In the article the author gives the concept of personification considerations of Russian history by academician A.D. Sakharov. The article is written on materials of the A.D. Sakharov’s Public archive. It is interesting that the author considers that the KGB and the CC of CPSU recognized the society right to opposition judgments of events occurring in the country as it would be a mistake to think, that this thinking might seriously threaten the political formation of the country. The political opponent of the Soviet government was close to the public opinion in the country. Otherwise these people would not have had the prestige of “the ideological opponent” of bureaucracy.

The article deals with the issues of understanding the notions «the culture of speech» and «speech culture» of pupils, which are considered to be synonymous, however «the culture of speech» mostly reflects the state of the process, the language system, but «speech culture» shows the ability of an individual to have the command of the language, to use creatively the language potential. In this case the attention is shifted from the normocentric approach to the textual one, where in the centre is the text as a work of art, a mental product reflecting the dynamic theory of the norm and dependence of the language means on the communicative task.

We calculate the explicit expression of the effective potential in а »Ж4 theory at finite temperature in a static universe for arbitrary spacetime dimensions (2dDin R x SD-1 and R x HD-1. The phase structure of a »Ж4 theory is found by observing the minimum of the effective potential with varying temperature and scale factor. All the ring diagrams are resummed for De4 to improve the loop expansion at high temperature. For a conformaily coupled and a minimally coupled scalar field it is shown that temperature and positive curvature suppress the symmetry breaking, while negative curvature enhances it. The conformaily coupled scalar has larger curvature effects than the minimally coupled one.

But with development of culture the person overcomes close borders of mesokosmos by means the thought, creating the new human world. For a designation of this world we enter new concept – antropokosmos. Mesokosmos and antropokosmos are in complex relations of a part and whole as partially mesokosmos enters in antropokosmos and is in some aspects the base to construction of antropokosmos.

The article deals with the question of demonstrating teacher’s competency which defines the specificity of a childadult interaction - realization of an open style of pedagogical communication. It demonstrates the results of studying the issue of preschool teachers’ professional difficulties in the sphere of communication with the participants of the educational intercourse. It provides the characteristic of an open style of pedagogical communication in the form of describing emotional and behavioral manifestations of an adult. The most significant in the demonstration of the open pedagogical communication style is the focus of an adult on the needs of a child. The article presents the examples of implementation of the open pedagogical communication style with the focus on the child’s actual needs: the need for love and acceptance; the need for impressions or cognitive need; the need for activity (physical, psychological); the need for cooperation and communication with the others; the need for self-realization and self-presentation. The described in the article manifestation of openness/closedness of children can be used as indicators when organizing children observations with the aim of identification of the sphere of communication difficulties, and for modeling constructive methods of child-adult interaction.

This article is devoted to the problem of the English language teaching in Primary school and using intensive methods based on methodology by K. Lozanov, G. Kitaigorodskaya and others. The author suggests the beginning of studying English in primary school using special course “English Intensive Course For Children And Their Parents” by Vostriкov A. A., Dudina E. N and Itsenko I. A. The main factors of learning are special pedagogical conditions. The mastering of thought activity in foreign languages requires the student’s immersion in the language activity. Such deepness can be achieved in two ways: the first way is connected with the increasing of hours for studying English per week; the second way is connected with the increasing of hours of the independent studying English, language training and the work together with the partner. The productive pedagogic consists of 4 didactic cycles. The content and methods of the creative project activity are based on the principles of the creative studying and psycholinguistics which allow creating new technological ways, which differ from the traditional teaching of English.

In the process of teaching the Russian language, a considerable role is assigned to the formation, improvement and increase of the active vocabulary of the student. In accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard, a graduate of the school must possess rich vocabulary, and communicative competences should reflect a high level of proficiency in vocabulary. The article deals with the principle of interactivity, which influences the development of modern lexicography. Analizes a certain type of dictionaries - interactive, allowing users to interact actively with the dictionary articles themselves, editing them, discussing the selection of lexemes in a particular dictionary. Today the interactive dictionary is a way of communication and self-expression, an ever-growing resource, instantly reacting to the slightest changes in the world around us. The article reveals the characteristics of the basic, most popular in the school practice interactive dictionaries. The emphasis is on the specifics of using interactive dictionaries of different kinds in the process of teaching students of different categories: gifted children, children with limited health opportunities, and also those for whom the Russian language is not native. The novelty of the article is that interactive dictionaries and web resources are described from the point of view of the own pedagogical experience.

