| 4503 | The article describes decay dynamics of dominant plant species in bog complexes of the south taiga subzone in West Siberia. On bog plant material decomposition has taken place during warm time of year when water table was low and oxygen passed easily in upper part of peat. Plant fractions are divided into two types in accordance of the character decay. Plant fractions are grouped in three groups relatively of rate decay. The maximum decay rate belongs to Menyanthes trifoliate L., the leaves and rhizomes losses are 80 % mass relatively initial value after two years of experiments. The roots and rhizomes of Eriophorum vaginatum L. decomposed slowly then other fractions; the losses were 20 % after two years of experiments. Sphagnum mosses were lost from 20 to 40 % of mass. | 4505 | The article examines the paradigms of antonymous type with the aim of identifying their individual characteristics and relation to the thematic areas of the poetic picture of the author’s world. Antonymous paradigms are considered from the point of view of their differentiation into verbal and ultra verbal, usual and not usual, complete and incomplete. Presents thematic classification of textual paradigms of antonymous type. Examines the role of their representation of the author’s poetic picture of the world. The research is done in the trend of communicative stylistics of the text and includes analysis of the material of the early lyrics by Tsvetaeva from 1909 to 1919. 343 verses and 32 cycles were analyzed in the article, and 416 textual paradigms of antonymous type were revealed. It was determined that a “Person” as a personality, his relations with other people and with society, and with a whole world are in the center of poetic world by Marina Ivanovna Tsvetaeva. As a rule, this “Person” is a poetic “Ego” of the author. Youthful maximalism and the world perception connected with it, M. Tsvetaeva carried for the rest of her life. It is proved on the example of the textual paradigms of antonymous type and connected with them fields of the author’s concept sphere that a contrast turned into the one measure of visual environment, relations with other people, evaluation of the other people’s and her own personality. | 4506 | Introduction. The practice of segmentation of vocabulary is traditionally based either on a certain (situational) set of criteria for this procedure, or on a larger methodological basis for example the apparatus of a separate linguistic discipline, which often defaults to lexicology as a science about the lexical structure of the language. Being limited to the object of observation, lexicology is hardly capable of independently solving the question posed for the entire linguistic science or, at least, for such a macroscopic discipline as stylistics that urgently needs a reliable criteria base, despite their various functional specialization: stylistics studies the expressive, whereas lexicology the nominative function of language. The aim of the paper is to propose segmentation of the vocabulary fund of the German literary language through the prism of the environmental approach. Material and methods. The implementation of the epistemological (rational-empirical) framework of the environmental approach, which far exceeds not only the limits of the science of language, but also humanitarian knowledge in general, is determined by the specifics of being and development of the language itself as an anthropological phenomenon (loquens), erroneously attributed by poststructuralists exclusively to man. The basis of the environmental approach is the thesis about the environmental origin of the human language and the impossibility of its existence outside the Herder environment. Language exists in the “nutrient solution” of culture and acts as a connecting element of the social interaction of all individuals inhabiting this artificial world. The environmental approach is a capacious epistemological platform that is used to account for the various functional varieties of the language that serve as the basis for its vocabulary segmentation. Results and discussion. The following criteria have been developed for more weighted and general linguistic segmentation of a vocabulary on the example of the German literary language: a) selectivity, b) naturalness, c) reproducibility, d) temporality, e) age. The lexical system of the German language is taken as a model not by chance: the hybrid nature of this language idiom and the high heterogeneity (hybridity) of its resources correlating with it are an advantageous dialectical field of observing the phenomenon of a lexical system functional stratification. The apparatus of the environmental approach is formed by extensive interdisciplinary data that have become commonplace clichés in scientific use and help to obtain interdisciplinary meaningful and objective segmentation of the German literary language vocabulary. The scientific novelty is determined by the implementation of a fundamentally new set of criteria for identifying the components of the vocabulary system of the specified language based on the enlarged epistemological basis of the analysis. Conclusion. The proposed segmentation is intended to expand the boundaries of the lexicology apparatus of the German language, the ideas about the heterogeneity of its lexical system and its evolutionary laws. The