Consideration is given to develop the professional competencies of the bachelors through the informal interaction on the basis of a public organization with a professional focus. In particular the subject to study was “The club of public firefighters, rescue workers and volunteers” which currently includes 78 students and 5 teachers. The practice activity of a student club, organized in 2012 year by the Yurga Institute of Technology (Tomsk Polytechnic University Affiliate), shows the stages of its formation and relations with University and with a municipality, detects the conditions of the student’s developing competencies and the student’s socialization. Here the integration is achieved by institutional and non-formal education, to create a field activity of students to improve their competencies and practices when developing future profession. Thus the informal activity of students enriches the academic learning. In addition, for teaching staff the club has become a testing ground for educational innovations.

The article presents an attempt to identify the aspects of development of mathematical abilities of schoolchildren in the process of formation of concepts representing the design in the form of three-dimensional model projected in (substantive, functional and conditional) planes. The model is based on the identified logical characteristics (volume, content, classification), types and stages of formation of the levels of formation of a concept, identified criteria adequate to the four levels of schoolchildern’s MA (discrete, fragmented, structured and holistic). For the first time developed a criterion for assessing the development of schoolchildren’s MА in the formation of concepts, according to which the four levels are marked. In general, the article shows the process of schoolchildren’s MА in the form of multifunctional dynamic and hierarchical model of the formation of concepts embodied at the output of the internal educational product and the student by correcting ascertaining certain result of a higher order.

The authors studied soil microbial activity in oligotrophic, eutrophic and mesotrophic peat bogs of Siberia by method of substrate-induced respiration (SIR). Intensity of microbiological processes depends on the type of peat bogs and hydrothermal conditions. The average for vegetation period 2013, the highest microbial biomass was observed in oligotrophic peat bog of Vasyugan (4,16 mcg/g dry peat, with limits – 1,66–8,28 mcg/g d. p.). The minimum value of microbial biomass was recorded in mesotrophic peat bogs Kutushskoe (3,29 mcg/g d. p., with limits 0,78–6,94 mcg/g d. p.). Eutrophic bog Tagan on the microbial biomass took an intermediate position (middle – 3,74 mcg/g d. p., limits – 0,41–13,43 mcg/g d. p.). Investigated bogs can be arranged in the following order of intensive basal respiration: eutrophic bog Tagan > oligotrophic bog Vasyugan > mesotrophic bog Kutushskoe. It is fixed that in spite of genetic differences all bogs had the stable ecophysiological status. Functioning of microbial communities of peat bogs is within natural variability, and indicates their environmental sustainability. The eutrophic bog Tagan is not resistant to environmental factors.

Introduction. The words rynok (market) and bazar (bazaar) have become a kind of indicators of social, economic and political changes, which had a great impact on language personality of the Russian native speaker. The aim of the article is to research into the dynamics of thesaurus fragment, which is verbalized with words rynok (market) and bazar (bazaar). The analysis is based on lexicographical and corpus data. Methods and material. The main material used for analysis is: data taken from explanatory dictionaries published from XVIII to XXI century, associative fields mined from associative dictionaries, and text fragments extracted with the help of The Russian National Corpus. These materials make juxtaposition analysis of lexical semantics dynamic processes possible. Results and discussion. Juxtaposition of explanatory dictionaries materials as well as “Russian Associative Dictionary” shows that ‘the mirror of associative dictionary’ is indispensable for studying particular fragments of reality. Interconnection between associative fields and systemic lexical semantics fields is obvious. The study directed from system to text shows the gradual changes in semantics structure of two synonyms. The research traces the establishment of their axiological specialization. The word rynok (market) develops a new meaning over time – “sphere of commodity exchange”, which is further reflected in the expansion of its lexical compatibility. Since the semantic component “noise” actualizes, the figurative meaning of word bazar (bazaar) emerges – “loud conversation”. Bazar (bazaar) in the native speaker’s mind is a space where one can be easily deceived. Rynok (market) on the value scale of everyday consciousness is also associated with theft, high cost and chaos, which is largely due to the influence of socio-economic factors on the language consciousness. Semantic differences between two synonyms and contamination of different meanings become the basis for creating language game. Conclusion. The meaning of words rynok (market) and bazar (bazaar) verbalize the crucial for person’s life fragment of reality. Throughout the long history of functioning, their semantics underwent significant transformation that can be revealed at various levels: structure of the meanings fixed by lexicography, associative and verbal level of language personality. The observations show that in the semantics structure of word rynok (market) the new meaning (‘system of exchange relations’) tends to prevail over the traditional one (‘place for trade’). Lexical unit bazar (bazaar) contains connotations in all meanings.

The article is about country stewards – a middle class of the local administration of Kolyvano-Voskresenskiy (Altai) mountain district. Their participation in organization of factory work of pripisnoi (bonded) peasants is investigated.. It is shown how country stewards watched by volostnoi government in time of composing preliminary appointment for peasants with factory duties and how they provided peasants’ dispatch for working according to this appointment. It is established that during peasants’ dispatch stewards took into account time and climatic factors as well as they took charge of the progress of peasants’ factory work. The cases of country stewards’ personal participation in mobilization of pripisnoi (bonded) peasantry class for factory work as well as a degree of their responsibility in this business are considered.

