451 | The article reflects the ideas of development of creative potential of students‘ personality in the process of their professional training. The state of the studied problem in pedagogical theory and practice is studied, perspective approaches to its solution are defined, the conceptual apparatus of research is specified. The state of the problem of students’ creative potential is analyzed. In the process of its development, we have identified the stages in the logic of the main trends. Ideas about creative potential of students’ personality are developed. The aspects of development of creative potential of personality of students are considered, pedagogical conditions of its formation, creation of the creative environment, inducements of reflexive activity, dialogization of educational process are allocated. There was conducted the survey and testing of students of Altai State Technical University and Altai Economics and Law Institute. The results of the study of the creative potential of students in the process of training in public and private universities are presented. These surveys and tests allowed the author to conclude that the type of educational institution does not significantly affect the proportion of students with explicit and empirically fixed creative potential. A survey of students of different courses, as well as a repeated survey of the same panel with minor sample losses showed that the number of students with the author’s analyzed criteria of creative potential varies between 25–35 percent. No more than 10–12 percent of respondents in both universities have all the necessary qualities. Half of respondents express these qualities poorly or asymmetrically, the fifth part of the surveyed students focused on noncreative study and professional career, shows obvious conformism. The grounds for the conclusion about the development of the creative potential of students in General is not enough, as evidenced by the specific weight of creative personalities in different courses. The author sees the reasons in the fact that, firstly, the basis for such development is laid earlier, before entering the University, and secondly, some students with creative potential are eliminated from the educational process for various reasons: lack of money for education, conflicts with the administration, etc. in a private University, despite the action of various circumstances, the proportion of students with creative potential remains quite stable, and in a state University there is a tendency to reduce the number of such students.The article reflects the ideas of development of creative potential of students‘ personality in the process of their professional training. 458 | The article analyses issues of the English language teaching concerning foreign language mastering and considers the ways to organize listening, ESP reading and develop the skills of writing. The paper focuses the reader’s attention on exercises classification to develop these skills and highlights the main differences in delivering the English language to the students who study linguistic and nonlinguistic subjects. Nowadays it is difficult to overestimate the importance of the English language for the students of nonlinguistic specialties because only if they know English they can communicate with foreign colleagues and share their best practice. 465 | The authors specify the methodology of system analysis of author’s TV program presenter’s individual media discourse, taking into account understanding of individual media discourse as the representation form of his information field. Author-presenter’s professional speech behavior organizes his individual media discourse, determining the holistic well-known journalist’s image in circumstances of current discursive practice. At the same time specific peculiarities of his informational and media language personality’s idiostyle reflect in television journalists’s individual media discourse. Information field of media person is the space of communication which is organized in the process of different discoursive practices in media communication. The authors consider separately such components of media personality information field as: 1) reputation and authority; 2) citation (publicity, prominence); 3) thesaurus, view of the world and system of values. Authority of TV presenter is strongly correlated with reputation of program. Citation of TV journalist is the main indicator of his effective professional activity. Thesaurus, picture of the world and system of values of TV journalist reflects features of idiostyle of his media personality. This features are directly reflected in the individual media discourse. As the example, the authors analyze some peculiarities of television journalist and author’s TV program “Vesti nedeli” on TV channel “Rossiya 1” presenter D. 466 | Introduction. Additional education in Russia involves ensuring openness and a high level of accessibility, which is reflected in national project «Education». However, the development of strategies and programs to ensure a high level of accessibility of additional education is impossible without studying the opinions of beneficiaries of educational services living in different regions. The investigation purpose is to identify the differences in assessing the additional education accessibility by beneficiaries depending on their residence region. At the same time, the state system of additional education is oriented towards two key target audiences: parents and children. Since the parents have the final decision about what kind of educational program the child will go to, an important task is to establish correlations between parents and children preferences in the additional education. Material and methods. The study was conducted using an online poll. Respondent answers analysis was carried out according to 5 criteria, that are related to evaluation of accessibility, motivation determination of receiving additional education, substantive-thematic definition and organizational preferences of children and parents, as well as regional ranking by accessibility indicators. Results and discussion. 371068 completed questionnaires were received from 85 subjects of the Russian Federation, completed by parents and 59018 completed by children aged 11 to 17 years. The statistical error of the data does not exceed 0.3%. The answers demonstrate that satisfaction with various options for the provision of additional education depends on the respondents’ residence region. Furthermore, differences in the preferences of parents and children are observed regarding the content, format and duration of complemented education programs. Regions which may be as a source of positive experience especially distinguish in matters of building an affordable supplementary education system for children. Conclusion. The obtained results indicate necessity to take into account the regional context and dependence of beneficiaries assessment while building available complementary education programs. During research of the various empirical material opening the features of outlook in Ancient Egypt were applied the dialectic method promoting consideration of a thing in unity and a variety of its properties, the semiotics analysis and system approach allowing to consider outlook of Egyptians as some integrity, open for changes. As a result of generalization of archaeological and ethnographic material of the Ancient world, conclusions that specifics of outlook of Ancient Egypt is the hedonism were drawn, symbolism as principle of outlook, development of specific system of social ideals, formation of idea of the value of the personality as spiritual identity, statement of a cult fine (informal). 498 | The paper deals with the history of Palestine over the period of the British mandate from 1922 till 1948, analysis of the relationship between Palestinian Arabs and Zionists, description of the socio-political and economic situation in the country, revelation of the role of the mandate-holder (Britain), contributed to a great extent to the partition of Palestine and the formation of Israel as a separate state. The object of research is Palestine during the creation of the post-colonial system of international relations after the First World War; the subject is the political and economic situation in Palestine in the period of the British mandate. The theoretical significance of the research is that it reveals the origins of the continuing Arab-Jewish conflict which has a destabilizing effect on the situation in the region and touches the geopolitical interests of leading political players. The analysis of the political and economic situation allows to identify the following causes contributing to the still ongoing Arab-Israeli conflict: (1) the dual character of the policies of the mandate-holder who is not interested in the creation of an independent Arab state in Palestine; (2) the growing economic dependence and impoverishment of Palestinian Arabs against the background of unlimited buying up the agricultural lands by the Zionist funds; (3) political disorganization and disunity of the Arab population, the absence of formed political forces able to defend the interests of the Arab people of Palestine; (4) the increasing influence of Zionists and of their organizations in Palestine; (5) a growing number of Jewish immigrants and the intensive erection of Jewish settlements in the territories belonging to the Palestinian Arabs. 499 | An adverse ecological hygienic situation in Tomsk region is reflected in the dynamics of the incidence and disability indicators within 1991-2003 years. The common disease incidence is increased by 31,8 %. The number of people with a chronic pathology is increased by 54,2 %. The medical examination in 2002 revealed that 60,3 % of children at the age of 0 – 18 years have deviations in the state of health. An increase in the number of consumptive children by 30 % causes a particular alarm. In early 2004, 53 371 invalids were registered in the region. Among them, 62,3 % of townsmen and 37,7 % of villagers. An increase in the number of invalids of 1 and 2 groups is indicative of the worsening of the population health. The main reason of the disability is the group “systemic disease”. The cardiovascular diseases take first place, cancer diseases take second place, trauma and poisoning consequences take third place, diseases of bones and muscles take fourth place, and tuberculosis takes fifth place. The level of the children disability is increased by 24,6 %. The congenital anomalies take first place in the city, whereas the children mental disorders are in the lead in the village. | 1418 | |||||
