over the entire work of the author, that allows to speak not only about the dynamics of his conceptual and poetic pictures of the world, but also about the development of his thinking.