data obtained can be used as a material for theoretical courses in lexicology and stylistics when training specialists in the field of German linguistics at all educational levels. | 4516 | Universal commerce that appeared in Russia in XIX century reached its fullest flower in Soviet period both in cities and countries. In 1920’s GUM (State Department Store, from Russian Gosudarstvenniy Universalniy Magazin) became a symbol of NEP. After a bright period of activities in 1920’s Tyumen branch of GUM reappeared in 1930’s in the form of state and cooperative trading organizations. By the end of 1930’s state department stores that started their activity as one of the forms of trading organizations became the best form of Soviet trading. The article describes the main periods of this evolution, draws reader’s attention to the managerial decisions in trading sphere, the analysis of the activity of the Tyumen branch of GUM and the reasons of its liquidation. Much attention is given to the difficulties of the development of the state trading in the provincial Tyumen in 1930’s, the author defines forms and methods of state universal commerce and analyses the role of advertisement in this process. The results of the research show that by the end of 1930’s state commerce already had leading position in the city in context of command and administration system establishment. This period was essential in shaping the principles of Soviet universal commerce. | 4518 | The article provides a typology of borrowed Gallic words within the contemporary literary German language based on a grid of criteria allowing a most holistic description of the symptomatic phenomena inside the borrowed Gallic stratum: 1) on the lexical-semantic criterion, 2) on the assimilation specificity, 3) on the way of borrowing, 4) on the method of derivation and 5) composition. For the first time such typological phenomena as re-borrowing, reverse borrowing and formal-structural accommodation, as well as former pseudo-Francization, are interpreted. Typology refers to the structural-systematic features of the studied lexical stratum. The selection of types of borrowed Gallicisms in the modern German literary language involves a number of theoretical and methodological difficulties. This is due to the volatility of the proposed taxonomic criteria, on the one hand, and difficulties in determining the status of borrowing, in particular, in the matter of delimiting it from the concept of a “foreign language”, on the other. The typology of Gallic borrowings functioning within the German literary idiom is of great importance for synchronous codification practices and general lexicography. Appeal to the issues of assimilation (adaptation) of this vocabulary segment of the German literary idiom is inevitable due to the multidimensionality and multilevel processes of integrating the Gallic heritage into the system of the German literary language. The historical unevenness of assimilation determines the existence of only synchronous taxonomic set that testifiesto the dynamism of the studied processes in the canvas of the historical development of the German literary language. | 4519 | One of the priority directions of the European Commission and the Council of Europe activity is considered: the policy on establishing the supra-national European identity of young people and development of the “European citizenship” concept. The available information on the problem in Russian social and humanitarian scientific discourse is defined; methodological grounds and a source base are described. The basic conceptual framework of the European Commission youth policy is revealed. The involvement of Germany into the formation processes, institutional structures and mechanisms of youth policy implementation in EU is demonstrated. The processes of establishing European self-consciousness of German youth are considered compared with the similar processes at the level of the European Union on the whole and the separate states-members of the EU. The key subjects for analysis are “European citizenship (citizenship of the European Union) and European identity”, “European Union and its perception”, “the future of the united Europe and perspectives of the young people”. Based on the statistical reports of “Eurobarometer” – public opinion research service of the European Union (2016–2017) the degree of establishing the European identity of German young people is analyzed and its substantive aspects are described. The correlation of various levels of identity of German youth is described: national and supra-national, European; as well as the affiliation to the European Union (the citizenship of EU), peculiarities of presenting European identity (studying the meanings and interpretations of the concept of general Europe), and the assessment of the future of united Europe by German and European youth is shown. The youth policy of the European Union and Germany on the establishing the supranational European identity is defined as effective. The conclusion on the high level of European civil consciousness and European identity of German youth is made (Germany takes the second place in the European Union after Ireland regarding the mentioned indicators); prevalence of positive perception of the European Union among the young people of Germany and relative trust to its institutes; and