Some events occurred during different stages of the development of Selkup ethnos are viewed in the article. The dichotomy up//down is on the basis of the global image of the world. Etymological analysis of the components of the coordinating compound words affords to reconstruct the initial meaning of the ethnicon. Analysis data showed that the dual structure of the ethnos finds its expression in the language on the deepest level - on the semantic level. Within every area dialect there are ‘the upper’ and ‘the lower’ Selkups.

The main values of life, which were formed throughout human existence, are undergoing significant changes in modern social society. The moral crisis that emerged as a new anti-social phenomenon in the late 20th century, is changing the outlook of the youth, placing material values on priority positions. Spirituality and morality go to a secondary plan. And as a result there is a deformation of the family, birth relations, marriage bonds, child-parent relations are collapsing. Family traditions intended for formation and preservation of the family integrity, are lost. The word “tradition” itself (translated from Latin tratitio as “transfer”) means historically established and passed down from generation to generation customs, norms, laws, orders, rules of conduct. Creating a family, the birth of children are no longer the main foundations of life of modern man. The traditional patriarchal system is replaced by the new formations: single parent family, cohabitation of men and women. Members of such a family will not be able to form a correct representation of the younger generation not only about universal values, including what is dear to everyone: man, homeland, peace, friendship, work, education, culture. They can’t also formulate the concept of “family values”. Family values are something that matters to everyone. Most families identified for themselves the same moral principles of love, loyalty, trust, succession of generations. The family institute loses its significance, and the problem of its preservation must be solved at the state level – to teach the young people to responsibly and consciously treat the fact of creating and preserving the family, reviving and maintaining its value.

The article reflects the ideas of development of creative potential of students‘ personality in the process of their professional training. The state of the studied problem in pedagogical theory and practice is studied, perspective approaches to its solution are defined, the conceptual apparatus of research is specified. The state of the problem of students’ creative potential is analyzed. In the process of its development, we have identified the stages in the logic of the main trends. Ideas about creative potential of students’ personality are developed. The aspects of development of creative potential of personality of students are considered, pedagogical conditions of its formation, creation of the creative environment, inducements of reflexive activity, dialogization of educational process are allocated. There was conducted the survey and testing of students of Altai State Technical University and Altai Economics and Law Institute. The results of the study of the creative potential of students in the process of training in public and private universities are presented. These surveys and tests allowed the author to conclude that the type of educational institution does not significantly affect the proportion of students with explicit and empirically fixed creative potential. A survey of students of different courses, as well as a repeated survey of the same panel with minor sample losses showed that the number of students with the author’s analyzed criteria of creative potential varies between 25–35 percent. No more than 10–12 percent of respondents in both universities have all the necessary qualities. Half of respondents express these qualities poorly or asymmetrically, the fifth part of the surveyed students focused on noncreative study and professional career, shows obvious conformism. The grounds for the conclusion about the development of the creative potential of students in General is not enough, as evidenced by the specific weight of creative personalities in different courses. The author sees the reasons in the fact that, firstly, the basis for such development is laid earlier, before entering the University, and secondly, some students with creative potential are eliminated from the educational process for various reasons: lack of money for education, conflicts with the administration, etc. in a private University, despite the action of various circumstances, the proportion of students with creative potential remains quite stable, and in a state University there is a tendency to reduce the number of such students.The article reflects the ideas of development of creative potential of students‘ personality in the process of their professional training. The authors specify the methodology of system analysis of author’s TV program presenter’s individual media discourse, taking into account understanding of individual media discourse as the representation form of his information field. Author-presenter’s professional speech behavior organizes his individual media discourse, determining the holistic well-known journalist’s image in circumstances of current discursive practice. At the same time specific peculiarities of his informational and media language personality’s idiostyle reflect in television journalists’s individual media discourse. Information field of media person is the space of communication which is organized in the process of different discoursive practices in media communication. The authors consider separately such components of media personality information field as: 1) reputation and authority; 2) citation (publicity, prominence); 3) thesaurus, view of the world and system of values. Authority of TV presenter is strongly correlated with reputation of program. Citation of TV journalist is the main indicator of his effective professional activity. Thesaurus, picture of the world and system of values of TV journalist reflects features of idiostyle of his media personality. This features are directly reflected in the individual media discourse. As the example, the authors analyze some peculiarities of television journalist and author’s TV program “Vesti nedeli” on TV channel “Rossiya 1” presenter D. Kiselev’s language personality information field.

