This article deals with the structural character of “Man” concept organization, which is a part of a hyper concept “Human” represented by a system of three main levels: higher, basic, lower. The suggested organizational structure of “Human” concept enables to build links between all elements of all three levels, thus making possible to evaluate the degree of masculinity presence expressed by the lexical unit used in regard to any male sex subject. The possibility of review of methodological approaches, which are an important basis in solving the problems of integration into the society, improving the quality of life of children with disabilities and their families. The main emphasis in managing disability and disability shifts to rehabilitation. Rehabilitation of the disabled is complex - a multidisciplinary approach to the recovery abilities to domestic, public and professional activities at a level appropriate to their physical, mental and social potential, allowing for the micro - and macro-environment. The various features of Communication Studies of disabled children with cerebral palsy and discusses their characteristics, where the center is the problem of the family as the most important institution of the primary socialization of the disabled child. Determination of performance criteria of psychological support families with a disabled child with cerebral palsy is based on the results of that psychologist in different directions of research practice support.

The article deals with theoretical and organizational problems of introducing European credit transfer system (ECTS) into Russian non-state higher institutions. The content of the school curriculum of Computer Science and ICT is one of the most susceptible to change among all school subjects. Moreover, due to the spread of information technology of society as a whole, fundamental changes are taking place in the entire field of education. New information and communication technologies are being widely introduced into the learning process. This objectively increases the schooling requirements of the student in the field of Computer Science and ICT, and therefore to the substantive training of the future teacher. This article focuses on the substantive training of future teachers in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard. It is reasonable that quality substantive training is a necessary requirement for the teacher’s competence. An overview of the content of the most relevant subjects is provided. Particular attention is paid to the importance of shaping the algorithmic thinking of the future Computer Science teachers. The main tools to monitor learning outcomes are considered. In subject disciplines, it is useful to pay attention to how a student can better understand the subject, how one can motivate the student to learn a particular subject, and how the subject studying contributes to the creation of universal learning activities.

Voloshin Denis Vladimirovich PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF PENITENTIARY STAFF IN THE EARLY YEARS OF SOVIET POWER (1917–1924) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 9 (186). P. 141-146

In the article the issues of penitentiary staff training during the first years of the Soviet government are revealed. These issues are of concern for research as one of the underworked topics in native science. The author focuses on the events connected with it, on historical and pedagogical experience, trials and errors of pioneers of Soviet penitentiary staff training system. Chronological boundaries of the article are determined by the major events of Russian history, which were highly influential on the process of professional penitentiary staff training. The lowest boundary begins in October 1917 with inauguration of Bolshevik regime. The highest is connected with the Second Congress of penitentiary affairs officials of the RSFSR held from November to December 1924, after the agreements of which systematic solutions of the issues of Soviet penitentiary staff training became possible since the second half of 1920s. The first agreements of the government during the first years of Bolshevik regime concerning penitentiary personnel policy and shifting penitentiary priorities are revealed. The central place in the article is devoted to the revealing of external and domestic factors undermining the professional penitentiary staff training and having a negative impact on the possibilities of penitentiary personnel policy in that period. The conclusion about the role of the first educational endeavors’ of Soviet government in foundation of the Soviet system of penitentiary staff training is stated.

The article deals with analysis of the professional language personality of Natalia O’Shea – a singer, musician, songwriter and leader of the rock-group “Mel’nitsa” (The Mill). The material of research is the texts of the interviews (2004–2017 years). The author of the article describes in detail the three levels of the artist’s professional language personality: 1) the level of professional consciousness; 2) the verbal level; 3) the motivating and pragmatical level. The texts of the interviews give knowledge about N. O’Shea’s views of nature of creative work, things which inspire the artist, her musical and general erudition. Natalia O’Shea considers her creative work as a complicated subjective process of connection of individual impressions and emotions with allusions to literary works, fairytales and myths. The artist compares songwriting with stained-glass window creation, cultivation of flower etc. She notes that her activity as a musician is tightly connected with her scientific interests in philology. Natalia O’Shea knows terminology of music very well. In her stories about songwriting and recording of songs, playing the musical instruments the artist uses not only professional lexis, but different expressive means of language. There are a lot of onyms and a number of citations in speech of the artist. This research is interesting for linguopersonology and communicative stylistics of text.

Beznosova Ekaterina Dmitriyevna ANALYSIS OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES ORGANIZATION FOR STUDENTS ATTENDING TSU CAMPUS COURSES // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 5 (194). P. 183-188

The paper looks at the “Campus courses of TSU” project and describes it as one of the methods for organizing selective courses for students. The project was developed by the project group of the Center of education quality development, including O. N. Kalachikova, P. Kiseleva , A. Morozova, A. Balabanova. It is implemented in the National Research Tomsk State University from the 2015 academic year. Unlike traditional elective courses, Campus courses mean having a general catalog of courses in different subjects, regardless of the student’s faculty and specialization. The paper presents the results of this survey-based analysis and show that most of the students lack the opportunity to develop their general cultural competences and communicative skills as well as artistic creativity, and all that serves as motivation to attend selective courses. It was established that most of the students make careful choice of courses. The variety of courses and activities allows students to fulfill their educational ambitions. It was revealed that the majority of students are satisfied with the quality of the courses, the form of conducting classes, the interaction with the teacher.