Identified causes of mental retardation in primary school children, including organic deficiency of the nervous system. Identifies the main contradiction proving the statement of the problem of formation of logical skills in primary school children with disabilities (for example, mental retardation) when learning math in elementary school. Groups of general logical skills: feature extraction, mathematical objects and their usage; classification; construction definitions; simple reasoning and evidence. Difficulties in constructing simple reasoning in solving mathematical problems by junior schoolchildren are analyzed. For example, the methods of work on the classification of expressions according to arithmetic action. Through modification the main educational objectives of students formed the ability to analyze, compare, allocate the basis for the classification, sharing many classes. A brief characteristic of the formation of logical skills in children with mental retardation, the diagnostic results of their formation at the ascertaining stage, and their qualitative analysis are given. Psychological and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the optimal formation of logical skills in primary schoolchildren with mental retardation are singled out and justified. The results of the control diagnostics of logical skills’ development are given, allowing to judge the effectiveness of the selected conditions and the experimental work. Practical recommendations for the formation of logical skills of junior schoolchildren with mental retardation are formulated.

New materials of fauna of zooplankton communities of raised bogs hollows of Pechora-Onegensis province are given in this article on the example of one raised bog which is situated in Vologda region. As result of the research work, 33 species of plankton invertebrate (Rotatoria – 13, Cladocera – 15 and Copepoda – 5) were discovered in composition of zooplankton of raised bogs hollows. 7 species are new records to the fauna of Vologda region. They are: Lacinularia ismailoviensis, Lecane (Monostyla) arcuata, L. (M.) cornuta, Monommata aequalis, Simocephalus serrulatus, Scapholeberis microcephala and Bunops serricaudata. The complex of specific species of raised bogs mires hollows was specified. There is presented the seasonal dynamics of quantitative characteristics of zooplankton communities in hollows. The installed differences in structure of hollows zooplankton fauna depending on miscellaneous degree of water level.

The article deals with the language personality of specialists in the field of Human Resources Management, considers the significant parameters of the communicative-pragmatic situations of professional activities. The study describes the main constituents of the professional language personality and the results of a survey of Master’s and Bachelor’s students of Plekhanov Russian University working in this specialty. Overall, the survey involved 100 respondents aged 21-25 years old, with 20% being males and 80% – females. When designing the questionnaire some essential parameters of Human Resources Management professional activities were taken into consideration as well as significance of the English language in meeting objectives and solving problems in the workplace. Based on the survey findings the article identifies personality traits of future HRM specialists and also examines and correlates the learning objectives, levels, context and components of communicative activities, describes the principles of assignments and course design of the discipline «Foreign language for specific purposes for professionals in the field of human resources management». The article refers to particular examples in ESP teaching. The discribed rational for curriculum and communicative activities might be considered and implemented in teaching foreign languages to students of various specialty occupations. It integrates the global context, language material, professional concepts and development of basic communicative and professional skills.

They consider that the main cause of bad quality of teacher’s psychological training is its out of date content and methods. Authors of the article don’t deny these factors but give their our point of view on this problem, trying to find objective causes of it. On of them disbalance between basic structural elements (subject and professional training). This fact causes low status of teacher’s psychological training. Authors of the article came to the conclusion that its necessery to have got a project complete structure of professional-pedagogical education. Necessery stage of its preparation is forming professional subject’s complex. The article deals with the problem of the numeral «one» and its functioning in the Khanty language dialects. The Khanty numeral «one» (western ij /eastern Щj) could have been formed out of Finno-Ugrian stem *ike, *ьke and originally meant «unity». The differences in the sound shape of the numeral «one» in the Khanty language are determined, on the one hand, by dialectal phonetic varieties, and on the other – by its functional peculiarities, i.e. whether it performs attributive or non-attributive functions.
