| 3072 | The article is devoted to revealing the peculiarities of toponyms functioning in Selkup folklore and everyday life stories. The paper investigates different types of folklore texts, e. g. heroic folk tales, fairy tales, tales about sacred places. Every fairy tale is a complex folklore work that contains all plot constituent parts, characters with their speech peculiarities, philosophic or instructive conclusions. Many aspects of fairy tales discourse are not thoroughly investigated and need detailed linguistic study. The analysis of toponyms and its kinds (hydronyms, oronyms, oikonyms) involved in plot building of folklore stories is given. The special attention is paid to the stylistic device metamorphosis which is a characteristic feature of Selkup fairy tale discourse. Analyzing folk and mythological plots the author determines ways, reasons, character and motivation of metamorphoses that happened with people or objects involved in the narration. | 3075 | The article considers the method of tectological system analysis which was developed by Alexander Bogdanov (1873–1928) for research of complex social, economic and political processes on the basis of natural sciences regularities. The author compares Bogdanov’s method with other later created forms of system analysis and estimates their comparative effectiveness in the sphere of historical events and forecasting of social crises. States the fact of some tectological key regularities adoption in the process of L. von Bertalanfi’s general system theory and N. Weiner’s cybernetics development. Shows the methodological limitation of the general system theory, cybernetics and I. Prigozhin’s synergetrics which can’t be applied for researching transformational processes in social, economic, political, cultural and ideological spheres of society’s life. Proposes an essentially new concept of historical process as an organized sequence of the facts unified by functionally chained causal relationships, the very existence of them which excludes multiplied interpretation of the events recorded in historical sources. The author proves that such perception of social reality (essential characteristic of which is a historical process) caused the hyper-crytical attitude to Bogdanov’s method of tectological system analysis om the part of scientists of the 20th and 21th centuries, though the heuristic potential of Bogdanov’s theory for historical events research remains high. | 3076 | Introduction. Quality management of education in universities is becoming increasingly important. This became particularly relevant in light of the growing competition between universities, including individual areas of training. The implementation of the quality education system is considered on the example of the Department of Television and Management of Tomsk State University of Management Systems and Radio Electronics. The purpose of the article is to conduct a comparative analysis of the results of assessing the quality of educational services among undergraduate students of the Department of Technical Studies, performed in different years. Material and methods. For the analysis, the method of questioning is used, which is the most accessible effective method of collecting information. The questionnaire was developed taking into account the requirements regulated by the regulatory acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. Results and discussion. The main advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of master programs in electromagnetic compatibility are presented. A set of measures has been developed to improve the quality of the implementation of master programs. Partial implementation is fullfilled. A re-evaluation of the quality of the implementation of master programs among students and teaching staff of the department was carried out. The results of evaluating the quality of the implementation of master’s programs are compared with the results of the previous assessment among students and teachers. An increase in indicators was revealed after the introduction of a set of measures to improve the quality of the implementation of master programs. Identified the need to increase the number of career guidance activities for applicants entering the magistracy. Presented new recommendations for career guidance activities at the department. Identified the need to improve the logistics of the department. The effectiveness of the organization of research work of undergraduates at the department, which is to attract students to research projects with further employment in a research laboratory. The main achievements of undergraduate students in research activities are presented. Practical significance. The presented system of monitoring the quality of the implementation of master programs allows you to track the level of satisfaction with the educational process in a timely manner.
