Attractor Management: Methodolgical Problems of Management Theory and Philosophical Explanation of the Concept // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2007. Issue 11 (74). P. 36-40

The article discusses theoretical problems of modern management from the position of post-nonclassic methodology. A new concept “attractor management” is introduced into conceptual apparatus of management theory on the bases of the information synergetic treatment of self-organization aims of complex systems

SYSTEMS AND MODELS: LIMITS OF INTERPRETATION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2010. Issue 2 (92). P. 146-149

The article discusses the goals, results and prospects of scientific conference «Systems and Models: Limits of Interpretation». It is formulated the problem of education caused by the lack of adequate diagnostics of educational technologies. The research is supported by grant RFBR № 10-06-00313.

HIERARCHY OF GOALS IN THE CONCEPT OF ATTRACTIVE MANAGEMENT // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2010. Issue 5 (95). P. 59-65

The article presents the basis for correspondence between the theories of management and directions of nonlinear dynamics. The role of collective dreams in the formation of the asymptotic dynamics of the organization goals is discussed. On the basis of the model of generating information the hierarchy of goals of the nonlinear dynamics of complex open systems is revealed and the option of ordering modern theories of management is offered.

Keywords: attractive management, the information-synergetic approach, models of information process, communications processes, nonlinear dynamics, dynamic forms of sign, phase area, attractor, operator, collective dream, modern management theory

SEMIOTIC MECHANISMS OF MODERN MANAGEMENT // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2011. Issue 10 (112). P. 209-215

Based on modifications of the cluster model and the information process model semiotic components of modern management are established. A comparison of specific technologies of modern management with the stages of the nonlinear dynamics of complex systems is carried out. Philosophical-anthropological perspective of the analysis actualized the concepts of “symbolic economics” by A. Toffler, “revolution in the symbolism” by A. N. Whitehead, the theory of semiosis by C. S. Peirce and the theory of conflict by R. Dahrendorf. Potentials of manipulating people’s dream and memory used in modern management, which requires adequate humanitarian expertise, are established.

Keywords: cluster model, a model of information processing, nonlinear dynamics, goal, purpose, attractors, modern management, the direction of semiotic processes

SEMIOTIC INSTRUMENTS OF ATTRACTIVE MANAGEMENT // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 7 (148). P. 88-93

In the article the results of the RFBR project № 10-06-00313 “Attractive Management: Methodological Principles of Managing Complex Systems' Dynamics” are presented. On the basis of these results the prospects of the application of informational-synergistic approach for researching the instruments of modern management and identifying the attractors of sociocultural dynamics are justified. Potentials of semiotic diagnostics to identify the negative consequences of the modern ways of management are presented (the result of the RFBR project № 14-06-00440 “Developing the ways of applications of nonlinear dynamics research methods to detect the attractors of self-organization of social systems”).

Keywords: modern theories of management, informational-synergistic approach, attractors of sociocultural dynamics, semiotic diagnostics

“SEMIOTIC ATTRACTOR”: CONCEPT FOR SOLVING DILEMMA OF INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 5 (158). P. 147-153

Two tasks of innovation management require its methodological solution. Those tasks are effective selection of asymptotical target and management of generation of unexampled innovations. Methodological strategies of solving these tasks can be put as dilemma. Constructive solution of this dilemma is based at “Semiotic Attractor” conception. The concept became a synthesis of the philosophy of process, results of methodological research related to information phenomenon as a process and results of fundamental research of non-linear dynamics and semiotics. The concept expresses conditions of organization of states meeting nature of managed system's attractors. This “Semiotic Attractor” is realized as an occasion – occasion of random selection and occasion of unexampled innovation's generation. Organization of conditions leading to occurrence of similar occasions is relevant to solution of innovations management tasks. Solution was obtained on basis of four interdependent conditions: 1) innovations management is management of targets; 2) phase states of targeted situations set by semiotic means exclusively; 3) information mechanisms of self-organization require intermediary situation to be formed which should be dependent on asymptotical target; 4) verbalization of asymptotical target should represent current intermediate situation. The latter does not mean concealment of final targets but meet requirement for future should be open for the future innovations. Selection of final target is a choice between aspirations of altruism, perfectionism, hedonism or utilitarianism.

Keywords: “semiotic attractor”, “revolution in symbolism”, nonlinear dynamics, occasion, characteristics of information, model of semiotic dynamics
