Modern state of scientific studies of the theme “Higher School in Siberia in the Late of 1950s – early 1990s” is reflected in the article. In this respect the historiography of the problem is analyzed, which is represented by generalizing and special papers: group work, monographies, some articles, speeches and conference reports. The analysis of publications gives us a chance to come to the conclusion that scientific studies, specially devoted to the development of higher school in Siberia in the abovementioned territorial and chronological framework are practically not investigated.

Lysenko Irina Sergeevna INTRAPERSONAL CONFLICT AND INTERPERSONAL DIFFICULTIES IN PATIENTS WITH VARIOUS TYPES OF NEUROTIC DISORDERS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2013. Issue 5 (133). P. 161-166

The results of investigation of intrapersonal conflict and interpersonal problems in patients with neurotic disorders in general and in their individual types (hysterical, obsessive-phobic, neurasthenic) show moderate intrapersonal and interpersonal difficulties. In patients with neurotic disorders there mainly dominate intrapersonal conflict of inadequate self-concept, adaptive conflict and uncertainty, compliance in the interpersonal sphere were revealed. The differences were found in expression of intrapersonal conflicts and interpersonal problems between the types of neurotic disorders. In addition we have revealed the relationship between intrapersonal conflicts and interpersonal problems and the impact of the severity of the intrapersonal conflicts in social avoidance.

The notion of mistake or error is often central in translation teaching methods, as can be seen in the way teachers assess students’ work: their role often consists entirely in correcting mistakes. Some specialists in didactics point out, learners may be anxious by the fear of committing mistakes. An error may be a valuable educational tool in translation training, a teacher will often be able to help students make progress only if he/she is aware of the type of errors students are prone to making so that they understand the source of their errors in order to avoid their recurrence. The paper deals with the history of Palestine over the period of the British mandate from 1922 till 1948, analysis of the relationship between Palestinian Arabs and Zionists, description of the socio-political and economic situation in the country, revelation of the role of the mandate-holder (Britain), contributed to a great extent to the partition of Palestine and the formation of Israel as a separate state. The object of research is Palestine during the creation of the post-colonial system of international relations after the First World War; the subject is the political and economic situation in Palestine in the period of the British mandate. The theoretical significance of the research is that it reveals the origins of the continuing Arab-Jewish conflict which has a destabilizing effect on the situation in the region and touches the geopolitical interests of leading political players. The analysis of the political and economic situation allows to identify the following causes contributing to the still ongoing Arab-Israeli conflict: (1) the dual character of the policies of the mandate-holder who is not interested in the creation of an independent Arab state in Palestine; (2) the growing economic dependence and impoverishment of Palestinian Arabs against the background of unlimited buying up the agricultural lands by the Zionist funds; (3) political disorganization and disunity of the Arab population, the absence of formed political forces able to defend the interests of the Arab people of Palestine; (4) the increasing influence of Zionists and of their organizations in Palestine; (5) a growing number of Jewish immigrants and the intensive erection of Jewish settlements in the territories belonging to the Palestinian Arabs.

The article presents the results of an analytical review of the literature from the perspective of system-historical approach to the development trends of scientific concepts of defensive coping behavior. Defensive coping behavior is shown as the polysyllabic-level system formed by structural elements formed by the structural elements connected among themselves. In a chronological order emergence of scientific publications of domestic and foreign researchers (articles, monographs, theses, etc.) dedicated to the consideration of the psychological phenomena designating psychological defence of the personality, psychological overcoming of a stress, сoping with it, ability of the individual to resolve a problem or to seize an impossible situation. Among such works the authors of article consider the researches representing mechanisms of coping-strategy, defining styles of coping-behavior, their connection with сoping-resources and other psychological characteristics, influencing adaptation processes. The carried-out review of the directions and works on studying protective defensive coping behavior allowed to receive idea of those problems, which stimulate similar researches and find their solution in them.

The paper is devoted to the description of one of the phenomena of the modern media space, namely fake news. To denote the thing under study a lot of terms are used in different scientific paradigms: fake news, false news, mediamystification, information attack, media-fake. The term “fake news” is considered by the author to be the most appropriate one as it coincides with the genre aspect of the phenomenon under study, it reflects the dominant role of the fake news usage as the leading instrument of information and psychological warfare. The author gives the characteristics of the structural, linguistic, pragmatic and discursive peculiarities of the fake news. It is pointed out that to some extent fake news may be identical to newspaper hoax but the latter is mainly used in the framework of the paper-based mass-media whereas the Internet makes it necessary to create new terms for denoting newly emerged phenomena. The terms “fake news” and “newspaper hoax” also differ in the scale of their consequences: the latter might be quite harmless while the former might provoke cyberterrorism. The author gives some pieces of advice how to distinguish fake news from real messages in the modern mass-media discourse. The set of these rules might be helpful not only for ordinary readers but also for the journalists, i.e. for those who generate news.

In the article the new approach to school education is introduced and the ways of its realization in technologies of integrated education are exposed. By 27 apparently healthy youth and 29 girl teen-age was investigated the interrelation of intellectual measure and accuracy of time perception with high frequency of electrical brain activity – gamma-rhythm. Connection of intellectual measure and accuracy time perception with level of cortical interaction on frequency gamma-rhythm activity and fazes of interaction between gamma-rhythm and low frequency composes of EEG was discovered.

Introduction. Additional education in Russia involves ensuring openness and a high level of accessibility, which is reflected in national project «Education». However, the development of strategies and programs to ensure a high level of accessibility of additional education is impossible without studying the opinions of beneficiaries of educational services living in different regions. The investigation purpose is to identify the differences in assessing the additional education accessibility by beneficiaries depending on their residence region. At the same time, the state system of additional education is oriented towards two key target audiences: parents and children. Since the parents have the final decision about what kind of educational program the child will go to, an important task is to establish correlations between parents and children preferences in the additional education. Material and methods. The study was conducted using an online poll. Respondent answers analysis was carried out according to 5 criteria, that are related to evaluation of accessibility, motivation determination of receiving additional education, substantive-thematic definition and organizational preferences of children and parents, as well as regional ranking by accessibility indicators. Results and discussion. 371068 completed questionnaires were received from 85 subjects of the Russian Federation, completed by parents and 59018 completed by children aged 11 to 17 years. The statistical error of the data does not exceed 0.3%. The answers demonstrate that satisfaction with various options for the provision of additional education depends on the respondents’ residence region. Furthermore, differences in the preferences of parents and children are observed regarding the content, format and duration of complemented education programs. Regions which may be as a source of positive experience especially distinguish in matters of building an affordable supplementary education system for children. Conclusion. The obtained results indicate necessity to take into account the regional context and dependence of beneficiaries assessment while building available complementary education programs. The paper presents an attempt of classifying zoomorphic metaphors of the Chinese language, which serve as a means of person’s qualitatively-evaluative characteristics. The suggested classification of the scrutinized units, selected from lexicographic sources, has been worked out on the basis of revealing the semantic-thematic similarity of the tenors in zoomorphic metaphors. Some peculiarities of zoomorphic evaluations in the Chinese language are also discussed.
