Methodical recommendations on the creation of interactive electronic tutorials for teachers // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2009. Issue 2 (80). P. 72-76

In the article we examine questions about development of teacher's copyright interactive tutorials – sites. We’ve done an analysis of the use of computer technology in traditional teaching methods. Analysis is based on the information of regional competition of copyright lessons using computer. This competition has been holding in Tomsk region for four years. In the article we explore the problems of use computer technology on the lessons at the present stage of development of education. We put special emphasis on the possibility of the use of information technology within the system of personality-developing training. We discuss the issues of designing the structure of interactive computer tutorials. We presented the description of constructor, which is intended to create copyright sites.

The article considers the problem of influence of development of teacher’s professional experience on the processes of formation and development of innovative component of pedagogical activities, formation of willingness to innovative pedagogical practice. The article accentuates the value of reflexion, creative direction of pedagogical activities, practical thinking, and makes comparison of practical and theoretical thinking in structure of pedagogical experience. The article presents cyclic model of development of experience, within which several stages are singled out. The stages demonstrate the dialectics of teacher’s mastering the components of professional activities.

The article presents the problem of creating tasks for a productive training in information-educational environments. The article presents the problem of the realization of modern educational technologies, built on the principles of problem-based learning: the project activities technology, the heuristic technology, the case-technology. These technologies make it possible to form not only the knowledge base and skills of students, but also to develop personal qualities. When using problem oriented technologies in practice the teacher should pay attention to the following main aspects: how to prepare a task, how to organize the process of discussing the decisions in groups, how to evaluate the proposed solutions.