The article deals with the translation of professional texts, in particular, the translation of the French fashion catalogue into Russian. The fashion catalogue is the part of national culture. The characteristic features of its translation are associated with the translation of the realities, the terms and the colour terms.

The direction of the application of nonlinear dynamics methods for semiotic diagnostics of social attractors in modern culture is presented (the result of the RFBR project № 14-06-00440). On the basis of semiotic diagnostics of images and symbols of social egoism and social altruism the arguments for the understanding of bioethics as a phenomenon of self-consciousness of modern culture are put forward (the result of the RFH project № 12-03-00198). The finding out about pragmatics of new culture is done within the framework of project № 155 “Methodology of the modeling the semiotic mechanisms of management of educational systems nonlinear dynamics” of the State assignment for Tomsk State Pedagogical University.

This article presents the methods of teaching technology of the development of translators from high-level programming languages. The proposed methods contributes to the development of algorithmic thinking skills. The peculiarity of the considered methods is a consistent study of the main stages of building a compiler such as lexical analysis, syntactic analysis, semantic analysis, reverse polish notation interpreter. The study is based on the example of a specialized educational programming language that contains the minimum set of basic algorithmic structures. The interpreter from this language with the use of algorithms based on finite state machine, recursive descent parser and reverse polish notation was developed.

Multilingual education in the Republic of Kazakhstan is the most important strategy, and one of the main directions of development of the state. The author examines the nature of multilingual education, the reasons that led to its actualization in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the problems of functioning of languages in the context of the development of modern language person. The article describes the new language education priorities and principles of formation of the language identity in the multilingual educational environment of Kazakhstan, comparing different points of view on this issue. The author concludes that in the context of a new state of the multi-ethnic society as the Republic of Kazakhstan, issues of formation of the language identity of particular relevance.

The existing foreign recommendations and international principles of educational programs design and management do not have adaptations for Russia. As a result, there is a need to create uniform principles of educational programs and learning outcomes for the international cooperation, the roadmaps implementation of the leading universities and achievement indicators in the world rankings. In addition, the sphere of information technology is the most rapidly evolving and has a number of features that do not allow students to study all existing technologies, development environments, etc. In this connection, the author identified promising areas of education (such as the development of domestic hardware platforms and equipment; Information Security; the development of mobile applications; design, development, implementation and support of information systems; parallel and distributed computing; design, creation and implementation of converged systems; software engineering; the development of decision support and data management systems; the creation of artificial intelligence, intelligent systems) and their content; offered the principles of formation of actual educational programs (that includes consistency, continuity, flexibility, etc.); as well as formulated specifications and additional competences of IT-graduates, necessary for educational programs design. Integrated use of the proposed solutions allowed: to strengthen existing relations with foreign partners and to expand the scope of international cooperation in the implementation of joint educational programs, research projects and grants; to change the conditions of learning, making them more flexible and adaptable to the constant changes in the professional environment; to make cooperation with employers stronger.

Wide application of project method in teaching of physics shows the potential of this method for engineering education in modern conditions of training of specialists able to adapt to modern conditions of production. The studies of many authors confirm the need for the formation of the generalized design skills for teaching physics at the technical University throughout the study at the University, including classes in physics. In our previous studies were introduced the notions of learning tasks in physics and generalized design skills and proved their compliance with the stages of the training project activities, represented the design skills formed on these stages corresponding to the phases of professional design activities of engineer. As a means of forming generalized design skills, we propose to use learning tasks in practical classes in physics. This article presents one way of forming common design skills, criteria for the selection of learning tasks in physics with the aim of forming common design skills, introduced the concept of the design potential of learning physical tasks. The authors show the method of formation of the generalized design skills and the step by step algorithm of actions of the teacher to organize the educational process to create and implement projects based on learning tasks in physics.

Memetova Ayshe Shamilyevna INTERJECTIONS AS A MEAN OF EXPRESSNG OF EMOTIONS IN THE CRIMEAN AND GERMAN LANGUAGES // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 4 (193). P. 102-105

The article deals with such linguistic units as interjections. The analysis of interjections affects the scope of their semantics, structure and functions. The research is conducted on the material of two unrelated languages – German and Crimean Tatar. The definition of the concept of “interjection” is given, different classifications of interjections are distinguished according to their structure, meaning and functions. The number of interjections in the Crimean Tatar and German languages is determined, and their quantitative analysis is carried out. Interjections form a natural and inalienable affiliation of emotional colloquial speech, give it expressiveness and contribute to a more accurate achievement of the goal of communication. In the system of parts of speech, interjections occupy a special position. They cannot be attributed either to independent parts of speech, or to official ones. Interjections are used to express feelings, emotions, moods, wills without naming them. Many interjections outside speech and intonation have no definite meaning and, depending on the speech situation, they can express the most diverse emotions. From a lexical point of view, interjections are characterized by their uniqueness – they do not call anything and like intonation are expressive, but not meaningful. In the syntactic sense, interjections are not members of a sentence, since they do not have control, adjacency, and coordination links.