Prospects of application of the nonlinear dynamical approach to the understanding of consciousness and its cognitive functions are under discussion in the article. A whole number of notions of nonlinear dynamics are involved in the epistemological analysis, such as the fast hyperbolic, avalanche-like growth, multitude of alternative paths of development, change of a tempo of development, cycles of activity, thresholds of excitement, heightened sensibility in states of instability or an ability for growth of small disturbances into macrostructures, cascades of bifurcations, phase transitions, poising at the edge of chaos. It is shown that consciousness is emergent, holistic, embodied, situated, and enactive by its nature. The model of autopoiesis, i.e. of self-production and structural coupling of cognitive agent and of a medium of its activity, turns to be relevant for the understanding machinery of cognitive and creative work

The article deals with the problem of education of humane relations among children of the senior preschool age in the conditions of inclusive education. In psychological and educational literature, the concept of “humane relations” is viewed from different angles, as a form of interpersonal relations based on the principles of humanity; as a set of harmonious relations of the subject with the world, other people and themselves. Humane relations manifest themselves in attitudes, beliefs, tastes, emotional experiences, motivations and aspirations to act and the actions themselves. Humane relations include the following symptoms: kindness, compassion, care, caring justice. The article deals with the content of humane relations, the specifics of their development in preschool age in the conditions of inclusive education. Inclusive education is one of the most humane educational solutions for children with disabilities and normally developing children. In the pre-school educational institution children learn to interact with each other, to build equal relations. One of the most organic tools for the development of humane relations among preschoolers is a game activity. The use of specially selected methods and techniques in the course of the game contributes to the effective development of humane relations among the children of preschool age. In the formation of the children ideas about the humane treatment of children with disabilities it is important to use a variety of fiction (fairy tales, legends, stories, poems), problem situations, special talks, pedagogical situations, game activity, as they allow the child to express his subjectivity, stimulate the expression of humanity. It is believed that the development of humane feelings in children of preschool age ensures equal interaction with children with disabilities.

The article covers the problem of identity construction in children, which defines Russian educational policy today, actuating the search for alternative ways to implement it. Special aspects of indigenous minorities of the North are described in the light of other regions of multicultural Russia. The author studied the regions of Russia inhabited by indigenous small peoples, as well as their distinctive features that have a significant impact on the process of identity formation in children of the North. As a result of systematization of analytical data from 19 subjects of Russia and analysis of academic packages, a problem in cultural disciplines’ courseware has been revealed. The relevance of the subject (course) “Culture of the Peoples of the North”, developed as a result of research at the Research Institute of National Schools of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), was substantiated here as one of the key educational resources in the process of comprehensive formation of positive types of identity. The research has been carried out within framework of a public assignment from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation starting since 2015. This article reflects the results of a research work on the development of a system aimed at formation of civil, regional, and ethno- cultural identity in children of the peoples of the North in form of a curriculum and teaching aids.

We studied the influence of UV radiations of low intensity on the morphogenesis, accumulation of photosynthetic pigments and synthesis of ascorbic acid Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Heynh. Wild type Ler and a mutant hy4, having infringement in synthesis cry1. Light adaptation of plants to their irradiation UV light is shown at the initial stage of the ontogenesis through synthesis and accumulation of ascorbic acid, change of dynamics of level of photosynthetic pigments. It is reflected in inhibition reactions of grows, in the slowed down development of reproductive bodies of plants and in lengthening of terms of vegetation. Among plants Ler these processes lead to decrease in real seed efficiency, among plants hy4, having infringements in synthesis cry1, changes is not revealed. The assumption is made, that the basic role in the course of adaptation to action of UV radiation of low intensity carry out not only photosynthetic pigments, but photoregulation pigments.

Deciding the problem of improving the quality of education under the conditions of modern Russian technical high schools, special attention should be paid to the existing engineering professional criteria implemented for engineering study programmes and professionals worldwide, as well as to the State Educational Standard Requirements in the Russian Federation, so that to enable technical university graduates to adapt to the international requirements and to meet challenges of the international academic and professional workplaces. Graduates of technical universities should be able to become staff members of organizations working together as a system, where specialization matters, but where the ability to communicate across professional and national “discourses” is ever more important to professionals of all types. The importance of good communication skills has been emphasized in survey by survey; they show that technical skills can be unnoticed or not used if engineers cannot convince their peers, co-workers, superiors, or clients. Now it is time for Russian universities to reconsider the correlation of disciplines in favour of programmes and courses ensuring the development of future engineers’ intercultural competence and technical communication skills.

The article presents the results of an analytical review of the literature from the perspective of system-historical approach to the development trends of scientific concepts of defensive coping behavior. Defensive coping behavior is shown as the polysyllabic-level system formed by structural elements formed by the structural elements connected among themselves. In a chronological order emergence of scientific publications of domestic and foreign researchers (articles, monographs, theses, etc.) dedicated to the consideration of the psychological phenomena designating psychological defence of the personality, psychological overcoming of a stress, сoping with it, ability of the individual to resolve a problem or to seize an impossible situation. Among such works the authors of article consider the researches representing mechanisms of coping-strategy, defining styles of coping-behavior, their connection with сoping-resources and other psychological characteristics, influencing adaptation processes.