A comparative analysis of the effect brassinolide (BL) on the morphogenesis of the etiolated seedlings of nontransgenic (SR1) and three transgenic monoinsertion lines (IL18 № 7-1, IL18 № 7-11, and IL18 № 28-3) of Nicotiana tabacum L. on the early stages of ontogenesis was carry out. BL (10–6 M) significantly inhibited the growth of root and hypocotyl as at the non-transgenic, so and the genetically modified plants. The inhibitory effect of BL for all studied plant object decreased by lower concentration. The difference in the growth responses of etiolated seedlings for three transgenic and non-transgenic lines caused by exogenous BL was detected.

The article deals with the first novel of the contemporary Russian writer Vladimir Sharov’s “Walk in the Tracks” (1991). Creating a fictional chronicle of four generations of Kreutzwald and entering his fate for the Russian history of the twentieth century, the author investigates the mechanisms of movement and repetition of history. In this article the author’s strategy is to detect and analyse the texts of the genus Kreutzwald. The author realizes the only way to gain immortality of the individual and the species by restoring the memory of the descendants of the ancestors.

The article presents a short description of the water objects of exploring territories. The majority of explored lakes are the old bed areas of the Uy River. The main body of the article is devoted to the exploration results of the flora and cenotic composition of vegetation cover of the Uy River Valley water objects. According to the data of geobotanic descriptions the list of water macrophytes groupings types for the Uy River Valley water objects was done. 17 out of 27 described associations of hydramacrophytes are cited for the territory of exploration the first time.

The article presents the analysis of data of thunderstorms, heavy rains, hails for 12 weather stations in Eurasia during the summer period of 2000–2012. There were analyzed 4420 events of heavy rains, 1833 events of thunderstorms, 18 events of hail and 2 events of tornado. Investigates thermodynamic and kinematic parameters calculated from the radiosounding at 12:00 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) at 12 stations during 2000–2012. Identifies the limits of variability and features of the thermodynamic and kinematic parameters of the atmosphere in Western Siberia during thunderstorms and heavy rains. Thermodynamic parameters of the atmosphere at the weather stations near the site, where two tornadoes were analyzed.

This article deals with the analysis of the discourse in the light of philosophy, sociology, sociolinguistics, culturology, semiotics, text linguistics. The discourse analysis has been depicted from the point of text and context aspects. The levels of analysis of language material for discourse characterization have been distinguished. Frames (concept systems) have been considered as the mental units; their contents are being seen as the discourse. The brief review of linguistic processors MathLab, Gate and WordNet data-base has been done; they are defined as the most effective and automated means of discourse analysis of natural languages. The environment Gate includes the elements of corpus and concept analyses and machine learning. These programmes help to define the slot position of markers in their cognitive model. MathLab automates the algorithm in the analysis of the core concepts.

Introduction. The novella by Evgeni Vodolazkin “Close Friends» hasn’t yet attracted close attention of literary critics. In our opinion, an important role in the novella is played by the historic, literary and culturological context which has not become an object of special research. The analysis of intertextuality will allow us to reveal a wider problematics of the work than that shown in plot logic. The aim of the work is to investigate the artistic and thematic originality of the novella “Close Friends”. Material and methods. The paper uses comparative, contrastive, historical and cultural methods. As a theoretical base, works of Russian and foreign literary critics were used. Results and discussion. Intertextuality and historical and cultural context are the basic ways of disclosing the problematics of the novella. The works mentioned in the text (“Death in Venice” by T. Mann, “The Sorrows of Young Werther” by J. W. Goethe, etc.), elements of ceremonial games (initiation) help to understand what is happening in the consciousness of the hero and which experiences become defining for him. Allusion plan of the novella allows us to find deeper sense and to correlate the problematics of “Close Friends” with a certain literary context in the everyday actions of characters. Conclusion. In the work, we can define several levels of narration: symbolical, historical and that of everyday. At the everyday level, Ernestina’s behaviour and actions are illogical and inconsistent: while demanding to keep the oath from the friends, she breaks it, being guided by the not realised desires and physiological requirements. At the symbolical level, Ernestina is the carrier of secret knowledge, and her actions are dictated by the aspiration to preserve the family, procreate, which turns her into the embodiment of creating forces of nature. Ralf is a carrier of historical knowledge and, consequently, comprehension of historical guilt of Germany towards Russian people. The fulfilment of the childhood oath protects him from the chaos of life, fills the life with sense. The final reunion of the dead and alive on the cemetery – on the locus of the sharpest historical and cultural experiences – symbolises the unity and continuity of the generations resisting to the disaster of separation, and, consequently – overcoming the disintegration, destruction.