confidence of the young generation of Germany in perspectives of their staying and their country being in European Union. It was a children’s self-governed organization, which was founded in 1969 by a prominent young pioneer leader and teacher Oleg Pirozhkov. Professional language personality is a complex of linguistic competences which permits the effective operating with professional sub-discourses «in different situations of professional-communicative interaction» (S. V. Myskin). The material of research is interviews of different years with Rada Anchevskaya – a leader of the rock-group «Rada & Ternovnik». Rada Anchevskaya positions herself as a musical «shaman», likens a concert to a ritual, trance and likens a stage to a sacral place. In her opinion music has mystical and timeless origin. Ideally, musicians do not compose but perceive it if they have enough delicacy of feelings. Music animates the word in a song. Particularity of self-presentation of Rada Anchevskaya’s professional language personality is in plenty of factual information (names of musical instruments, albums and songs of the group «Rada & Ternovnik»; denominations of musical equipment, styles and genres; surnames of musicians, specialists in mythology, philosophy, titles of the books on different themes, names of folklore and mythological characters etc.) and in frequent use of tropes and stylistic figures (mainly the metaphors). It shows great erudition of the artist, seriousness and profundity of her works and figurative nature of her language picture of the world. | 4538 | The article deals with the semantic features of onomatopoeic words in German and Tatar languages in comparative terms. The aim of the research was to identify the similarities, differences and features in the words under analysis. In each language there are certain features in the perception of sounds. In both languages there are not only onomatopoeia but also the onomatopoeic nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs, which are an onomatopoetic vocabulary of each language. It is a universal vocabulary that has much in common even in unrelated languages. Separately is analyzed a group of onomatopoeic nouns, which represent the names of insects, birds and animals in both languages and the principles of their nomination in the Tatar language. In German, these words are non-productive while in Tatar it is the result of word-formation processes. The classification of verbs of sound according to their denotative content takes into account the peculiarities of both languages. Many onomatopoeic verbs are multivalued and can be assigned to several groups at once. Functional possibilities of onomatopoetic lexicon of both languages are considered as well – children’s language, proverbs and set phrases – characteristic of all languages and most vividly reflecting the national identity of the language. Knowledge of these functions is necessary to exclude communicative failures. The theoretical significance of the research is that the work presents a new approach to reading role understanding in translation activities. The read text-original meaning understanding mechanisms and the secondary text content formation by foreign language means from the translation process positions are presented. The foreign-language texts comprehension process occurs in a linguistic framework through the thematic words, conditional endo-lexis, asymmetry, emotional-evaluative components selection. Also, when reading, it is proposed to use strategies such as implicit information decoding, text information explicating, lexical and syntactic selection, forecasting. The proper implementation of these strategies further influences the harmonization of the original text meanings and the translation. Training of such specialists is impossible without professional training of teachers who would have professional competence in accordance with the direction (profile) of professional activity. The subject of consideration is the content of modern design activities and the identification of the component composition of the relevant competencies that make up professional competence of a teacher of professional training in the field of arts and crafts and design. The problem of formation of professional competence of a future teacher of vocational training for training of qualified specialists in the sphere of services with the purpose of satisfying the existing consumer demand for services in the field of modern design is considered. Presented are the results of the study of the component composition of the model for the formation of professional competence of a future teacher of vocational training in accordance with the direction (profile) of training: arts and crafts and design. The structure and component composition of pedagogical, design competences, as well as competencies in working with computer graphics are revealed. Schemes for the formation of professional competencies are presented, containing the composition and structural interrelationships of the individual elements of the relevant competencies. The expediency of using the proposed logic and the hierarchical structure of the process of forming professional competencies for measuring their level of formation, as well as fixing the dynamics of their development in the process of vocational training, is grounded.
